Definitely a fan. It's new... and dangerous to my jeans size, since it's four blocks from my place. Oy. Doug Y is right - this is very close to NY street-style, by-the-slice goodness. For my first try, I actually ordered a small neapolitan w/ onions, mushrooms and black olives. I usually like to order plain cheese, but was feeling like a bit of roughage. I regretted that once I went in to pick up my pizza - the huge round of plain pizza available by the slice made my mouth water. What I ended up with looked a little soggy and suspiciously thick. But once I started eating all was good. I believe they sautéed the onions, and the mushroom were fresh, not canned (hence some of the sogginess). Crust is good. Sauce is fine. Most of the reviews do mention Enzo's, which I also really like. It's going to be a toss-up now. Probably Rosa's for when I want just a good-old NY-style, Enzo's for something a little more upscale (and, well, pricier), with a salad, which Fat Sully's does not do. I'll probably still order Anthony's too (another great, NY-style pie) if the wait is too long at Fat Sully's. Next time, I'll stop in for a cheese slice - the only true way to judge. read more

Their garlic knots are big, fluffy, and totally worth it--don't forget to ask for the sauce on the side. The grandma slice? One of the best in Queens, with perfect hints of garlic. By far my favorite pizza in NYC! I have not eaten a slice that I didn't love. My favorites are the Caesar Salad slice, their fresh mozzarella and tomato slice, as well as their Sicilian slice with sautéed onions on top! The pizza is overpriced compared to other local pizzerias in the neighborhood. Ironically, it's 12 noon and one person is only here beside me. I think that speaks volumes in itself.
