She smiled and asked if she could help and when I mentioned the shirt, she immediately pointed over to a rack. I asked if by any chance they had any other sides in the back and she smiled & right away walked over to see what she could find. She did find the size I needed and I happily bought it. We had some small talk about why I wanted the shirt and it was just an overall lovely experience.
