I ordered the Zeppole as I have several times in the past. This time several pieces were raw. When I called the store, they told me, "that's the way it's supposed to be." I said, "I've never had Zeppole that were raw like this before and". Stella (said she was the manager) said she didn't know what to tell me because that is the way they make them and there's nothing she could do for me. I thanked her and hung up. I checked the website and they are described as "crispy pieces of dough". I called Stella back, she hung up on me. I called again and she answered this time. I let her know what the website said and she continued to say they are supposed to be raw. She said she could give me a $5 credit on my account but that was about it. I declined. What is $5 dollars when the item was $8 plus tax and tip! This was HORRIBLE customer service and I will likely never order from here again! Your system won't let me attach photos. We ordered from Rosati's as delivery, because you know what, why not? This is a really zesty pizza place, and my taste buds honestly agreed. Every bite left me with a good memory, even to this day. We ordered these cheesy cheese mozzarella sticks with the dipping, marinara sauce. My other favorite was the Rosati Dough Bites: Bite-sized pieces of crispy pizza dough tossed in garlic butter sauce & served with more of that yummy marinara as well. It was super hot still when it came to our door and I absolutely enjoyed it! At first, I fought my friend on what kind of pizza to order, and I was liking the sound of the Rosati's Monster, because it sounded like it had all the toppings I was originally looking for. (Gourmet Italian sausage, too.) It sounded better than the regular sausage. Obviously pepperoni, mushroom, onion, green pepper. I was just starting to warm up to Canadian bacon. We found out that the Monster also had meatball, black & green olives with tomato and surprise: more bacon on top. Instead, my friend told me to trust him, and we opted for the Classic Combo. The Classic Combo, which sounded boring at first, was actually very jumbo sized upon getting it delivered. A couple good things were that it still had the Gourmet Italian sausage that I was looking for. The basic toppings such as pepperoni, mushroom, onion, green pepper & black olives. For years I have enjoyed Rosatti's -Broomfield, CO- antipasto salad take-out. It was always richly garnished with veggies, cheese and cold cuts; an order would make two tasty salads. But on September 5, 2023 I paid over $12 for a tub of 95% iceberg lettuce (some of it brown.) Incredible decline in quality. King Soopers next door sells fresher chopped lettuce for about 80% less per pound. If all you want is a plastic tub of rabbit food, I'd go with King Soopers in that shopping center. I am wondering if the employees punish you if you do not add a 20% tip to the cc swipe. read more

Not bad, wings were really good...the "thin" crust was a little too much bread for me...and I don't really care for thin crust pizzas generally so this is no where near thin nor original crust...it was much thicker and the bread /dough was a little on the dry side for my taste. Boyfriend thought Iy was okay, he said it reminded him of the Red Baron frozen pizzas ...which he likes...and I don't. Frozen pizza is just that...it's frozen and doesn't taste fresh. I gave this place it 3 stars for the inexpensive prices, deals, excellent service, and the boneless wings. I have ordered delivery twice in the past 2 years due to my experience the first time, and they messed it up again. Two years ago my pizza was never delivered. I continued to call and question why it had been 2+ hours and I still didn't have my pizza. I finally told them to cancel my order. The next morning when I got up, they had put my pizza on my porch sometime after I went to bed. I tried again tonight and ordered a regular pizza and a gluten free pizza. 10 minutes after the time my pizza was to be delivered I received a call from the restaurant. They said the gluten free pizza didn't come through so they missed it. They said it was going to be an additional 1-1/2 hrs if still wanted it - it had already been an hour since I ordered. Don't order from them to have it delivered. They can't seem to get it straight. Update - It's been 20 minutes since my post and I got the call stating the other half was out the door (I live 5 minutes away). I was quoted delivery within 50 minutes when I ordered. I just called to find out what we don't have my husbands pizza yet. The girl stated they were quoting 90 minutes. When I told her my quote was 50 minutes she became extremely rude, cutting me off and talking over me saying it was 1 hr 15 minutes and it was being checked out now. I will NEVER order from them again!! Now it's been 30 minutes since I called the last time and was told it was being checked out right then. Guess what - STILL NO PIZZA!! I will continue to review them and update until they finally deliver it. I called Rosati's 25 minutes ago and was told it was out for delivery. It has now been 2-1/2 he's since we ordered the pizza, and guess what? STILL NO PIZZA!!!!! I ordered a gluten free pizza from Blackjack after 6pm and guess what, I have it already. I wish I could give this place zero stars for their utter lack of business acumen and ethics. On Saturday, we ordered a pizza from Rosati's online. We prepaid with a credit card, and received an e-mailed confirmation of our order from Rosati's. My husband drove to Rosati's to pick up our order, only to find the building dark and the door locked. He tried calling Rosati's repeatedly, but no one answered. My husband contacted the credit card company to cancel the payment, but was told that since Rosati's had accepted and posted our credit card payment, we would have to wait until this week to contest the payment, which we have now done. Under no circumstances should any business take money for products or services and then refuse to provide those goods or services. read more

