I used to absolutely love this place and I never ordered something from them that I didn't like. But the last few times I've ordered pizza it has been hit or miss. Never consistent. Today has to be the worst ever. It's Friday night so I don't mind the hr wait for delivery but my pizza looks like it fell out of the car and was picked up and put back in the box. The pizza was warm, not hot and for the $40 I paid I would have expected a little better. The delivery driver was nice and I ordered online so I can't complain about that. I did try to call before writing a review but I didn't get an answer the 1st time and then was left on hold for a long time the 2nd. ROSATI'S COUPONS ARE A SCAM! I just tried to use coupon #F144 "Pizza, Soda, Breadsticks for $19.99 + tax." The coupon states it includes a thin crust 14" pizza with up to 4 toppings, breadsticks or cinnamon sticks, and a 2 liter soda. Great deal, right? Nope. I was just told that my order came to $32+ change. When I asked what the extra $12 was for, I was told the pizza is a 14" thin crust with 1 topping for $19.99 + tax + delivery. The breadsticks & soda are not included, and neither are the other 3 toppings. When I read the coupon aloud, I was put on "hold" while I listened to the "manager" tell the kid taking the order that they "don't have the coupon in the store, so everything is extra." This is a coupon that came attached to the box of the last pizza that I ordered from this location. It expires 9/30/19, so it's clearly a current coupon. It's either a bait & switch scam or the staff (including the mgr.) are untrained and unprofessional. They didn't even try to offer me a compromise in the name of customer service. I'll be ordering from Palio's from now on, I suggest you do the same. read more

I wasn't too impressed when I actually visited the actual brick and mortar restaurant but have been a big longtime fan of their delivery service. Love their ranch fries, pizza and chicken parm subs. Some quick tips for first-time customers: It's a bit pricey if you go at list price... always google online coupons codes to use for online order and be careful on 'double tipping'... you can pre-tip online while ordering and when food is delivered, the delivery person's phone app you sign asks if you want to tip, as if you haven't already. First, this restaurant is completely overpriced, rude and portrays a lack of communication. I work at a nearby business and they proceeded to drop off a gift certificate marketing their establishment offering $10 off your order; however, when it came time to place the order, they told me that the gift certificate was considered a coupon and they could not honor it since we were getting free delivery. That was never communicated to us when the gift card was initially dropped off. Second, before I was told about not being able to honor the gift card, I placed an order for three large pizzas as well as two 2-liters of soda totalling $65!!! That's ridiculous! Needless to say we cancelled the order and re-ordered from Dominos and got 6 medium pizzas, breadsticks and 2 bottles of soda for $15 less! Third, once I cancelled the order, they informed me they couldn't do an immediate void out even though the order was placed just a few minutes prior. Had a terrible experience with customer service here. Ordered online and thought we were ordering a Pepperoni and ordered something called Pepperonicini which had banana peppers. Very confusing why not just say banana peppers... So we called thinking the order was wrong and the lady on the phone (after waiting on hold). Was very rude. She was short with me and told me it was my fault since we ordered online and there's nothing they could do. After talking she said she'd take a few bucks off a future order. I wouldn't have been so upset except how I was treated on the phone. The rude blaming because we clicked the wrong confusing topping should and could have been handled better. We just moved to this area and this is not a good first impression. Not sure if we will give them another shot if they are going to treat the customers so rudely over mistakes. read more

I find myself ordering from there much more often than I do other pizza places. The quality of their pizza is definitely outstanding compared to local competitors, and it does not hurt to have them right around the corner from me. The downside is that they are pretty pricey. This is the only sit down restaurant that Rosati's has in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Loved every tasty bite. had the Zucchini appetizer waiting for the pizza. I went to the restroom at one point and a random plate of food was on a table in the hall. Though they seem to be known for their pizza, I ordered chicken parm. Should've splurged on a pie. The chicken was so tough I couldn't cut parts of it and the marinara sauce was watery. I've had frozen meals that taste better. Did I mention the service was slow? We ate in the dining room and had a pretty disappointing experience. Waitress took a few minutes just to get over to our table in the first place and immediately complained that she was the only one working. We had to repeat our order a few times and she kept suggesting modifications. I think she was trying to be helpful, but it just came across as annoying. The worst part was how long it took for the food to get to our table after ordering. Pasta arrived after 20 minutes and after another couple minutes we asked the server to check on the pizza and it took another 10 minutes for the pizza to come out. Food was good, but not great.
