OMG I love this place it has such a fun and casual atmosphere! As we walked in the hostess with black hair and glasses was absolutely lovely, welcoming me in as soon as my little head peeked through the door. As soon as my family's bottoms hit their seats our server presented herself. Her name was Makenna; she was so sweet and bubbly we loved her right from the start! As soon as we arrive they tell us to move and then we get out with this server. At first she seems cute and fun but soon after rude and petty. She got the wrong drink for my friend and we told her and that's when it all began. She stole my change. Left my table and never checked up on us. Gave us dirty looks, and took my drink while walking by multiple times when i took one sip. Horrible experience I cannot believe thats acceptable to this location. Also laughed when my friend's card declined cause it was locked. So immature for a grown server to be treating young girls like that. read more

Don't bother wasting your time and money on this place... both the service and food are awful. Went for dine in with my 2 sisters. The music was so loud we couldn't even carry on a conversation. We asked to have it turned down, but it wasn't. The food: I ordered a BBQ Burger, which is supposed to have bacon and BBQ sauce on it. I asked for the burger to not be burnt, and I requested no lettuce and tomato on it, and no pickles anywhere near my food. The food finally arrives WITH lettuce, tomato, and pickle, but NO bacon or BBQ sauce. When I brought this to the attention of the server (Lacie), she blamed it on the restaurant having several no call/no shows that day. Not sure how that would impact the employee in the kitchen reading the ticket with my order on it and making it correctly, but, whatever. We're told 25 minute wait because we didn't call ahead. There were tables available in bar and tables in area leading outside, but we had to wait. Could understand if they weren't seating people there but once I asked if bar was open and sat down they started seating people in those spots. Took forever to get waited on at bar. We came in today at 12:30.We were seated promptly. Waited 10 minutes on our waitress to take our drinks order and appetizer order. AppOrder came out and we finished it and waited on our waitress to come back to get our meal order 20 minutes . When the waitress (lacie) came back to another table who was behind us and delivered their food (their order was taken with our drink orders)she apologized and blamed it on short staff. It took them 15 minutes to seat us on a Saturday around 3pm. Food was decent but took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get my food after ordering a order of traditional wings. Wings were supposed to be medium hot but were so very dry and had to have waitress bring extra sauce. Probably will never go back. Very disappointed in service and food prep. read more

First off, more than half of the menu was not available (manager lacking inventory checks). Our appetizers came out before our drinks, our appetizers were cold and were clearly made for yesterday. Our ranch was as solid as sour cream, the mozzarella sticks were like string cheese. Then our main course came out (remind you that others ordered after us received their food before us). They ran out of honey bbq sauce for our wings. My PREGNANT wife was served raw bacon on top of her cheese fries. Once we complained, the manager relayed a message to our waitress to request extra crispy bacon next time instead of taking care of the situation and doing what a LEADER should do. He stated (via waitress) that he cooked in the kitchen before and knows how it should be. So remind you roosters, that you have a leader that did not do a good job as a cook as well. This was the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. The restaurant opens at 11 we get there at 11:11 and was seated right away and drinks provided immediately. And we order right away well then we waited 45 mins for our food to come. It was not because it wasn't done because it was COLD. We were the only ones in there at first but other people that came in well after us got there food before us. We got to go boxes as soon as our food hit the table because we had to get back to work. Our waitress was a ghost the entire time. There was another table she was waiting on that was complaining of the same exact thing!!!! read more