3/26/21 18 in 1/2 pepperoni. Ok, I see a ton of bad reviews for customer service and I just picked up an exceptional pie and I am compelled to make my first review. For context I ran a pizza shop for about 5 years a while back. This pie was awesome. Pepperoni under the cheese is next level and is ignored too much. The sauce reminded me of the Bobe's pizza in Southern Illinois I ate as a kid. The dough had a great consistency and the cheese was tasty and ample. As for service - they appeared to be short staffed and dealing with issues with the online ordering system. I did have to wait a few minutes before it was my turn, but when it was my turn the man at the counter (who I assumed was the manager) was pleasant, and happy to see another Bears fan (I have a sweet Bears mask). I read the reviews and the prevailing theme was good pizza, bad service, problems with online ordering. So I called and asked for a pickup at 6:15 and got it a few minutes late. Perfect, time for a beer. People in the shop were upset about the online order thing, but honestly I saw 3 staff, I hope to hell they had at least one more back in the kitchen, getting beat up and trying to make it right all around. Kinks can get worked out, they make a great pie. Call in your order, go pick it up and have a beer while you wait. I'll be back next Friday. Bear Down! read more

Rosatti's is under new ownership and seems to have gone downhill. My husband ordered a deep dish pizza, (extra crispy) and a double dough pizza, thirty minutes prior to arriving. The deep dish takes at least thirty minutes. When we arrived, we were waiting past the original thirty minutes and had not gotten our pizza. Meanwhile, the couple next to us had a deep dish pizza. Ten minutes later another pizza was brought out to them. They looked confused. My husband went to the counter and asked about the pizza, yup, they had given it to the couple next to us, (which had not ordered a deep dish). They told him, it would take another thirty minutes, to make another one. In the mean time, the double dough pizza came out and it looked like a slop of cheese. Needless to say, I could only eat one small piece. It'll end up in the trash. When the deep dish arrived, it was not hot, the sauce was spilling over and the pizza was not extra crispy. It was not baked according to the original order. The sauce was bland and the pizza had a lot of liquid. Rosatti's used to be my husband's favorite place for deep dish pizza. It's time to drive a bit further to Louisville or find another local deep dish pizza location. **The manager and new owner did not apologize when the mistake was made. When we waited another thirty minutes and had not received the deep dish my husband decided to ask for some sort of compensation. The owner sent the manager out. Not apologetic at all and finally said that he won't refund the pizza or would not refund $15 to the original payment but would give a $15 credit on the account. Poor customer service. read more

Last weekend my boyfriend and I ordered food online on their website, it said it would be ready in 30 minutes. The order was for 6 wings and a deep dish pizza. We get there and the older man had no idea what we were talking about, he said he didn't even know there was an order. Then the older man said what happened was they delivered our food to someone else. About 10 minutes later the older man told us our wings were almost ready and our pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. But we ended up waiting for about 45 minutes for our food, he said he threw in some dough knots for the inconvenience. We get home and we got the wrong order again. We didn't even get the wings, the pizza wasn't right either. And we got mozzarella sticks instead of wings. We let it go, we didn't want to go back again and wait for longer. Then we tried them tonight and we called and ordered this time. We go pick up, I checked it, and the order was right. We go to eat the wings and they were all raw. So we're pretty disappointed. Obviously they don't know how to use a thermometer. This pizza wasn't great either, the cheese was very rubbery and soggy. We called and they offered to remake the wings but I definitely don't trust them again. Very disappointing I came in a couple days ago and ordered among other items a sausage sandwich. It was about 4pm and we were the only customers. My companion's meal was served in about 15 minutes and my sandwich didn't arrive for another 15. I was advised that the sausage takes forever to heat?? It wasn't hot and the sandwich was a sausage link on a cold un-toasted stale roll with some sauce over it. This review reflects my experience at this location, as I have yet to try the food there and now never will. I was picking up an order on a Friday at lunchtime. First, a group of people dining did not have masks on and one particular member was excessively coughing all over the entirety of the dining area. While this is not the fault of the establishment, some kind of enforcement of "hey wear a mask" or "hey, if you have any cold-like symptoms please wait outside or at least cover your mouth while you cough" would have been nice. Now on to the much worse topic, the employee working at the front completely lacked professionalism and decency as a human being. Without any warning, while I was waiting for my order she asked me if I had kids. I said no, and while the conversation should have been over here, this employee continued to hammer me with questions. "Really?? How old are you?" (I answered because I quite frankly did not know what else to say at the time). She proceeded to say, and I quote, "you're almost 30 and you don't have any kids yet?! Wow what a shame. I hope you decide to have some soon." Yes, this employee told me my lack of children at my age was "a shame." Never mind the fact that I could have health problems preventing me from getting pregnant, or I could be desperately trying to have children but instead have had several miscarriages, or maybe I am not in a financial position to have children yet, or maybe I don't want them at all. In fact, whatever the reason is that I don't have children "at my age" shouldn't have to be shared with the complete stranger I've known all of 7 minutes in order to be treated with an ounce of respect. Obviously, the circumstances around my visit to this restaurant might have been completely different if I went at a different time or if a different employee had been working. But they weren't and because of this negative experience, I will not come back. My hope with this review is that it reaches management and they take whatever actions they deem appropriate, and that no other customers have to deal with this beratement. read more

