YELP SHORT ANSWER: YES, and Yes, CPMC says thank you boyz. Always hard to find a good pie, pizza, in CV as there is a just so much bad pizza, some really bad. Not sure if it is staffing thing or people just don't know what a good pie really is... Rosati's is better than good, it is great. LOCATION: Excellent location, lots of parking in a very nice retail center. FACILITY: Clean, open, and it has a very good vibe. Hard working owners who are passionate about the food they make. MENU: Go big, sticking to Pizza, the sausage is a good choice but ask at the counter they are happy to answer questions. We asked for a thin crust and it was made perfectly. FOOD PREP: Impressive the speed they make these pies, bar style cut, then slid into a high quality to-go box, and bam you're on your way. Pizza is pizza right?, I have had in Italy, NYC, Chicago, LA and BFE and a hundred other places served a hundred different ways, bad pizza sucks but maybe somebody likes it and good pizza is the way I like it and Rosati's nails it. It's all about the owners who care about what they are putting out there. FOOD QUALITY: Really pizza does not get much better. Order it the way you want it, be clear, they will make your pie your way. LIBATIONS: Did not partake. WAITSTAFF: Exceptional, the La Quinta location has top notch people and the owners are on-site making sure the QC is the way it should be, family pride. OVERALL VALUE: Exceptional, I have paid more for local pizza that really sucks, dough takes like cement, constructed by someone who just does not give a $hip, and I end up throwing away a $40 pizza and the leftovers. I'd say trust Rosati's go big and enjoy! TIP: This is our only choice for pizza in La Quinta, trust me I have tried them all, well almost. I am a one slice pizza guy so this pie allowed two.

Friendly, inviting, and delicious! We dined in. It was busy with pick ups. Seems to be very popular. Our food came out pretty fast for how busy they were. The owner came out to ask how everything was. I would recommend this pizzeria!

Started the new year with a pizza. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage Chicago pizza to go the when I got home, noticed that it was not looking great. The crust was a little chewy and slightly burnt. Very little sauce and toppings. I haven't tried them for a several years and thought it would be a some improvement, but still not so good.

I have been seeing emails from next-door Neighbors saying this pizza place has new management and the pizza is excellent. So Mom , puppy, and I tried it today the antipasto salad and the pepperoni pizza was excellent. The quality is really really good and the price is right . A giant pizza for $22 And the antipasto salad 12.99. I am not familiar with Chicago style pizzas. Next time being from California I would request that the pepperoni go on top instead of under the cheese. The owners, father and son, are so nice and welcoming. It is very refreshing to find a place that wants to put out good food and good quality too in today's challenging times! It is very casual and a bit small but nice vibes, a tv, and music with a couple of tables outside to bring your dog too. We will definitely be back soon to try everything else on the menu.

This place has been on my radar after reading some reviews. So I finally made it here. The place was clean no one here seating available for dine in. Upon entering I said hello to the young lady at the register who I must have woke up and told her it was my first time here and seat down to review the menu. I ordered the Classic combo pizza and waited it was ready in 20-30 minutes. When I got home all the tops on one side slid to the other side of the pizza. I was so upset. I should have taken a photo but I was busy trying to fix it. I have never seen this happen. I was not happy with the dough ( dry ) or the taste. $35!

So good. I mean, it's really really good. Their deep dish is absolutely worth the wait.

It was well after the lunch rush but it was pleasantly busy. Employees were friendly and checking on patrons, serving food and tending to empty tables. We had been waiting awhile, so I carried our number in with me and made note of the numbers they were delivering... which were higher numbers than ours, but also very random. I went to the cash register and asked the employee if they called the numbers in order. She answered politely that no they didn't. I then mentioned we were sitting outside and asked if I should wait inside for my order so they wouldn't have trouble finding us. We were not in a hurry and were trying to make it easy on the hardworking employees....and bonus that it was cool inside *At that point, a man who I perceived was a manager or maybe even the owner , turned to me from behind the counter, handed me a bag and said " Here Ma'am , GO!" Then turned back around to what he was doing. What? GO? I don't know what his intent was because I'm not a mind reader, but it felt rude and dismissive. His facial expression was as though he was busy and or annoyed. I was so surprised at his response in such an otherwise pleasant environment. I'm pretty tolerant of grumpy people (you know, sometimes there's a reason) but this just felt really icky -it was our intended destination after a hot drive from Phoenix and it did not sit well with us. We won't be returning. Food =10 Customer service = so disappointing 3

I was excited to try it since I hadn't been back to this location since it was Tu Madres, which I was a big fan of. The menu looked promising, and having live entertainment was definitely a major plus. Unfortunately, our overall experience was a bit underwhelming. We made a 6:45 p.m. reservation through OpenTable and requested a high-top table. We ended up being seated at a standard four-top next to the restroom. While it wasn't our preference, the restaurant was busy, and I completely understand that it's not always possible to accommodate every seating request. One thing that was disappointing was the beer selection. The menu advertises craft beer, but under the "Craft & Canned" section it mostly listed domestic staples like Coors Light and Michelob Ultra. There were only a few craft options on draft, and unfortunately the ones our group tried weren't particularly enjoyable. The guys ended up leaving them unfinished and ordering cocktails instead. We ordered the French 760, which unfortunately missed the mark as well. It was overly sweet, and the sugar rim melted down the glass, leaving the stem sticky and messy to hold. The appetizers were actually one of the highlights of the meal. Both the fried artichoke bites and the fried cauliflower were flavorful and well prepared. Service is where the evening started to unravel a bit. After our appetizers arrived, our server didn't return for about 25 minutes. When he finally came back, he asked if we were ready for the check. We had to remind him that we were still waiting to order our entrees. Once we placed our order, the food arrived quickly. Of the entrées, the Steak Frites was excellent and easily the standout dish of the evening. Unfortunately, both the Pasta Pesto and the Pasta Vodka were disappointing. The penne was overcooked, and both sauces were very bland and lacked the flavor we were expecting. The true highlight of our visit was the live entertainment. This was our first time hearing Jessica Michelle perform, and she was phenomenal. While playing the keyboard, she effortlessly covered country favorites spanning multiple generations. Her voice was absolutely beautiful, and she created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be keeping an eye out for her future performances. We're not writing off The Local on 50th. I spent over 20 years working in the restaurant industry, from family-style restaurants to fine dining, and one thing I learned is that every restaurant can have an off night. It happens. There was enough potential here that we'd be willing to give it another try and hope our next experience better reflects what this restaurant is capable of.

The wait staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing--my coffee and water were constantly refilled without even having to ask, which always makes a difference. The BLTA was exactly what you want--crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, creamy avocado, all put together on toasted bread, and paired perfectly with seasoned fries. Now the standout: the German pancake. Just a heads up--it takes about 15-20 minutes to come out, but it's 100% worth the wait. It's served hot, puffed up, and finished with powdered sugar and lemon. Light, slightly crisp on the edges, and soft in the middle--really well done. Overall, great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe. Definitely a place I'd come back to
