We have not had good luck with plumbers in the past and have been hoping to find a good one. A few months ago we had a leak start in the main house overflow valve. Water was running down the driveway and especially during a drought, this was a bad thing. We called Rooter Doc of Los Angeles after trying several others who were not available or wanted $100 to just look at the issue. Vic of Rooter Doc had me text a photo of the problem and showed up the next day and fixed the issue quickly for a very reasonable cost. I was particularly impressed by the time he took to clean up and make sure we were happy. Last week we had a leak in our den ceiling and drywall coming down. I called Vic and again, he came out the next day. He fixed the problem for less than I expected, and again did a great clean up job even beyond the part caused by the repair. I was befuddled for months by a significant leak my parents had at their house apparently due to a solar tankless water heater that they had installed on their roof.
