    Pizza al Pastor
    Komal R.

I have been reading about this place on the Philly subreddit, and the Al Pastor pizza totally lived up to the hype. I only had the appetite for 1 small pizza but plan to try their other specialties like the Chicken Mole Burrito and Birria Pizza soon. We ate it at one of the outdoor tables but take out/delivery is probably the best option as seating is limited and the pizzas are served HOT! Service is not the fastest but I don't blame them as they are super popular and busy. So make sure you order ahead of time.

Best late night delivery! I got the Mexican cheesesteak which was absolutely delicious! Bread was soft and fresh. It had jalapeños on it so it did have a good spiciness to it. Onions were crispy. Will def order from here again.

This review is for delivery. Tonight I ordered the Jamaica Aguas Fresca drink. So good! I highly recommend! Not too sweet which is how I like it. I also ordered the Classic Pizza: Fresh Veggie. It came hot & looked delicious. Cheese & dough were good. The olives unfortunately overpowered the other vegetable toppings. For dessert I got the Churros which came hot & the cinnamon sugar smell was devine.

I would get it. The wings are good too!

I ordered it on DoorDash, and found out that the pizzeria has its own drivers. Keep your self phone close because the driver will notify you once your food is delivered. Aside from that the pizza was so good and the wings were good. Will order again

Enjoyed our small Al Pastor and Choriqueso pizzas from Rosario's Pizzeria. We picked up our pies to go one evening from its small vestibule. Seemed as though it was a busy week night. Will definitely be back to try some of their other specialty pies!

    Birria Pizza

Birria pizza is absolutely delicious! The fries were also good. This place is almost a hole in the wall for being as small as it is, but let me tell you, that means nothing. The pizza only comes in medium for $30, though I thought it was a bit pricey, after eating it, that wasn't the case for how much you got. The consomé with the pizza is a game changer through the eating of the pizza but once you get to just the crust, it's so good. Will definitely eat here again.

    Chicken Salad Hoagie

Only got a picture of the chicken salad hoagie because I ate my burrito so quickly, but wow! Amazing quality, taste, and portions. While I hear the pizza is great there, the chicken mole burrito really blew me away, and the chicken salad hoagie was stacked and filling, super creamy. Seems as though this place has delivery figured out perfectly, and I'm happy to get to try everything on the menu soon enough!

Doesn't look like much when you pass by, but its def a spot you have to try! They have tons of specialty pizzas and other food options if you don't want pizza. The Birria pizza only comes in medium and its a bit pricey, but worth every penny! The pizza brings consume so you can dip it in it as well. This took quesabirria tacos to a whole other level!

COVID has hit the service industry pretty bad, but I'm happy there are some places still making it through! After a very long time wanting to try this place, my boyfriend obliged! We got the Al Pastor Pizza and the passionfruit cheesecake. The pizza was what you'd imagine: marinated pork, pineapples, onions, and cilantro on top of a pretty exquisite tomato pie. I liked that the crust could handle all the toppings since that's never a guarantee. The passionfruit cheesecake was good too! I wasn't crazy about the gelatin topping but the whole cake had passionfruit flavoring and was adequately firm, though again I think it was a bit on the gelatinous side. Not /ideal/ when I look out for a cheesecake but delicious nonetheless. Hoping this place can survive the trying times and also hoping I can try some of the other mexican-themed pies!

    Chicken tinga pizza

The food was good, however I think we may have order the wrong item. It was overall a decent pizza with unique Mexican flare but I wish it had more flavor or a dominant taste. The service was speedy and it was delivered in 30 minutes as told. They are often busy as we have called before and experienced upwards of an hour wait so be sure to order ahead. We have never ate in only picked up or delivered so I can't speak to the restaurant ambiance, but overall vibe is good. I think we will try it again with a different pie.

    Plantains (Platanos Maduros). Get this
    Retna S.

I placed my order for pickup. The person who took the call is very friendly and my order was ready in 15 minutes. She gave me a call to notify me. Al pastor pizza: although it looks spicy, it's not spicy at all. It comes with a sauce that you can put yourself. The pizza is loaded with chicken and bits of pineapple. The crust is thin and crispy on the edges. It's ok, I was expecting more flavor. Maduros with condensed milk. Definitely get this for dessert. Plantains are perfectly ripe, not too mushy. The drizzle of condensed milk and chocolate sprinkles elevate the sweetness.

OOOK, here we go: Hot chicken slider( you only get 1 folks) very good and had the right amount of toppings 5/5 Pulled pork slider: Very flavorful, juicy, and tender: 5/5 Caesar salad: 5/5 Deviled eggs. Good, but too salty Fried pickles: Good, but too salty Chicken & Andouille Gumbo: This was excellent. The braised chicken thighs were seasoned well and very tender. The pickled red onions really elevated this dish. 5/5 The grilled salmon had a great char and crunch. It was not dry nor over cooked. 5/5 The burger was delicious just as a burger should be and the famous duck fat fries were very crunchy. 5/5 for both Happy hour is really the time to go, but make sure they honor your reservation. They overheard us talking about how The Trough would be nice (feeds 8 for $300, but was more than enough for us 9), and said if we wanted that they could get it started as the table was prepared. We said yes, and were sat a few minutes later with drinks in hand. Jenna (Gema? She had grape earrings) was a fantastic server and just so kind and attentive. We asked for the toppings on the side because, you know, kids, but WOW. The vodka sauce was delicious, and the pickled tomato concoction that came with them? I could've bathed in it. The calamari was perfectly crisp and came with the unexpected bonus of onion rings, which were ever-so-lightly battered and perfectly crunchy. And once again, the sauces were superb. The boys shared a cheese pizza, half pepperoni, and really enjoyed it. My husband ordered the burger, and yes, I stole a bite--and yes, to no one's surprise, it was amazing. We also ordered the charred broccoli after seeing everyone rave about it online. They were NOT wrong. Creamy, smoky, charred perfection. And finally... drumroll please... the 10 oz. smoked Duroc pork chop! OH. EM. GEEE. Perfectly charred on the outside and incredibly juicy inside, sitting in the most delicious smoky morita-apricot glaze and topped with a bright cucumber-melon salad with mint and blue basil. There was a lao a really nice distribution of pepperoni throughout the pizza and it never really gave that "greasy" feeling that can happen.