I first tried Rosatis about a year ago and the pizza was great. The second or third time, still great. However, the last few times (within past 6-8 months), the quality has declined. The last delivery I got was lukewarm and the thin crust was soggy. It was disappointing to say the least. ordered three 18" pizza's easy sauce, extra cheese. Imagine my surprise when I picked them up and they were easy cheese. The printed tag did show easy cheese, but also has XX Cheese, two times on it. I had issues ordering but when I got home and looked at my laptop it did indeed show easy, easy sauce, X-tra cheese. I drive almost 30 minutes each way for this pizza and knew everyone would be disappointed in what I would be bringing home. The pizza was all sauce, which I'm allergic to, hence the instruction of easy, easy sauce, (it's on every order I've placed at Rosati's). The person behind the counter, possibly the owner, told me he wouldn't make me replacement pizza's, which flabbergasted me! He had conflicting instructions on his sheet, yet was insistent it was okay to pick one and follow that instruction. A phone call to clear up any confusion would've been great. But I honestly believe he never even saw the extra, extra cheese notice until I pointed it out. Pretty sure I got charged for that though! Which has me questioning whether anybody there EVER looks at requests for extra ingredients, unless you physically write those instructions. The amount of money it would've cost to remake those pizza's irregardless of where the miscommunication error was, is a pittance compared to the lost business between myself and my son ( we take turns driving/paying) at $60-$100 each visit. I brought the pizza's home lifted the little bit of cheese on it and scraped the sauce off. Basically I ate crust with a sprinkle of cheese. To top it off one of the pizza's was loaded with bubbles! I'm from Chicago, I eat at the original Rosati's! For a location that is trying to turn itself around and save the store, a little customer service (and appreciation that someone is willing to drive that far, for your pizza,) in this situation would've gone a long way in keeping a long time customer!! :( read more

We were out and about in the area, found this place on yelp, called in an order and picked it up on the go. We ordered a 14 inch Godfather, a 16 inch double pepperoni, the dough nuggets and a salad. The Bill ended up to be about $65! I immediately made a joke that the crust probably had been dusted with flakes of gold. The order smelled so good in the car that we started to eat it while driving home. Probably the best pizza that I have had in Colorado! I normally do not like a lot of cheese on my pizza, but the quality of cheese that this place used made it bare able. This pizza was so good that it didn't even get hard in the refrigerator. We had snacked on it for about three days. The dough nuggets were also delicious. They were delicate and packed with flavor. Even the Marinara sauce that came with it was awesome. I definitely will make an effort to make the drive to this place on my next pay day and try some of the other things on the menu. My only complaint is that they were running a little behind from the tentative pick up time that they had given me. Just moved to the area and was literally going to the grocery store to buy a frozen pizza and I stumbled upon Rosati's. I thought to myself is this same place that was from back home in Chicago As for the pizza- . It truly tasted like the pizza I had back in Chicago. We ordered it well done and they cooked it perfect. The sauce and sausage tasted awesome. However,I think they went a little light on the sausage but it was a great pizza overall. The wait time was a little long for a medium thin crust but they were extremely busy and the front counter staff did their best to keep up with all the people and phone calls.
