Chicken, Chicken, Chicken!! Carolina Gold is the best wing sauce from there. Not hot but buttery goodness! Nice atmosphere and fairly quick to get your food. Really good wings. They have boneless and traditional to choose from. I usually go for Boneless, good size, always all white meat. The traditional wings are not your average wing from like say Quaker Steak, they large and usually have two joints. Not as much meat on the traditional in my opinion. Great wings (obviously) and the outdoor seating is great especially on Thursday nights! But they could keep it a little more cleaner on the patio. The service is usually good and the cheese fries are great too! Overall, a really nice casual dining experience but needs to work on their service. Many people refer to the Huntington roosters as the worst service and don't base them all on that location. read more

Roosters is easily my favorite wing place hands down. We've always had great service, and our food is always piping hot. I'd say it's comparable to Hooters, but with better food, lower prices, and less skin showing when you're being served your food. I always get medium bone in wings, all drums. The sauce soaks into the breading wonderfully, making the wings much less messy to eat. You can also get them with extra sauce if you like that sort of thing! We Love roosters to begin with, our waitress Jalisa (im guessing thats how she spelled it, i had a friend growing up who spelled it like that) She was awesome, after a long drive into town it was nice to have a personable waitress who could laugh with us. Too many times weve been on the road and had bad service. We ate here with a large party of about 35 people. I can't give it 5 stars because it just didn't earn that. It took forever for them to take our order. Some of the appetizers we got were delicious. Some of our dinners were good. But my burger, only ordered the quarter pounder, was just ok. At first it came out with all of the accompaniments on it that I had said I didn't want. They took it back and brought another burger fairly quickly. The shredded cheese was barely even melted (most of it wasn't). Then even though our waitress told us how she wanted to take our orders and keep it organized, it took forever to get our checks! All we wanted to do at that point was get out of there...and we couldn't leave! It seemed like they were incompetent when it came to having us pay. If the restaurant had been busy it would have been easier to understand the long delay. read more

I had to try the place , so the family went and there were only a few other tables there, so what we thought would be a quick lunch turned out bad.I ordered nachos , but they didn't have spicy cheese for them , which from what the waitress said they had regular.When I got them there was mostly lettuce on it so I sent them back.When it was time to pay they Management didn't want to take them off of the bill until we argued a little.There where three other tables that needed management that day.They didn't even have bread for the subs and the wings were soggy .The waitress was nice and it has a good look but that's about all . read more

Went here with my step son and daughter. We liked the area, and decided on Roosters rather than Max and Ermas because I'd been to M&Es lots of times. The prices were quite good. Service was also just fine. Got our drinks and refills quickly. Unfortunately it took almost 45 minutes to get our lunches. My Rooster Burrito was good. Nothing to write home about, but good enough and plenty of it. Wife's Greek salad was also very good and generous portion for the price. My step son had a cheeseburger. His verdict: "it was a burger." Again, nothing special, but good price. My step daughter in law got a BLT. It came without lettuce. WTF? I wanted to complain, but my son's burger had plenty of lettuce with it, so he just handed some over to his wife. Most disappointing item were the curly fries. They were lukewarm and almost white. Someone undercooked them. Should have been obvious, but we were pretty full, running late due to slow service, and wanted to get out of there so I didn't complain about them either. I suppose I could have given them 3 stars because the price was so low, but I'm used to much better and there are so many other similar casual dining chains within 2 blocks that I'd recommend avoiding Roosters in Huntington WV. If you want a place to go for a game and beer and maybe appetizers, I'd give this three stars, but I wasn't there for that this time. read more

Terrible Service. Been here twice now and still ask for our appetizer to come out before our meal and it never does. The servers were constantly standing around or you could never find your server if you needed something. I ordered a bud light and finished it before my meal came out. I asked the waitress for another when she finally ran out our food to our table, and she said she would get it. (Also, we were sitting close to the bar.) I never got my second beer and nor could I find our waitress. I had to drink my wife's water the whole time. I even asked the manager and still didn't receive it. Went there on a Sunday night and there was maybe 10 people in the whole joint. Many workers but all just hanging out at the bar area talking to each other. Finally bartender took our order... We were watching The Simpsons on a TV right in front of us and she said she could not keep that show in and proceeded to turn it to an infomercial about airbrushed makeup. 43 minutes we endured stupid infomercial.
