I always liked Rosa's. The food is good, and the variety of pizzas means you can find whatever you are in the mood for. Here is the problem. I was in there the other night, obviously for takeout, given the covid-19 situation. The guy who makes the pies did not have a mask on. Worse yet, he yawned into the faces of two young ladies who were there for their order. One other guy, who generally mans the ovens, had his mask under his chin. The whole scene was disgusting. What is it about the gravity of the situation that they don't understand? This is the first time during the pandemic that I truly felt uncomfortable at a food establishment. I caught the eye of another patron who apparently saw the same thing. I had no choice but to walk out. It will be quite a while- probably well after the current situation is over, -that I will return. Please, show some concern for your patrons. Go to pizza spot in Valley. A little bit on the expensive side for pizza, but you get very large slices so I think it's very worth it. All of the side orders are really good as well (would be cool if they added a broccoli roll). Staff are about there business, look to make eye contact with one of them, place your order, go pay and wait for your food, simple, could see how it could be overwhelming in there for some though. I've been coming here for years and the service has always been excellent. Although it's not a table-service restaurant the pizza still comes in generous portions and with amazing flavor. Honestly I think they forgot why I came in before even I did. The service sucked. I went on break from my summer job at Hendrickson pool to get a few wings to bring back to my shift to eat. I waited for TWENTY minutes just for a guy behind the counter to say "So wat did you ask for?" And then followed by "Ok we'll start up the fryer right now." I usually order the Eggplant Parmesan which is tasty, but today I ordered Chicken Marsala. I figured if they got one right, how could I miss? Well, it missed.
