My wife and I have driven by this place a few times and finally decided to stop in for lunch. Walking in can be a little overwhelming at first because there are signs everywhere, and you order at the front counter before they bring the food out to you. The service left a little to be desired. The clerk made things a bit awkward, we asked what they were known for or what he personally liked, and instead of making a recommendation, he proceeded to read the entire menu to me. That said, the food was actually pretty damn good. You can tell it's made fresh, and the quality definitely comes through. It's a little on the expensive side for lunch, but considering everything is made fresh, I can understand the pricing. Overall, a solid lunch and I'd definitely give the food another try. read more

Finally came to Chicago Pros. I got a dbl smash burger, fries, and onion rings. Te burger was phenomenal! The taste was absolutely great. The onion rings were a miss. If you like onion rings and like to see and taste the onion, you will be disappointed. The fries were so so. I appreciate the fact that they tried. They put a little seasoning on them to make them stand out. They are ok. I would go down the menu because everything looked great. I ordered a take out so I did not dine in. On a whim, while in the area, we stopped by Chicago Pros and were pleasantly surprised. When you first walk in you're a bit confused... it has the feel of an authentic Mexican fast food joint but it has tons... and I mean TONS of metal "meme" signs all over the place. The menu has a lot of options but, upon recommendations from here on Yelp, we went with some Smash Burgers (doubles), hot dogs, nachos, and a burrito. The burgers were DELICIOUS! Perfectly made! The hot dogs were meaty but they completely dress the bun and then place the hot dog on "top"... and the bun was a bit stale... bummer. The nachos were HUGE but good! The cashier left a bit to be desired but, while washing my hands, I ran i to the owner and he asked how I liked everything: he was excited at how much I loved the burger, commenting that they make the patties fresh every day. The one downside are the prices... they are a bit steep: $6 for a hot dog and $2.30 for a can of pop. Too rich for me blood to return anytime soon. read more

I've been seeing Chicago Pros Halal for a while and finally tried their takeout. We ordered the birria tacos, which were $6.49 each, plus extra for cheese. We got 5 tacos but only 2 sauce containers. The tacos were absolutely packed with meat almost too much for my taste. Some might love that, but I prefer a more balanced bite. The price made sense, though. We also had the fried chicken wrap, which was tasty. Overall, decent flavors, but I was a bit disappointed by the balance and portioning. read more

We have been driving by waiting for the restaurant to open. Today was the day for us to give this place a try. When you first come in the restaurant there is a order kiosk. You can order at the counter too. The restaurant has been nicely remodeled too. There are 3 booths, several two and 4 person tables that you can move around. There are also more comfortable chairs at a couple of the tables. The food is served in thin cardboard boxes / paper bags and packaging. The drinks are served in plastic or foam cups or you can purchase canned and bottled beverages (They don't have fountain drinks) They have burgers, cheese steak sandwiches, nachos, ice cream and even bubble tea drinks and milkshakes. I highly recommend giving this place a try. We came at 7:45pm on a Saturday night and the restaurant was full. I counted 20 people dining in and even more people coming in and taking orders to go. We will be back. This is a nice family restaurant. You order at the counter and they call your number and you pick up your food. If you like being waited on this is not the place for you. We ordered the Chicago Pros Beef Nachos. They were delicious. I recommend taking the flaps out of the box and it will lay flat like a platter... which makes it easier to share. 1st time trying this place. Food was good. Nice little fast food restaurant. The service was great, very friendly and welcoming. The only bad thing was people who suffer with migraines can't eat inside due to the air freshener they have going nonstop. I literally had to stop eating and leave. The other thing that was weird was they had the current president (aka Trump) counting money laughing. Otherwise I would recommend the food. This is a honest review! Setting wise-- very cute, welcoming and chill, however, not a fan of the Artificial Intelligence generated decor, especially the one of the current President. Strange. 1st time here: it was self service but you can order on the kiosk or with a cashier. you get your own food and bring it to your table too. read some reviews so decided to try the single smash burger: good size and toppings was good- my patty was cold tho like cooked but not hot at all got some some seasoned fries and those were Cajun fries- not mixed well so there was fries covered in the seasoning and some that just were baked and buffalo/bbq/sweet chili (12 wings) were overly breaded and saucyyyy asl but they were decent. Them buffalo ones gave me heartburn forsure. Mom got fish tacos (not pictured) and it was good and recommendable. service was self but when I asked it there was a bigger tray to put all the food on bc I was given three trays, one of the guys said the tables are small....? That wasn't my question but okay. Weird energy definitely and not as customer service dining in. Ambiance was nice with all the decorations though. All in all, I wouldn't come back unless it was maybe to try the Mexican options. read more

Smash burger is delicious, steak tacos were on point, there loaded nachos were great. The Ambiance of the place is pretty sweet, with Mexican and chicago theme, plenty of humorous photos. Self service.. so no issue. I will put this on my goto place for quick eats. read more

When this restaurant launched I came often and loved the atmosphere. Now it has changed especially with the crew members. Unfortunately they are rude and dismissive. I ordered a quesadilla and torta. The quesadilla was sooo flat not worth the price. I asked for extra mayo on the torta and they gave me greasy mayo packets instead. When an unhappy customer called back the manager did not have any respect for an angry customer Extremely Disappointing Experience! which reflects a serious lack of professionalism, customer care, and ethical business practices. instead the manager made me sound like I want the refund and he was trying to explain me how the business is done like a teacher! when the driver canceled the order the number given to reach out for help was the restaurant number instead when I call, the girl who answered kept me on call and was talking to some one one else and when the manager got on phone he is saying me that it got busy here and I need to understand and he said you are worried about your 50$ excuse me! What made this experience even worse was the clear lack of transparency and integrity. Important information was either withheld or misrepresented, which resulted in unnecessary inconvenience, financial loss, and frustration. As a customer, I trusted this business to act fairly and professionally, but that trust was completely broken. A reputable business should value honesty, clear communication, and respect for its customers. Unfortunately, this company failed in all these areas. Instead of taking ownership of their mistakes, they chose to ignore valid concerns and continue operating in a manner that prioritizes profit over integrity. hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements in how they treat their customers.
