Our Family came up from Florida and we wanted a good Pizza. We read the reviews and thought we could give a try. I was wrong. It took 45 mins to sit down. Our waiter was the bartender so he didn't know anything. We order two pizzas and a kids pasta. Pizza: tasted like cardboard and didn't have any flavor. Cheese was chewy. Service: SUPER SLOW!!! They forgot our pasta too! The guy who brought us our pizza was rude and didn't give thing about us. This is a chain from Chicago but Mellow Mushroom or Maries Deli much better pizza. read more

We love the pizza and salads here, but every time we come there is a new charge. This visit it is a "non cash fee". There is not signs posted anywhere in the restaurant telling you there is an up charge for using credit/debit and the waiter never mentioned it, so we found out after our card was run. My company has an office near Cummings as well and it's always awesome to get over to Rosati's for great pizza and a taste of Chicago. My family and I absolutely LOVE Rosati's food! Their marinara is the best I've ever tasted. We tend to order take-out most of the time due to hectic schedules. Our orders are always spot-on perfect. And again I'm disappointed. I placed my order for delivery at 5:40. Its now 6:40 and i have no food. I ordered a calzone and wings. It takes that long? I'm so done. I guess I'll just have to stick with other places that value their customers. Don't offer delivery if it's something that can't be done in a timely manner. An hour for a calzone and wings?! That's not at all reasonable. On the site it says 30 minutes for a pizza and 45 minutes for the deep dish. And yet i have an hour for a calzone and some wings? I'm done. I won't order again. Ive given this place too much money for such poor results. I am giving this a 3 only because the service and atmosphere was great. The pizza was not a true Chicago, and I don't think it ever has been. The last time we were there was probably 4 years ago and the time before that 3 years before (about the time they first opened.) the deep dish never sets, it spills out into the plate. A real Deep Dish stands on its own. A real thin crust is crispy throughout the entire pizza. Last night the only crispy part was the edges where it was almost burned. If I wanted a flimsy pizza I would have gone to one of the million New York pizza places around here. Again, seriously disappointed. Appetizers were good though. If you want a true Chicago style deep or thin crust do yourself a favor and go to Bobby G's or Nancy's. This will probably be our last trip out there unless we are really desperate. read more

It's so sad to see a good Resturant become the last place I'd eat. Ordered take out and the pizza was border line garbage. I'd show a picture but Yelp won't let us. Under cooked, no flavor, just terrible. Called the restaurant and spoke with Charley, one of their managers, not only did she accept responsibility, she addresses my concerns. I give them two stars because the Chicago style pizza is good. Unfortunately, the service is terrible. I'm here on a Sunday awaiting a to go order, so I decided to sit at the bar and have a beer. If you like IPA's, this is your place as that makes up 90% of the draft beer. The servers are all in the weeds and I know this because I hear them complaining and cussing at each other as they stand next to me at the bar. Oh, and the bartender keeps leaving the bar (speaks volumes about the management, or lack there of). After sitting at the bar for almost 10 minutes I finally got a beer. There's an open seat next to me, but I guess the servers can't take dirty glassware back to the kitchen so instead they're piling them up on the bar next to me. Let me start with the good---LOVE their salad. Like literally one of the best salads I have ever had in my life. Could eat my weight in the salad alone. Now the bad--went in on a Friday night. It was busy but not packed. Took 30 minutes just to get our beer and drinks alone. The beer was flat and stale. I was impressed with the beer selection until I realized it was just crap from last season. They had pumpking on draft on February??? Should have known... Anyway, we order one pizza, a salad and a kids meal. I kid you not, it took an hour and a half for everything to come. We eventually just asked for the pizza to go because at that point it was our kid's bedtime. Our waiter told us the pizza would be comped on the house --- which it wasn't when the check came. Our waiter was super nice and accommodating, so was the hostess when I was very honest with her about my disappointment with the whole experience. She offered me a gift card, which I declined. It isn't about the money. An entire evening was wasted on a crappy meal, which I have no desire to repeat, no matter if it is free or not. The worst part about the experience was when we first arrived I told the manager we wanted a deep dish and knew we should order it in advance. I was trying to help him and his staff out. He more or less laughed at me. Management in this place needs to re-examine their whole approach to customers. read more

Been here several times, food is good, service sux, make sure you have blocked out at least two hours out of your day to eat here, I didn't even order the deep dish Chicago pizza as I know it takes about 30-40 minutes to make, but what really ticked me off is they no longer have a mens bathroom, they cater to the women, but instead of a mens bathroom, they have a single "family/unisex" bathroom. I guess being male in America is becoming a thing of the past. This could almost be considered discrimination. Won't be going back. read more

We went after lunch and before the dinner crowds so the service was great and the food was delicious. It was practically empty inside with steady flow of to-go orders. Patio had customers but it didn't seem loud. Delicious small Deep dish was ordered with just 3 ingredients because our server said it gets very heavy. She was right because it came out perfect, no soggy bottom like others had, maybe that's the problem. Amazing restaurant being from Chicago in Georgia this is the only place that sell Chicago Italian beef and Chicago style pizza.

After having been to Chicago and having authentic Chicago deep dish pizza and Italian beef sandwiches we were anxious to try Rosati's. We were not disappointed by the food at all! The beef sandwich was spot on with a perfect roll (not too hard and not too mushy). The meat was very flavorful. The pizza was fantastic!! We got Italian sausage, mushrooms and basil. The service was the only thing lacking here. Our waitress was totally disengaged and acted like she'd rather be anywhere but working that day. The pizza takes a little while do we asked for the sandwich first. After almost as much time as we were told the Pizza would take, we were brought our fries and told they "forgot" to make the sandwich. The food will definitely bring us back to try it again. Btw no biggie waiting 45min bc that's what you have to do if you order a deep dish. Ok I can deal with the regular crust but when all the cheese and sauce completely slid off I was done. Too bad the sauce was actually quite good . Enjoyed the fried mushrooms too. I don't think I have ever ordered deep dish in Atlanta till now and now I know why.
