My bathtub wouldnt drain and I spent hours trying to "clear the clog" myself. I used draino, plunging, and went to home depot to buy a snake but nothing. I finally gave in and found rooter man online. I called on a Saturday at 3:30pm and was given a same day appointment for 5pm-6pm. My plumber (Randall #36) was on time and cleared the clog but his snake got caught in what turned out to be a broken pipe under the tub. Randall went under my house and found the broken pipe causing the draining issues (and shared photos). I havent decided the next step for the pipe repair (I'm hoping my home warranty plan will cover it) but I was very pleased with the whole experience. Called these guys on July 3rd and they came right out. Our problem was bigger than we thought, which meant digging up part of our front yard. Sure enough, they found a major crack in our sewer line, but replacing it meant working on July 4th. They were here all day and fixed the pipe. Replaced my yard with the grass they had carefully removed, and even cut down and removed the palm tree that caused the damage. Excellent service, great response time, great attitudes. read more

We had a major landscape drainage blockage issue that Rooter Man assessed and fixed quickly. My backyard was flooding but they identified the issue quickly and came up with a re-routing plan that would be the least disruptive to my landscape and my trees. Eric came and cleaned it out (which a prior plumber was not willing to do), and found that the main line was crumbling and blocked by tree roots, causing the pressure to back up. I dealt with Rodrigo and Danny when my sewer line backed up. Rodrigo came out the same day and although he was able to temporarily clear the line, unfortunately the sewer line clogged with lots and lots of roots. After trying 2 or 3 different approaches it was decided to insert an entire new line inside the existing line. Although this was more expensive I couldn't be happier with the results. They were both very professional, understanding and extrememly prompt. He was very professional, helpful, timely, knowledgeable, fair and upfront, hardworking, clean and considerate of property, and went above and beyond after assessing the situation. He works with you and shares his knowledge. He reset my toilet that had sewer water leaking up from underneath and snaked my outside mainline. I would highly recommend him when calling and to choose Rooter Man OC because they hire excellent people!! All of the receptionists I talked to were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional!! I had RooterMan out for preventive snaking as there is a very large tree in the front yard. We discovered root damage to the lateral and had to replace the line. They recommended the Burst line replacement method as the most cost effective and least impactful. Our front year is landscaped with $$ rocks, stones, and lv lighting. They did the work quickly and restored the yard to its former glory. They even bought replacement rock (very hard to match) to ensure the final installation was up to their (and our) standards. Rodrigo led the work of their team from beginning to end. He was highly communicative, always letting us know the what, when and how of the work. Plumber came to my house to fix a running toilet, charged $175 for flipper flushed a few times and left. 15 minutes later it was running again, called back said he would return the next day. Never showed up, called office an was told plumber is not in the area and it would cost an extra $150, even though the work wasn't done correctly. Worst company I ever used, terrible plumber and they do not stand by their work. Find a different company do not use. read more

My neighbors experienced a break in their main sewer line which resulted in water back up and damage to internal rooms. They called on Rooter Man to do the repair. They were very pleased with the repair. Our homes are similar in age, so I asked if Rooter Man could do a camera inspection of my line. I wanted to find out if I needed any preventative maintenance. Turned out my clay pipe line was root-clogged and also broken. Cast iron pipe going into house was blistered and also in need of repair. Daniel gave me a quote and explained the work that would be involved in what is called a trenchless repair method. He oversaw the process and the team. Jacob and associate were assigned to my repair. They were fantastic. Jacob answered all of my questions and was in communication every step of the process. He handled and pre and post trenching work and dual clean out valve installation. Jacob was also present when a second team arrived to replace clay and cast iron lines. I really appreciated the coordination of the different stages of the project. I give Rooter Man five stars. read more

They recommended a camera inspection and noticed major root problem and cracks in pipes, recommended to perform a trench less sewer pipe replacement, and I decided to go ahead with it, they were able to complete the job in two days for a fair price. I called Rooterman because of a clog in the sink of my laundry room. From my first call to their service desk to their technicians showing up earlier than the scheduled time, everything has been outstanding! The service desk contacted me to notify me that the technician was available earlier, the technician Joseph showed up and diagnosed the problem and he kept me updated throughout. He called another tech, Rodrigo, to assist with the camera to further diagnose the issue and again, they kept me informed. Couldn't ask for anything more from a company! In OC...called rooter man for backed up and standing water in shower. Rodrigo D. came out, he had helped us before, and was very professional, courteous, wore mask and gloves. In previous drain clearing 6 months ago he was great. He recommended hydro-jetting to clear / clean out the line to avoid future clogging. Quote was reasonable but we had other expenses so had to hold off. Sure enough, six months later clogged again but worse. Rodrigo D. came back out within the day, he quickly diagnosed problem and came back the next day with a partner to hydro-jet. They did a quick clean job! Unfortunately, they found problems in sewer drain line that will be costly so checking with home warranty company and determining what to do. I give RotoRooterMan (Rodrigo D.and his parter who's name escapes me right now) five stars for their professionalism, clarity in explaining the problem and solutions, quick response time, and no pressure approach to solutions. read more

Could not be more pleased with this company!! I called 3 different places and this one was the quickest one to respond and send a guy out to us. My mom lives alone so she doesn't have a handy man around the house to help her or even inform her on complications around the house. I drove over to her house and did most of the communicating with the plumber david that was sent to us! He was so patient and efficient and made it all so easy for us which I'm glad because my mom doesn't have patience for things like this and he talked her through it all and explained to her what had to be done and took a lot of weight off her shoulders as soon as he explained to her what had to be fixed and that it was fixable. Turns out her kitchen line was backed up and he was there for an hour before it was fixed but it was one hell of a smooth hour. He took his time and and in no time her kitchen was running smoothly again. Complications like these can be very frustrating but it definitely helps when the business is knowledgeable and patient.
