We experienced a huge flood under our new home when a pipe burst exactly two weeks after moving in. This stressful situation was made so much better by the calm and courteous service of plumbers Jeff and Joe. The extensive repair work was very difficult, due to the extremely narrow crawl space of our 1940s home, but despite the uncomfortable conditions Jeff kept a positive attitude and put 150% effort into the job. The owner Joe also came to supervise and did everything in his power to make sure the work was completed as quickly as possible since our family of 4 was without bathroom usage during that time. Joe Rocks! My roommate is tall so we needed a shower head height extension pipe installed. Since the pipe junction was behind a tile wall from 1947, I left it to the experts as I work on cars & bikes and guitars, but no plumbing, lol. We called around and multiple companies wanted $50-75 for the call. Joe said he'd do it for $40 today and scheduled 6pm. Even though he had some long calls, he still came by at 7:40pm and did the job in 15 minutes. He even offerd us a new shower head which we graciously passed on as we have an LED unit. Joe and Edi THANK YOU!!! Not all plumbers are dishonest. From the initial conversation to schedule, Joe was great communicating with me. I guess a background is due: We had just closed on a home and moved in. We haven't even been in the home a month when on a Sunday night the washer, toilets, and showers were flooding. It almost ruined our newly placed carpet! Called the warranty insurance who sent a provider (who I should really name) on a Monday morning. They did their assessment and determined through "snaking" and a "camera" that there was a "break" in the sewage line pipe from the house to the street and that it was going to cost $7,000! Well, he said he was going to work with the warranty company to get as much paid for. I call him back saying that the warranty company was going to pay a portion. This provider told me that it was not worth it to do a portion. So, he tried to reduce the price and kept renegotiating the agreement. Needless to say, I told the warranty company to send another provider. They sent the rooter guy!!! Edi did his assessment and to his HONEST assessment, NOTHING was wrong with our sewage pipe. No break. No issues! My family and I will be forever grateful for your honesty Edi and Joe! And with the holidays coming so quickly I think the Rooter Guy is on Santa's list!!
