Have two sinks in an upstairs bathroom that were clogged. Called a plumber who could not resolve the problem but offered a more costly solution to resolve. Ultimately contacted Tiger Plumbing and spoke with owner Tony B. Told Tony my issue and he immediately offered to send a very professional Technician named Junior to assess my plumbing problem. Junior arrived in the promised time window and immediately resolved the clog problem. Tony was very concerned how I was treated by the first plumber. Tiger Plumbing (714-308-9005 Tiger Plumbing@sbcglobal.net)just put in a new water heater for us. Fortunately still had their invoice from a plumbing job years ago. Called Tiger Plumbing and as soon as I told Tony that we did not have any hot water and the water heater was making banging sounds, he scheduled an immediate appointment. Since the water heater was old, it was best to replace and it was up and running in 24 hours. Follow up on Tiger Plumbing's behalf, is nothing short of amazing. For starters, Tony knows plumbing. There's nothing better than having a plumber who knows their stuff! I feel comfortable calling a plumber who has been plumbing as long as Tony has. My first call to Tiger Plumbing was in 2007. My home had a big leak in the upstairs guest bathroom. My home is older and therefor the toilet elbow drain pipe was an odd size. No problem for Tony, he was able to locate a new part and put it all back together in no time. I called Tony again earlier this year (2012) for a similar repair to the master bath. He did a great job before so naturally my expectations were the same. He replaced the defective elbow drain pipe in my master bath and replaced it with a new one. Just now called Tony due my hot water heater flex-line leaking, even as I write this. You know you've found a good plumber when they can come the same day you call them. Stay tuned for the final repair report. I'm sure it will be as positive as my previous two calls. Amazing, Tony replaced my hot water flex-line in 15 minutes. Same day, excellent service. Tony and his men did a good job. We had a leak in our shower Apparently the last guys that did the shower didn't hotmop it! So with Tony and his crew all in home construction they tore out the shower top to bottom and. Re modeled The shower Tony put on a no scalding shower so now when water is on in the house it doesn't affect the person when showering. I knocked of one star because after the men left they didn't pick up. Old tiles pieces were left in my bathroom and when I shower I feel what feels like sans in the shower . I had to personally go I there it was like a sand storm not sure if this is the norm as this is my first fixing/re model on a house we are renters. read more

Tony was great! We had an emergency leak with one of our pipes during the weekend and he came over right away to diagnose the problem. Because the damaged pipes were under cement, he proceeded with caution and asked if he could come back another day with a leak detection specialist to ensure he could properly pinpoint the damaged pipe and make the repairs with the least amount of damage to the property. Once the problem was diagnosed, he explained to me what needed to happen and how he was going to proceed with the repairs. We were referred to Tony at Tiger Plumbing from friends of ours who he had remodeled their master bathroom. Tony came over and went over in detail what needed to be done. First off, he told us how stressful remodeling can be and told us he would like to establish a daily communication of repairs completed and costs to date. His crew demoed both of our upstairs bathrooms to bare walls. In our master bath, he installed a Jacuzzi tub, shower stall, cabinet and new toilet. We have known Tony for over 15 years. During that time, he has done a lot of repairs at our home, business and family member's homes.
