With the help of a factory tech at Navien, Joseph was able to quickly diagnose and correct the problem associated with that code and didn't require an new parts to make that happen. As I am not a professional, I would have taken Joseph's direction if he had wanted to up-sell me, but he did NOT exploit that opportunity. His honesty, competence and desire to invest in repeat business overrode the pure profit motive and that will serve both he and his company very well.
