definitely not what we expected. I asked for a chile rellano burrito at first I got a Chile verde burrito, then they gave me the correct burrito , chile relleno burrito which was soggy and just taste awful . I excepted Chile rellano rice beans but this was a thin chile rellano and tons of chile verde.

This place is forsure a hidden gem! Was craving crispy tacos and wow glad we found this place. Affordable and delicious

Casual fast-food type Mexican restaurant. Family owned with multiple locations. Ordered regular size breakfast burrito with bacon and bean, rice and cheese burrito. They also offer junior size and extra large and are reasonably priced. Service was quick and portions are substantial. Burritos were packed full. They do make tortillas in house as well. Definitely a must try

I made a a brief stop for breakfast before taking my daughter to school. She selected a breakfast burrito, filled with potato, bacon, eggs, and cheese, and thoroughly enjoyed her meal.

Chicken Quesadilla with extra chicken and chips with all the tasty extras! It was delicious!

Excellent as always. A bit more tortilla than I remember. The best flavor of any Mexican restaurant.

Has anyone had experience using their Groupon?

I have used both of the groupons and everything worked fine and the food was the same.

    Do they have Taco Tuesdays?

I do not recall ever seeing a "taco Tuesday" special of sorts. Tacos are great tho!

It's our go-to…read morefor Mexican take-out and yes, we order take-out once or twice a month, which in our house translates to "no cooking." What I always order (and I'm boringly consistent) is Two hard shell shredded beef tacos with rice and beans. The tacos always arrive with the perfect amount of meat, crisp lettuce, and a tasty amount of cheese. The shell stays crispy and never turns into a soggy tortilla which is a win! Rice is fluffy and well seasoned. The Beans are creamy, savory, and basically soul-warming! I can never finish the beans the portions are good. The Hubby gets the carne asada burrito, which is so huge it could double as a pillow after a long day. He swears it's delicious and I've "sampled" a bite and yes, the flavor is there, very satisfying. Chips and salsa come complimentary even with to-go orders! It's around $32 for my taco plate and the carne asada burrito is a bit more but you're getting a lot of goodness for your bucks. We always order take-out, and somehow - somehow - the food lands back home still warm. Magic? Maybe! We've never eaten in so I can't speak to the dine-in vibe. Reason being it is a tiny restaurant but it always looks clean and has a sitting area for to-go orders. My only tiny gripe when we call to place an order, there are moments where I'm on hold while the staff seem to have a full-blown conversation. Ten minutes later, they remember I'm on the line. It's not a deal breaker, just a "huh, okay" moment I file under "worth the wait for the fix." Bottom line: Expect satisfaction from El Chilitos. It's my dependable, no-surprises, "I'm craving comfort Mexican food" go-to. Consistent quality, reliable flavors, and a taxi-cab of a burrito. My pictures are horrible but I promise to eat there again and share more!

When ordering the lady asked my boyfriend if he was okay with cilantro, onions, rice okay in the burrito and he omitted the beans. One thing she never asked is we wanted hotsauce on the food. Because when I got my tacos and he got his burrito, it had hotsauce. I think this is something they should ask if you want when you are ordering. What if someone is ordering for a kid and they don't like hotsauce. I say this cos I don't like hotsauce. My boyfriend had to bring to back and they have new tacos with no hotsauce. Another thing that is a hit or miss here are the chicharon. Our chicharon was both crunchy and soft. I noticed it depends what time of day you go and you also know by how much chicharon they have left (you can see it on the display). I like how they have the toppings in a little bar where you can get (hot sauce, pickled jalapeños, cilantro and onions). It is a small restaurant. They have some seats indoor and outdoor. And they even have a tortilla lady in the corner making fresh tortillas.

The tacos are really good and packed with flavor, and the burritos are just as solid, big portions that actually fill you up without feeling overpriced. You definitely get your money's worth here, which is hard to find these days. One of the best parts is the salsa bar. They have a good variety of salsas, and all of them taste fresh and delicious, not watered down like some places. You can really customize your food depending on how spicy you like it. The only downside is there's no kids menu, so it might be tough if you have really picky eaters. But if you're just looking for good tacos, good burritos, fair prices, and a taco spot to grab a quick meal, this place is definitely worth checking out.
