This time the issue was different than the most of the clogged drain episodes i had before. Parking area was flooded and the water did not seemed to go anywhere. I looked up on line and made some phone calls, Rooter Plumbing & Sewer were able to come quick and over the phone Alex sounded knowledgeable . They arrived and in no time they had a pump working on getting the parking lot water out. Assessing the situation i got informed what caused the parking lot flood and i was explain my options and cost. One of the option included installation of clean out so maintenance will be easier and quicker. I got to check their price with two other companies and it was fair so removing the flooded water, cleaning the drain from garbage, jetting the drain pipes and installing a new clean out went as the initial plan presented by person in charge. He came and figured out that I do not have a problem--the pipes are just old. He did not even charge me for figuring this out. This company is great , the plumber was fast, professional and super affordable when my laundry/ mechanical room flooded couple days ago. I can't thank him enough for coming over at a late hour as well especially that I have guests coming over in a few days and the smell coming from the flooded area was hard to take and definitely not sanitary. He was accurate and the price was fair , he even spent extra time to clean and left the area exactly like it was before the flooding occurred . Alex from Rooter Plumbing was a lifesaver. After using my washing machine, My basement bathroom had overflowed gallons of sewage, damaging our tile. Every time Water would be used elsewhere in the house the toilet would risk overflowing again. Alex responded promptly and quickly evaluated my issues. Unfortunately my piping was quite old and most likely done by a DIY previous homeowner. I called Alex from Rooter Plumbing and Sewer and he came right away to rod our lines and save us from sewage back up in our basement. We thought we had fixed the issue using a different plumbing service but Alex used a camera to identify further issues which happened to be a collapsed pipe in our street. The village was able to fix the issue after Alex had identified where the problem was. We had a clogged drain in our bathroom sink. I called Alex late in the day on a Friday. Understandably, he said he could not make it out until Monday. Alex showed up first thing and was very polite. He addressed our problem and was able to fix it right away. He was very professional and did not try to oversell us. I called Alex because I had issues with water/sewage backing up into my basement. He used a camera scope which showed the main sewer line was clogged with tree roots every 3 feet. To fix the problem, he hydro jetted the sewer line all the way to the street, installed a check valve to prevent future backups, and a clean out drain in the front yard.
