One yelp inquiry later within minutes, Cori and his team sent out Jason to help us out the next day (as we requested). We were given a window of 11 am - 1 pm and for the first time I've ever been given a window of arrival, Jason showed up promptly at 11 am. He went to work on inspection, giving recommendations, and then replacing the entire trifecta. We ran into some hiccups along the way where some pipe was dented from age and needed to be replaced and that was taken care of swiftly. We also have a napping newborn and he was miraculously able to sleep through the work and Jason was kind enough to work gently during the naps. After the job was done we chatted for a bit and he was on his way. Later that night I did notice a small leak coming from one of the couplings and Jason quickly returned the same night to fix the issue despite it being late. I even said we could wait until tomorrow but he insisted on getting to fixed. A quick fix later, all was well. I have working water pressure throughout the house and no more leaks. The wife and baby are very happy. Thank you to Jason for all the help and a huge thank you to Sonia for coordinating all this!! She was super quick on communication and was always patient and empathetic. And thank you to Cori for being on standby to support us through tonight. Tenant reported garage disposal stop working so I immediately requested a fix the for owner. One…read morestop was prompt and since it 'FREE' estimate , I didn't think twice. Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

The repair technician Angel Perez was just that, an absolute angel. He was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. After meeting with him and hearing him speak to other members of the company over the phone, I knew this was a special company. The employees spoke to each other like family. Once I submitted my signed contact online, Angel thanked me for choosing them and welcomed me to the family. Contract provides excellent warranty on parts and labor. Unit included install of ecobee smart thermostat, which I am in love with! Not sure how I got by all this time without one. By far the best quoted price out of the four I received. On the day of installation I received a text update with a photo and name of the lead installation technician Jon Neves. He and his team arrived right now time and finished the work exactly at their provided estimated completion time. The team placed a mat by the front door entrance to my house, which was a very nice touch, covered carpeted areas where they would be walking. After the job was complete they vacuumed their work space and it was like they weren't even in the house. The group of guys working in the installation took great care in everything they did. My installation required a crane to get the unit on top of my house and The Purple Crane was in and out quickly. The crane didn't disrupt my neighbors or even the trash service that morning. The crane was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Steve's 5 Star Service. They offer a service membership for less than $20 a month to handle HVAC tune ups, water heater flushes, and any service needs. You read that correctly, they also do plumbing! They will now be my go to for any plumbing needs. I'm due for a new water heater and I will be contacting them in the near future to handle my replacement. After 3 days of me calling Lowe's & either talking to an answering machine or an annoyed customer service with the same vague promise to call me back I called it quits , swallowed the cost and went searching for another option. Did I mention I was also on a strict time crunch since this was for a rental property & I happened to live out of state. I really did not want to have to purchase another round trip air fair ticket. I found Pro Appliance Installers online and gave them a call on a Friday around 5pm. Did I mention that it was also the Friday before Mother's Day ? I didn't have too much hope of this getting done before my flight out Monday night but figured I would give it a shot anyway. I called and talked to Jesse explaining my situation and he worked with my schedule and somehow was able to fit me in on the morning of Mother's Day! They arrived on time and kept in contact with me before , during, and after just to make sure everything was working . I reached out to Fina Water Systems & DLC Construction recently for help installing a water…read moresoftening + carbon filter system, reverse osmosis system, and Moen automatic water shut off. Carlos was quick to respond and provided a fair quote after sending him appropriate photos and videos of my home. Scheduling was quick and easy. On the day of the install, Trevor was the superstar and performed the installation for all the systems. Jimmy also stopped by to quickly add an electrical outlet for the water softening system. Trevor was kind, worked efficiently, and was very good at confirming exact details with how we wanted our systems installed (e.g., where we wanted the softening system to drain, the exact location for the reverse osmosis faucet). His work on the pipes was also very clean, and he did a great job educating me on how to use the systems and proper maintenance. They also threw in a free first bag of salt. Overall, had a fantastic experience and will be recommending them to our friends and family. We also plan to reach out again in the future for a new water heater.

He replaced the garbage disposal, installed our new kitchen faucet, replaced the leaking main valve for the refrigerator water line, changed an old outdoor faucet, and also thoroughly cleaned the kitchen drain line with an air jet system. He took the time to explain everything clearly and showed us the debris that came out of the drain. Most importantly, he did the work carefully and made sure everything was checked properly before leaving. The new disposal is very quiet and everything is working great so far.
