My first time ordering at Rosa's and I will definitely be coming back. The staff is very friendly, with a wide variety of different pizzas nice seating area, very clean. I ordered a regular slice and buffalo chicken slice to go, but I didn't want it warmed up (waited until I got home). It came to $9.15. When I got home and opened the box, I was surprised by the size of the slices, which was a very nice portion size. The pizza taste great. Good service.

Food is good, service is terrible especially the white old guy. Extremely entitled and rude. He got mad and told me to order all plain when i asked him for half cheese and half pepperoni. If you really want a good experience i recommend eddie d's pizzeria.

Barely any marinara not so much cheese when I asked for extra as well and why is the chicken cut up into strips?

Order a chicken park hero why is it cut up into small pieces and no flavor on the sauce. It's a sad sandwiches for $14 Eat some place else. Also say the Sicilian slice looks real bad as well.

Rosa Pizzeria is the best in the area. They have a variety of specialty pizzas that are all absolutely delicious. Some of my favorites are the ceasar salad, mozzarella and tomatoes and of course the regular slice!

Ordered a pasta for delivery via UberEats. Pasta is okay. However, it seems like the restaurant has a tendency to disregard customers requests. I made a note to request to add basil and parmesan cheese and seasonings on the side... second time I receive my order without either. Little details are overlooked.

Unbelievably expensive! Find another pizzeria. $80 for three pies is ridiculous and to charge me more for credit is another insult.

In my opinion, this is the best Neapolitan-style pizza I've tried in New York so far, and that's saying a lot because I've tried many! The place also has a cute, quaint ambiance that makes it feel warm and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which adds even more to the experience. The Chef's Table in Lynbrook was a really impressive experience from start to finish…read more It's tucked away on Watkins Street just off Merrick Road, so it definitely has that true hidden gem feel. The restaurant is warm, comfortable and a little more upscale without feeling stuffy. White tablecloths, great service and very reasonable prices. The service deserves a mention on its own because everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. I started with an Espresso Martini, which was honestly one of the best I've had, followed by a Lychee Martini that was also excellent. For food, the Calamari con Gamberi was a standout for me. I actually prefer calamari braised like this instead of breaded, and theirs was tender and full of flavor with shrimp, cherry peppers, white beans and tomato sauce. The Chef's Table Salad with shrimp was super fresh and light. The goat cheese, pear, prosciutto, pistachios and lemon thyme dressing all worked really well together without the dressing overpowering anything. The Lobster & Crab Ravioli was excellent and that saffron cream sauce was the star. I can absolutely see why this is one of their best sellers. I also tried the Pollo alla Franca with Bell & Evans organic chicken, prosciutto, spinach, artichokes, mozzarella and Port wine mushroom sauce. Rich, flavorful and very well executed. Even though I'm normally not a big dessert person, they make all of their desserts in-house, so I had to try a few. The flourless chocolate cake, warm apple tart and Belgian chocolate mousse were all excellent, especially that mousse -- very rich with a strong Belgian chocolate flavor. This was my first time here, but definitely not my last. Great Italian food, excellent cocktails, fantastic service and a true neighborhood hidden gem. Highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to stop in during long island resturant week and participate in the prefix meal. I had the research salad which was fresh and sauce. Regardless, we had some summer drinks that were offered on a summer drink menu. We loved all seven of the drinks. I had the watermelon, basil smash, and the blackberry basil. Margarita, fantastic drinks. We sat at the bar for drinks initially, but decided to stay for dinner because the bartender was out of his mind. What a great Server... and without a doubt he is a great drink Maker. For dinner we had the beef aroncino (rice ball) special, the Mediterranean salad and the grilled Octopus as starters. All 3 apps were delish. The entrees were full of flavor and cooked perfectly to the correctly ordered temps. The ribeye steak was amazing and the grilled pork chop special, served with garlic mash potatoes and grill asparigus was just as good. Jonathan made us the perfect cappuccinos as well as recommended two desserts for us the triple chocolate mousse cake and the pistachio ricotta cake. Just like his drinks those desserts were right on point. We couldn't have been happier with tonight selection we were supposed to go somewhere else and the plan fell through. Low and behold, we wound up at Selitas and let me tell you next time the plans will be at Selita's because the food, service, atmosphere, music, and the clientele that seem to be regulars at the bar... They're all awesome. Can't to get there again soon.

Unfortunately, Selita's failed with the first impression. We walked past a very small bar and into the dining room, which had a musty smell. The green walls, red leather tufted seats, and mirrors on the walls gave the place a very dated, old-fashioned feel. Since it was our first time there, we decided to play it safe and just order a couple of appetizers. We had the grilled octopus and the eggplant Parmigiana. The eggplant Parmigiana was tasty, but we would not consider it an authentic Italian dish. The grilled octopus, on the other hand, was a completely different story. It was incredibly tough and chewy - honestly, it was like eating a garden hose. It really seemed as though it had been cooked ahead of time and then reheated. When we left, my wife looked at me and said, "We're never coming back here again." Unfortunately, I had to agree. That's really a shame because we genuinely wanted to like Selita's. It's close to home, and we were hoping to find a new local favorite. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I suppose that's the chance you take when trying a new restaurant. Sometimes you find a gem, and sometimes you don't. Unfortunately, Selita's was a "swing and a miss" for us.

Not my first time here but there was just so much going on around me that it was difficult to focus on the food portion of the visit. Street parking was fairly easy here and just a short walk back to the restaurant. In the middle of this vibrant restaurant with people speaking, laughing and really enjoying themselves, I get to give a speech. The funny part here was that when I got up to speak, someone having dinner gets up and says: "I know you." Appetizers came out family style. Calamari, salad, and pasta. All very good and very fresh. The serving staff did a great job supporting this large crowd. I also appreciate that what needed to be hot, was hot and what needed to be cool was just that. My main meal consisted of Chicken Francaise which was excellent. Thin tatsy-fresh pieces of chicken with a very tasty francaise sauce. PLenty of food here... No one goes home hungry. Every time I'm there, I go in with the thought "THIS time I'm going to control myself". And then I do it again...., It's the only place remaining that I can't control my eating! The food is delicious, no matter what I order: meat, fish, appetizers. I could swear the air tastes better... Full menu, it's all great. Prices? Ya know, I used to say: a little expensive. But it seems that their prices have stayed the same while others have gone up, so I no longer regard Livornos as "an expensive restaurant". The last bill (yesterday) undercut my estimate by about 25%! Anyway, getting more than my money's worth at any price. You get free stuff too. They give you that pizza bread along with the regular bread. Some group vegetables at main course time. And in addition to any desserts you order, a LARGE tray of delicious fruit, no additional charge. I wish I knew where they get that fruit from because I can't find fruit in my shopping that matches it in taste. Oh yeah, also free Italian cookies. The service? As polite and efficient as I've ever seen. The owners (I think they're the owners) come around at intervals to make sure everything is okay. I've never had anything to complain about. My fingers are getting tired so I'll stop here. You've been warned.
