If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the second time I have had to speak with the manager, Juan after the pizzas delivered were undercooked, missing ingredients and not good quality. He told me he made the pizzas himself so he knew they were good and proceeded to yell and me and tell me if I didn't like it, I could order from Domino's. I have never had a manager of a restaurant be so disrespectful and rude. I asked for a credit for the bad pizza and he told me that if I wanted a credit, I had to drive the pizza back to him. My husband and I own a local business within a block of this location. We get lunch from Rosati's quite often and are never disappointed. Love that they have a "Slice Reward Program" where you earn free slices every once in a while. We also had Rosati's cater my Mother-in-Law's birthday this past June, and all of the guests were very happy and very full. The staff is always accommodating, quick and friendly. read more

Best pizza place in the neighborhood... I've only ordered their thin crust pizza to pickup and it's been a good experience each time (they get it right every time and hand it over with a smile). Quality cheese, delicious pizza sauce, and fresh ingredient toppings go into their pizzas and they put plenty of it on (I like the taste of their Italian sausage and fresh onions). Having said that, however, and I'm not sure if it's just me, but some pizza orders are "cooked" better than other pizza orders so I believe the cooking partially depends on who's making em' and working the oven at the time. Whatever and no matter, I'll come back here again and again because it's the better pizza you can get around this area. Lastly, you can eat inside as they've got a number of tables to use and a good sized TV to watch sports on. read more

We will never order from them again!! I grew up in Glenview and have been eating Rosati's happily all my life. There was an issue with our delivery. My wife called and was treated very very rude!! And we never received the food and was told there will be no refund because he is not going to waste his food. THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED!!! Had to go all the way back and instead of us keeping our first pizza like any other place would do, he takes it and tosses it out right in front of us. I ordered a pizza at 5:30 on line. The Rosati's website only gives you the option of using Slice for delivery. An hour & a half later I call to see where our order is and they put me on hold & hung up on me three times before I finally got to a manager who immediately started arguing with me, until he finally realized I wasn't the same person he had been arguing with earlier (that says a lot) he finally blamed it on the fax machine. We've ordered from Rosati's for maybe 20 years. When they remodeled, the pizza's were good one week, awful the next. But we were patient. They boosted back up to par for a while. Well, now they are mostly not very good. They now skimp on toppings. My husband loved the pepperoni, with onions, mushrooms and peppers. You can literally count the toppings through the cheese. Last week was the last chance, the pizza we received should have been kept and redone before delivery it was way over done, and after being cut, there wasn't even a piece of sausage on each cut piece. It's a shame, because we were always excited to say our Rosati's in Cary had the Best pizza. However, their ribs and chicken dinners are still excellent. read more

I went to this pizza chain this past weekend and had a terrible experience. I ordered a small Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza for Two Toppings. The pizza itself was $13.99 and the toppings were $1.50 Each. Anyone that can do math should know that the total for that pizza would be $17.00 without tax and maybe $18.50 after taxes. Sure enough the man rang me up and said "~$23.00". I pointed at the menu and said how is this possible with these prices? The man apologized and rang me up again and "fixed" the cost. I gave him my card, and did not get a receipt for the purchase. I go home and find out that I was still charged the $23.00. Food is still not bad, but the prices there have skyrocketed in the past few years. It is very easy to spend 40 bucks on a pizza and a sandwich these days there. Service has always been decent at this location, and the Italian beef is marginal. Normally it is a cheaper cut of beef, loaded with fat and gristle. Rosatis at one time was a staple for my family, but it seems the prices rise and food quality has gone down, using cheaper ingredients and somehow taking that used to be a decent place to a new low. Ordered $60 in food and was supposed to get french fries and forgot them so I called them back and they sent someone almost a hour later with mozzarella sticks and I called him again and he said you never said anything about fries and then he kept calling me a liar and saying that his cook said he put them in the bag and he told me if I wanted the fries would be another 45 minutes but I asked to talk to the owner and he said if you have any problems you can go through me and consistently kept saying I give them problems and complain but the thing is they always mess up the order.... for the prices we pay for their food everything should come out right... scum... will never order there again! read more

