Rosati's came well recommended so we drove out to LaQuinta from Temecula/Murrieta area..and it was well worth the drive!! Many restaurants bill themselves as Family-Friendly, But Rosati's TRULY Exemplifies this motto in every sense of the word. The Owner - Dominick Pomponio and his Father Tony were working the restaurant diligently and tending to all of their guests with gracious service & hospitality...they even came over and made conversation with my 3 & 6 year old daughters. They truly treat you like Family when you're there and it makes for a great Family Meal. You pair this exceptional hospitality with deliciously authentic food, and you have an awesomely satisfying dining experience at Rosati's. I recommend the wings, they were cooked perfectly; they had a nice crispy texture on the outside, but remained meaty & moist on the inside with a tangy & savory buffalo sauce..I couldn't get enough. For pizza, my family and I got the Chicago-Style Thin Crust and it was amazing!! With many other places giving you doughy, spongy bland pizza...Rosati's thin crust is a superb revelation; with a fresh crunch & indulgent scratch made marinara sauce in every bite. You can smell and taste the authentic flavor & quality of cook from a real pizza oven. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST I just had to sing the praises of this restaurant. My husband and I were told this is a must try place for Pizza and such so we gave it a try on a carry out. We ordered their Deep Dish Pizza (unbelievable flavor, it's to die for), a Beef Sandwich which was also excellent and a couple of pasta dishes. While the food was just great, it's their customer service that blew us away. Long story short, we ordered our food and told the pizza would be 45 min, that was fine and we were on our way. Unfortunately we got delayed and were very late in picking up our order. When we got there (I think they may have thought we were a no show) the owner came out and felt bad that our food was sitting there. He said the Pizza would be fine as would be the Beef since the juice was on the side, but he insisted on remaking the four pasta dishes. He just felt that he wanted us to experience the food at it's best. We waited while he remade all the pasta dishes. AT NO CHARGE !! Who does that in today's world. It's my hope that this place makes it big time. For us, we will be back time and time again to support them. read more

How can I put this gentle..... the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Came there with my family to order a pizza and wings.... when my wife saw the cook (owner) drop the wings and put it back on our plate!!! Yes he served them to us. I respectfully ask the waitress that we had a change of heart on the wings. She said " sorry there already done and you ordered them" so i politely told her my wife saw the cook put the dropped wing back on our plate. OK this is when it get good.... the owner comes out with his naste whatever you call it hanging from his neck..... you orderd them, not taking it off the bill, "and you can see where we put the wings we drop". He took me in the back (kitchen) soooooo filthy a rat wouldnt eat from the floor. Should me in the deepfryer basket old nasty wings.... "see this is where we put them". WOW!!! How this place is still in business im shocked. The pizza did taste good but if you put a pound of butter on shorts they would taste good. Would NEVER GO THERE. Just a heads up- I am the original owner of Rosati's of La Quinta and I can tell you exactly why the food is no longer up to par or to the level that I provided the first 4 years we were open from 2009 to 2012. Rosati's began to threaten lawsuits if I did not start ordering all of their pre-made branded products instead of making everything from scratch. So instead of getting fresh, in house made lasagna, pasta sauces, meatballs, etc......we were told we had to either switch or face a lawsuit. I told them I would see them in court- instead they told my food provider to stop selling me the ingredients to make all of the dishes. At that moment we decided we would no longer work out tails off for such a half assed, fraudulent organization. At that moment we began to let our customers know that we would be closing our doors and moving on to a different venture. While I can't say a thing for the service people received since I left the store, i felt it was fair you know why Rosati's of La Quinta no longer taste the way it did years ago as many of you remember. read more

I have to say I'm so disappointed with the $70 delivery my husband ordered. He got me a chicken Parmesan sandwich for when I got home and when I opened it this is what was in side. A BURNT piece of chicken that you can't even eat. The bread was hard also like it was stale not to mention the French fries were super super well done to where they were like chips they were so crunchy. My husbands meatball sandwich was fine and the two large thin crust pizzas were fine an nothing wrong with them but the one thing I wanted when I got home I couldn't even attempt to eat. I called a few hours later to let them know and the girl on the phone offered me just a credit for when I order next time. I asked for the money just back on the card because It was already an expensive order for pizza an sandwiches . I went to Rosati's pizza, while driving in La Quinta. I had read a few recent reviews, about the owner, back running the pizzeria, so I called, and asked if they sold, slices of pizza, the owner answered and told me, Yes. While in route my wife, called and asked me to get a whole pizza, 1/2 Margarita 1/2 pepperoni... I arrived and was met by Dominic, the owner, who said they don't do half and half. No problem, I ordered a veggie pizza for my wife and pepperoni for me. Got to spend some time with the owner, Great Patriot, and was given my 2 pizzas to go home with. My wife , who will eat a slice or 2, polished off 2/3's of her pizza, loved it. I proceeded to do the same, but my 2 pups, they are Pizza Lovers, enjoyed a piece each.Great tasty Pizza, Dominic!!!! We finally went to Rosati's after being told by several people that we just HAD to go - and we were sold! We got the Chicago Deep Dish pizza w/ pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and green peppers and it was heavenly! Just know that you can only eat one slice - that's not a challenge, it's a FACT. We buy this pizza on Friday and then eat on it for lunches over the weekend - it's amazing and tastes even better re-heated the next day. The double-crust is light, fluffy - probably the best crust I've ever had (after the deep dish) and their toppings are amazingly fresh and flavorful. Look for coupons to save $$$ off the pizza, but it's worth every penny! read more

I would say that the food is pretty good, I like their pizza and I don't really have an issue with the food besides the fact that staff argues with you about some modifications. However, the service is pretty horrible. I don't know why they let it go on like that, but they do. I had ordered a pizza ahead of time and showed up to pick it up maybe 10 minutes early. I had no problem with waiting, but they were incredibly rude about me being early. After they went in the back, I could clearly hear them complaining and getting angry that I was early. I was just baffled by the complete overreaction and rudeness of the employees. read more

We had been away from the area for a bit and have not been to Rosati's in a while. We stopped in on Thursday, found them busy and were thrilled to find that they have only gotten better. They still have the BEST Pizza and Beef Sandwiches. We went with another couple who had a Pasta dish and said that was also excellent. We were in the desert for a golf tournament and someone in our party happened to bring in Rosatis. I just don't understand what the new owners are doing. The deep dish is not correct. The dough is just....flat and the fresh baked bread taste is gone. Portions and toppings seem drastically reduced since they reopened. I haven't had the same experience as most of the negative reviewers. I've tried most of the pizza in the Coachella Valley. Rosati's tastes really good, is competitively priced, has better than average customer service and is in an easy to get to location. It's my new go to pizza take out spot. We just noticed Rosatis's is open again, since we were huge fans before they closed we gave them a try. Sorry to say the Pizza, Beef's and other items are just not the same. Much smaller portions on the Lasagna. and the Pizza crust is no where near as flavorful. Previous owners were much more personable. read more

Delicious pizza. The cheese is very fresh and delicious. Wish they had dipping sauces for the pizza crusts. Other than that, excellent!
