Just came home from ordering a cheeseburger, wings and fries and literally all three are not edible. The wings are gooey and soft and not even the kind we ordered, the burger was well welllll done, like burnt cardboard and the fries were cold. Sooo gross. read more

First time here a few minutes ago and will never go there again. When I walked in no one was at the front. I was talking on my cell phone and when he finally came to the front the first thing he did was tapped a sign saying no cell phones allowed very rudely. Was not greeted at all when walking in the store or when he came to the front. ordered 2 pizza slices that totaled to $8 (overcharged) and they were cold. Great neighborhood pizza place. The outside area was filled with groups, small kids, and dogs. Definitely a family friendly place! The service was a little slow because of all of the groups and parties. The pizza was good (we had half Nomi, half Lillie's Q) and we liked the large beer selection. Just moved to Bartlett and usually order from the Schaumburg location. Pizza was over an hour. I called the manager, Paul, to let him know that it was not his driver's fault that I could not provide a coupon. It's on there website and my printer was just not cooperating. He hung up on me. I called back and said I think we got disconnected and he said NO I HUNG UP ON YOU, and do you expect FOR ME TO PAY FOR THE COUPON. !!! This is a disgrace to the franchise and he said to call ANDY the owner tomorrow at 10. Don't do business with this franchise. If the owner treats his employees like this, this is a garbage business. I've experienced better and at this location. We've been ordering here for 31 years and lately we have been disappointed for one reason or another. Poor customer service, pizza not ready at the time given, late delivery resulting in cold pizza and other complaints. We used to get pizza here weekly. Now it might be two or three months before we decide to give them another chance. But the pizza I ordered yesterday was probably the last straw. I picked it up when I was told and the pizza was cold. I had to reheat it at home. The crust wasn't extra thin and there very few mushrooms which was the only topping. Also, it was very light on sauce which I can't understand. Brutal to give a Rosatis such a low rating. Something changed over the past few years and more noticeably the crust. Making it as thin as a few sheets of paper does nothing for this. There is nothing substantial to the crust that if you order more than a few toppings it winds up being a mess. Order an XL and compare it to any other places large and you'll see that there is really no value. Paying $24 for one pizza and getting half of what the other local competitors give just doesn't cut it, no matter how good it tastes. For the same price Ill take Malnatis deep dish. read more