I've ordered from this location a few times, noticing the phone etiquette & knowledge of placing an order not the best, whoever answers the phone usually has to ask for help in putting in my order. But the rudeness of the young lady who took my order last night was the last straw. The first time I called they picked up the phone, I could hear background noise & then the phone was slammed down & I was cut off. I called back & joked with the girl that I was just hung up on & her rude response was "well yea, we're open". Huh? I placed my order, she was incredibly unfriendly the entire time, & when I ended my call with a thank you, her response was "yep", click. Not a "your welcome", not a "thank you". Well, yep there are lots of other places near your establishment that has pizza too. My husband picked up the order & he said they weren't that friendly either. So the two star rating is for the service. The pizza is usually pretty good, beware that the thin crust has quite a bit of cheese on it, no complaints there. I'd give their pizza 4 stars. But we think it's time we go elsewhere, where the restaurant appreciates our business. read more

I hate giving a one star review, but here goes. This place was where we always went for pizza. As time went on, however, the pizza seemed to lose it's appeal. I don't know if it's the quality of the ingredients or the way it is made. We would always get cheese pizzas so there were not a lot of toppings to hide the basic pizza. We stopped going there for several years and last week we decided to give it another try. We ordered an extra large cheese pizza. We tried to eat it, but it was so salty we wound up throwing it away. had a taste for chicken parm so my husband and I both ordered it. Something has definitely changed. The chicken portion used to be generous but each of our dishes only looked to be a half piece or very small chicken breast. Every other time I've ordered it came with marinara, which I would have preferred. I didn't care for the taste of their meat sauce at all. I live in Cary and this is my go to Pizza & Wings place for the last 4 years. The food is good but they get my order wrong at least 25% of the time. Ordered tonight, it was snowing so knew that delivery would be long. Order at 4:45 order came at 6:30. It was incomplete. Called right way, st he girl said they would send out the missing items right way. 30 mins later no food, called manager, he said it was on its way and should be there in a few minutes. 15 mins later still no food. Called back. Was yelled at and called a liar that the cooks said all food was there, no it wasn't! Finally the driver shows up and tells me that the manger is great and they have it on camera that I got my food! Really, then show me the tape! So 2 hours and 30 mins to finally eat as a family! I will say that this location does have good food but really not worth the aggravation as orders are always wrong. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs online for pickup priced at 9.99. The online order says you get spaghetti and meatballs. There is an option for marinara or meatsauce. Meatsauce adds 1.19 to order, not a problem. Pick up my order and get home. No meatballs. I call and the boy who answered was very apologetic and said I needed to speak to the manager. Spoke to the manager who argued back and forth saying I ordered meatsauce. I said yes but it says spaghetti and meatballs. Generally when you order spaghetti and meatballs you get meatballs with the spaghetti. After much arguing he said well I can get you meatballs. I said well they have started eating can I get a credit. He then started the debate about meatballs and meatsauce saying I didn't pay for meatsauce. I said I certainly did pay for meatsauce as there is an extra charge on my receipt (that I had to dig out of the garbage cause he needed the receipt number even thought I had my online order number) I paid 11.96. Very greasy and arrived cold, order for a birthday party. We were told 30-45 min which was fine because the Cary,IL location is only a mile down the road. I called after 50 min looking for our order and was told they were too busy and it would be out as soon as it can. Needless to say having 10 kids at a birthday party asking for the food is not fun. I called back after and hour and asked to speak to a manager, the manager was extremely rude to me, called me a liar and they NEVER say it only takes 30-45min. Again said they were just too busy and wouldn't do anything to satisfy me then hung up on me. After 1 hr and 15 min I called back again to ask where the pizza was and the manager said the driver left 15min ago. It doesn't take that long to walk and deliver it. Customer service is horrible. Ordered from them a few times now and they had always messed up. They had either forgotten something, added an extra charge or don't know how to read specific directions, especially being the manager/ owner (Harry). Since we have never tried their deep dish we decided to call and get take out and to have the pizza NOT CUT. When my wife called to make the order, the girl (Luisa) on the phone was rude. Then my pizza was not done when it was supposed to, I had to wait 10 extra minutes. While waiting I made sure and asked to the manager/ owner to NOT CUT the pizza. After 10 minutes my order was done, the manger decided to have one of his employees to apologize that he had cut the pizza. Of course after that I asked to see the manager he came out and apologized and said sorry, that's just how we do it. His solution was to make another pizza and have me wait 45mins. I said no so he gave us credit of half the money back. Since I was so mad I just left. When there are specific orders, they should make sure to pay attention and make an effort to not mess up. After reading yelps review on them they obviously don't know how to do business. Some people just don't know how to manage. Plus the quality of the pizza was not good. We are never going back there again. I don't recommend this place to anybody. read more
