On my way home from work is Pacific Pizza, nestled in a bustling strip mall in the heart of Poway. They seem to do a good amount of takeout but I elected to eat in. Just a few picnic tables inside with south facing windows allowing the afternoon sun to stream in. Not really a comfortable vibe but I wasn't planning to spend too much time there. Service was polite and professional. I ordered two slices of their "Carne" which is basically just a meat-lovers. The slices were substantial in size and toppings but fell short on flavor. The whole thing tasted pretty average. I tried folding the first slice and it just cracked unfortunately. Overall a nice place with affordable pricing. I may visit again soon to try one of their pasta or salad dishes.

The order arrived right on time, still hot, and nothing was missing. There were 11 of us and everyone enjoyed the pizza's immensely. Vegetable for one and The Works for the other and antipasto salad.
