One Pro Plumbing was great and efficient in helping us check for any issues in our kitchen sink and garbage disposal. We did a lot of research around the area - comparing the pricing as well as getting help for the issue we were facing. We sometimes had some black water come up in our second sink in the kitchen and weren't sure what the cause was. I liked that Brett was straight to the point in helping diagnose what the issues might be and helping guide us in the right direction on what may be needed. After figuring out a good time, Brett came in and was both chill and respectful. He had his tools ready to go and was able to test out our sink and adjacent appliances to see what was going on within an hour. Once finished, Brett also gave us his business card and noted to us we had a 30-day warranty in case something happened to our sink again for him to come check out. Brett is the man!!! I called Brett regarding my shower situation. I decided to switch my tub spout and the stems on my shower. I bought a rebuild kit from Home Depot and did research from YouTube. I was not able to locate my water shutoff valve so I was only able to do the middle diverter and hot side (by turning off the water heater). After that, I tested my shower but water started leaking from the handles. It was a nightmare. I called Brett and he is an honest guy. He answered all my questions regarding seat, stem, what to tighten, how to find my shutoff valve, what alternatives I can do and so much more. He took time out of his busy day to listen to me and reply, even at 6-7PM and follow up with me at night. He told me it's better to complete the job, follow us steps and save money instead of having him come out as it seems like I already got the hang of it. I took his advice and what do you know, my shower WORKS PERFECTLY. I rarely leave reviews but after encountering this, Brett deserves the review. I was in the process of doing cleanup from a pool removal in my backyard, and along with it, some odds and ends. I had the pleasure of sending him on a wild goose chase over an underground gas line. The plumber we have been using recently retired and we had to find a new one. Our kitchen faucet was loose and the sink was leaking. It was easy communicating with Brett via text message. He actually advised us to replace the kitchen faucet instead of trying to fix it because it was so old and it would cost more to fix. We bought our own parts from home depot for the job (faucet and sink basket). We had a couple of bids from other plumbers but we went with one pro plumbing because it was the lowest price. I was in need of shower/diverter repair because the water pressure was getting weaker and water keeps coming through the spout when using the shower. Decided to call Brett from his reviews and as always u all are spot on. Called Brett for a drip that got worse from the shower. I was super worried it was a broken valve that could cause some damage, but just from a call and a photo I sent, Brett was able to determine the issue. Brett is a great plumber! He's installed a seismic valve for earthquake safety and replaced an old pressure regulating valve and shutoff valve which were falling apart. On both occasions he was upfront with an estimate of the cost, parts and his labor. He provided options for repairs, even ones that would make him less money.
