Fun spot, casual, it's got a cool vibe inside, lots of pink, plenty of space for a large group. My husband and I shared the chicken flautas and the chicken/shrimp fajitas. They also give you complimentary chips and salsa, the chips are pink to match the decor. By far the best thing we ate was the salsa. It was super flavorful and had a nice kick to it. It's free refills and we were trying not to eat too much of it since we had food coming, but we did end up eating close to 2 of the large baskets of chips. Couldn't get enough of the salsa! The chicken flautas were good, crispy and the crema was nice with it. The fajitas comes with unlimited tortillas and a side of beans/rice/pico/cheese/sour cream. It was okay, nothing super special. Service was also just okay, our server was nice but didn't seem to know the menu that well. Hostesses didn't seem that friendly. Went for lunch on the 4th of July on a whim. While it was busy we were still able to be seated in a nice comfy booth right away. The hostess was absolutely delightful and our waitress was very attentive without being overbearing. I do hate that they have one of those roaming photographers that come to the table, insist they take your picture and then try to sell the crap out of the picture even when you say no multiple times. Its a bit much. The chips were disappointingly bland, and only tasted good with the salsa. Other than that we liked the rest of the food. It was solid for Mexican on the strip. We had the birria quesatacos, chicken enchiladas with mole, Mexican rice and street corn esquites. Pricing was what you would expect on the strip, but not astronomical and the portions were good size so we both had leftovers. read more

Rosa Mexicano was one of our favorite meals during our Las Vegas trip! The restaurant is beautifully decorated with the cutest pink accents, making it such a fun place to dine. Went here last night. Let me just see if you haven't had their guacamole that it was a great hit in my group. It's the second time I've had it at this location and it was amazing. The bartender and our waitress phenomenal. The hostess last night who had long dark hair wore a flower clip, however, almost spoiled the dinner with her rudeness. She didn't want to recognize when we came to be seated and was just overall rude. I don't know if it was because there were two people with me that were disabled or looked different because she was staring at them a lot. I had tacos and they were pretty good. We have eaten here several times for breakfast and enjoy their menu. If you are walking by, stop in, but reservations are helpful. The servers and staff are always kind and welcoming. Our service was a little spotty this time but there was a lot of effort to get what we needed, so it wasn't a huge issue. My husband ordered the Avocado Toast and we could have split it. The portions are generous, for sure. Everything always tastes good and they have interesting options. I ordered the 20oz passion tea and it was pretty sweet. I kept adding water to it and I got it to a good balance for me. It was delicious!! The space is large and would be good for large parties. You would definitely need to plan that in advance. Enjoyed a nice family dinner at Rosa Mexicano, and had a great time. Our server was kind and attentive. The food came out quickly and no complaints about any of it!! The drinks in my opinion were not good. We tried 3-4 different cocktails and each one was just not good. We ordered two of the same margarita and the tasted different. I love the pink theme. The portions are huge and everything delicious. I would genuinely just recommend adding lights inside the bathrooms it legit felt like I was in the dark and the black toilet seats didn't make it any better. read more

Rosa Mexicano is a casual but modern Mexican restaurant inside the Miracle Mile mall. The decor is bright and festive. The restaurant is massive inside with a ton of seats. There's also an outdoor patio area. The menu consists of typical Mexican food options including burritos, tacos, salads, fajitas, and plates. The portions were decent sized. Our food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the free chips and salsa but also opted to get the table-side guacamole in which one of the cooks freshly makes the guacamole in front of you! Their prices are a little more expensive but I guess you pay for the "Strip" ambiance. Our server was friendly, prompt, and professional. She checked in periodically and was great able refilling our waters and drinks. The reason I could not give it 5 stars was the hostess was nowhere to be found for over 10 minutes to be seated and my friend had to go get her. The hostess seemed annoyed having to help us and it appears other customers have had the same experience. I love the atmosphere here, although for breakfast the music could be softened a bit. That's my headache talking! There was only one server so she was a bit overwhelmed, but was nice and helpful. The menu is fairly limited but I found a tres leches French toast that sounded interesting and I also got a side of bacon. Food arrived quickly and once I tried the French toast I realized it was not my favorite. I didn't realize there would be milk on the plate which the French toast sat in and got all soggy. The ambiance and overall feel of the restaurant is cool with the pink lights. Unfortunately the food was underwhelming. I got the steak and seafood enchiladas and they were just two small enchiladas with toppings piled on top, to give off that I received more than I did. For the price I definitely expected more. Also got the spicy cucumber margarita and it was pretty good. Nothing special. The server did his job making sure we had enough water and refilling our chips and salsa but was definitely let down by the enchiladas for being small and just "meh" in terms of taste. read more

