How much do u charge to replace 3/4" water main valve?

What sets them apart is their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer education. Rather than simply fixing the issue and moving on, they always take the time to explain what they're doing, answer our questions, and provide helpful recommendations for extending the life of our plumbing systems and fixtures. Most recently, Lou and Anthony spent an entire day at our home tackling a long list of plumbing projects. Their work was thorough, efficient, and completed to a very high standard. Despite the large scope of the job, everything was finished in a timely manner, looked great, and functioned perfectly. Just as importantly, they treated our home with respect. Before leaving, they made sure everything was clean and tidy, leaving no trace of the extensive work they had completed throughout the day. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers this level of service year after year. We highly recommend them and are grateful to have a plumbing team we can trust whenever the need arises.

I called at 8am and explained that I had to leave by noon for an essential family celebration. I was told someone would be there in two hours. When I called back to say no one had come I was put on hold, and the reps seemed unsurprised and indifferent. In the end, I waited 7 hours and felt I'd been misled simply to get the gig; with more information, I'd have shopped around and found someone who could keep their word. But at least the guy who did the work was responsible and professional. There is that.

Tim quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on, and had the repair taken care of right away. He even connected us with a water restoration company, who was able to come out the same day to address the water damage. On top of the incredible response time and service, his pricing was extremely affordable -- honestly much less than I expected for an emergency call with such a fast turnaround. Having water suddenly coming through your ceiling is incredibly stressful, and Tim made the whole situation feel manageable from the moment he arrived. Fast, knowledgeable, honest, affordable, and genuinely helpful. We will absolutely call him again for any future plumbing needs and would recommend him without hesitation!

I was optimistic about this company because of good reviews on Google and Yelp and Nextdoor. While…read morethe cause of my leak seems to be resolved (at least for now) it did bother me that I took the time to ask several times with the dispatcher "Taneea"(sp) and she said there was no fee to diagnose and I kept asking are you sure because in order to see where the leak is coming from my bathroom upstairs from the shower and where it settling we need to look at the pipes underneath where the drywall is and that involves cutting the ceiling drywall. And I asked her again several times if there's any charge for leak tracing or anything she was leaving out just to look and see before repairing and she said no, there's no diagnostic charge. They get here and tell me it's gonna be $125 just to cut the drywall and I just don't understand how there can be such a disparity between what I verified by phone and what I was being told now. And even if I give them the benefit of the doubt that the dispatcher was mistaken (though that's something very strange for a dispatcher who works for and represents a company to say, if not true) the fact that she did tell me that clearly, you would think to keep a customer they would stand by their own word, so not a great first impression. I still paid them $455 to change the cartridge in my shower, but they would not take five or ten minutes to cut up two 6"x6" holes in the drywall and look inside to see if there's any other extensive damage or leaking. I may just leave it for now and keep an eye for any signs of staining or moisture rather than deal with drywall repair. I still will inspect around the electrical where the ceiling fan canopy is and remove it from the ceiling to see if there's any water damage to the fan and light fixture or if it can be salvaged and still works once all is dry and I can restore power to the room. But they refused to look for any signs below to ensure there were no other signs of a leak unless I paid more. Another thing is with a large hole behind the shower faucet escutcheon where the leak occurred what's to keep another cartridge from failing and leaking right down into the room below and getting into the electrical and drywall and ruining another ceiling fan? I wish they'd have taken the time to tell me how to seal off that wall behind the faucet handle or given me suggestions but they just kind of did their job and left. They didn't offer me any advice or tips to prevent this again or set my mind at ease, and taking the time to do that would have made me feel more "taken care of" and built a rapport as a new customer. They just wanted to do the job I asked and go. So while I have no other complaints so far, they didn't go the extra mile or make me feel reassured at all for such a serious issue. It was just a "job" to cross of their list and not spend a second longer than necessary to show, discuss or reassure.

There's such a thing as their company can just do a checklist of common fixes and then the tech can just check off what he did, and sign his name and date the statement, no writing necessary... Can't get easier than that, free tip. Appt made quickly after service request was put in for a couple of toilets and 1 kitchen faucet all malfunctioning. The fee is a flat fee for utilizing my home warranty plan so it's fair. Service was prompt/on-time, but post-appointment communication was curt and not clear, without enough details and there was no invoice/statement of services rendered to include details on what services/repairs were done and the materials/replacements provided. This is a rental home, so having to go through property mgr to get tenant to give more info and any paperwork is a huge hassle when the service provider could've provided the paperwork to show what materials and services were rendered. I hope these toilets are really fixed and will not have any leaks. Tech (Xavier) was there less than 30 minutes total.