Enjoyed my birthday dinner at Rosa Mexicano. It's located in Miracle Mile on the strip. We started with chicken nachos which were incredible! We also had their pink chips and salsa. For our mains we had the duck enchiladas, which were just ok. The shrimp quesadillas which were awesome. The fish tacos and plantains, which were good. To drink I had a pomegranate margarita with a sugar rim. So good! They gave me a birthday churros and a cute sombrero to wear for my birthday dessert. They were busy and service was good. One area I don't like is parking. It's $25 to just go to dinner. They should validate or discount a portion of it if you eat there. Otherwise, I enjoyed the visit. Made reservations and went here for brunch. Sat outside on the patio. Ordered the bottomless brunch which is 90 minutes of select drinks that you can mix and match for $35. The food menu is limited. I first discovered Rosa Mexicano years ago in New York City and still remember their unforgettable, tableside guacamole. So when we saw one on the Vegas Strip, we had to try it -- and it was just as delicious! We shared two enchiladas that were out of this world, paired with incredibly fresh salsa. But what stood out the most was the service. The staff was warm, courteous, and genuinely kind. Our waitress, Ann Marie, was wonderful -- so friendly, professional and attentive. When our guacamole order was accidentally missed, she and her manager came by to apologize and offered us a complimentary pre-order on the house. Such a thoughtful touch! read more

Located on the strip just below Bubba Gump Shrimp at the lower escalator. The place is pretty with pink and black decor which gave a nice ambiance. The service was another story. Waited in line to be seated. It took a while which is fine I assume because it was Valentine's Day they were busy. My husband went to the inside entrance and called me over because he said no one was waiting however once we spoke to the greeter she told us it was reservations only so we went back outside were you walk up and were seated. Or was our turn and the outdoor lady kept looking for one of the many tables so I said let's make it easy and we can sit at the bar. We get to the bar and waited. And waited and waited. When he came to talk to the ladies next to us for the third time I asked if we could get a menu. He finally as back after I waved him down and we order a cucumber cooler, guacamole and a jack and coke. The guacamole came with a mild salsa and chips. It was fresh and delicious. I wanted to try a margarita and my husband was going to get a steak fajita but the bartender never came back. Again he came and got the ladies next to us another modelo, then they wanted a modelo to go he made conversation and brought them over some type of shot. How do I know because I was making eye contact so he could see if we wanted anything else. It never happened. I finally waved him over and asked for the bill and my husband asked for a container for the remaining guacamole (because it was a nice size) The bill was $89!! Clearly something was wrong I asked for a print out and then he comes from the back stating he made a mistake. Yeah like $56 dollars. I told Victor he was the worst server/bartender I have ever encountered. I asked him why did you go out your way not to engage with us like you did the people next to us and at the end of the counter. He had no answer. He did acknowledge the error and comped the guacamole but I will never go back. Stating this is the tip screen it's up to you. Please!!! This is the first time I haven't tipped since I was an adult. Even if service is bad I leave $5 But you are kit going to disrespect me with bad service and think I'm tipping. read more

We recently had a truly wonderful experience at Rosas Mexican Restaurant, located in the Mile Mall in Las Vegas. The cuisine was absolutely delightful, offering a unique Mexican-Asian fusion rather than traditional authentic Mexican fare. We particularly enjoyed the rice bowl, which resembled a fried rice dish topped with a fried egg, and the tempura shrimp tacos. There were four of us, and we all ordered the same selections. Naturally, we also indulged in their blended Margaritas, choosing both the mango and strawberry flavors. Beyond the exceptional food, our server, Milton, also exceeded our expectations. He was not only professional but also consistently ensured our satisfaction with our meals and that all our needs were met. His kindness and attentiveness were truly appreciated. It is not often that one encounters a restaurant staff member who makes you feel so valued and dedicated to creating a memorable dining experience. The restaurant/bars is very large, and the outdoor patio was apparently not open. We were told that we could get service out there but it was hot, which we are aware of! The esquites were good, but the first bites tasted like a southwest cheeseburger. The empanadas were so good, but we just wished they were bigger. Appetizers- queso and steak nachos both were okay , not enough chips for queso and the server never came to check and steak was very chewy for nachos. Chicken fajitas for entree this comes out in a cool lava rock and it wasn't pretty good. Price point isn't terrible. Restaurant is so cute all pink , fun jungle vibe. Located in the Miracle Mile on the strip, is an adorable, pink-themed Mexicyrestaurant perfect for brunch. Jorge and Ann Marie were great! The restaurant features traditional Mexican decor with a fun pink flair. The pink cheetah and the skulls are my favorite decorative pieces. Plus, they have an all-day, every-day patio happy hour! As for the food and drinks, I recommend the Rosa Sol, made with Casa de Sol Blanco tequila, Modelo, strawberries,, agave, and a splash of club soda, or the spicy pineapple margaritas if you like something with a kick. For appetizers, the tableside guacamole is a must-try, and the tuna with mango and habanero sauce is delicious. Perfect for date night, the Parrilladas entree is a great option with a New York strip steak, red chili chicken, and grilled chorizo, plus all the fixings. So I came here by waiting for a friend to get off of work. It's very good for happy hour, so just keep that in mind. They have an outside in an inside so depending on whether you can do either. I sat on the outside but the sun was really kind of beating me up so I was trying to move to the inside or at least in the shade. But the outside is basically a patio to the Las Vegas strip. So you have a really good view of people watching if that's what you're going for, really good view. The inside is very pink but it's very beautiful. I would say. It's super spacious, they have several areas to sit at. The bar itself is humongous. So even if you just want to sit at the bar, you'd have no issues. From the outside. You can enter from the strip, from the inside you can enter from the mall. So they're options. I came for happy hour and a happy hour menu. I only really had drinks but it is a good bargain for your buck. You can see the pictures that I took of them attached to this so you can see what you would get. But overall, it was pretty good and I would actually go back next time for food. I only went for drinks the first time I went LOL. read more
