I've had Rosati's before and am a HUGE FAN, but my friend hadn't. We called ahead so our pizza would be ready. There was a tiny mix up and instead of the thick, glorious melting mound of cheese, meat, sauce and olives that my mouth and stomach were watering for, it was the thin crust that was waiting for us. We let the waiter know and he promptly apologized, left us the thin to snack on and remade our order correctly. The owner came over apologized and told me she'd only charge me for the thin price and took amazing care of us. When the deep dish arrived, it was worth the wait! My friend and I were both delighted and as always, not only the food, but the customer service was 5 solid stars! I will be a life long customer and fan! read more

We ordered a large thin crust pizza with double pepperoni and bacon for delivery by door dash. It showed up quickly but there wasn't any pepperoni on it at all. We looked at the receipt and the receipt showed that it was supposed to have the double pepperoni on it and we were charged for it. We called Rosatis and waited on hold for approximately 20 minutes. When the lady answered the phone she told us that since it was ordered through door dash (which is the only way to order delivery) that they couldn't do anything and that we would have to go through Door Dash with our complaint. Never mind Rosati's made it and the receipt shows that it was ordered correctly. We asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. We will do our best to let everyone we know about our experience and hopefully at some point the owner will read this and realize the error of their ways in hiring this particular manager and/or having this kind of policy. It's was okay, nothing great but we were just in the area and stopped for a quick bite. We had antipasto salad and fried cauliflower.

If your looking for real Chicago style pizza look no further. This place nailed it and our waitress Kathy was the best. She made really great recommendations so we didn't over buy what we needed. The pizza itself was excellent and packed with ingredients. I personally barely made it thru 3 slices of our 12" deep dish. It was so great to have a little left over to take home. Finally, if you like garlic... ask your server if you could try some if the garlic butter. Take the crust from your pizza and dip it into the garlic butter. It just doesn't get any better. read more

The Giant got the Italian Beef Sandwich, I got the thin crust pizza, which I loved. The apps were great and the sauce to die for. I really didn't groove on the sandwich, and neither did he; maybe we need to order it differently? But the pizza was really good. It's a little pricey...but still pretty good. I used to go to Rosati's on Montfort in the late 80's before they closed and the quality is still there so it was a nostalgic trip for me. read more

After hearing all the hype about Rosati's being the "best pizza ever" from several friends, I decide to give it a try. I did the build your own this crust with pepperoni, mushroom, ricotta, fresh garlic and green pepper. The pizza was pretty good but I dint really like how the ricotta was lumpy and not broken down more. It was kind of just in big blobs all over the pizza. Next time I think I'll go for a deep dish though. I also thought they were a tad overpriced... read more

Go for the pizza, stay for the Caprisi Salad. Organic spring greens, fresh mozzarella, sliced roma tomatoes with house balsamic on the side. It's amazing and the price is waaay less than trying to create this salad at home. read more

We got there during shift change, so the service was a bit sloppy, but the food is really good. The prices are what you would expect, average to above average. I had the italian beef sandwich, the wife had the chicken parm sandwich; both were good. The antipasta salad is great. I will try the signature deep dish pizza next time. read more

Its great Italian food, friendly staffs, excellent customer services, you can bring your own liquors. Its a little Pricy, but you get what you paid for, look good, taste good and eat it !! read more

We have always ordered pizzas from here but we used their catering for my sons high school graduation party. It was awesome!! Tons of hot fresh food and for a super reasonable price. They were efficient and even delivered and say it all up for us for only $15 more. People were going on and on about how good the food was. I would not hesitate to order from them again. This place used to be pretty good but it seems like they're going downhill. Each time I've ordered a calzone over the last 4 times its gotten smaller. The last one was roughly 1/2 the size of the first....and it was burned. Yes, they're also exspensive, so you expect high quality. I'm losing interest in this place. read more

Called in an order: (2) pizzas, (1) 1/2 order of ribs, breadsticks....$44. PERSONALLY GO TO PICK UP THE ORDER, safely load in my car (one pizzas stacked on top of another and secured...I only say that because that was called into question) ) Get home and my wife opens the box to see that the entire half of the pizza has slid to one side. Liquid was leaking out of the side and both pizzas had the appearance of being wet. Opened the ribs, large layer of fat covering the entire half slab. This is a normal order we place, although haven't for awhile, and the quality has taken a massive nose dive. Upon calling the store to explain the state of our meal, they 1) questioned if we dropped the pizza 2) let it fall off the seat and the questioning continued. When I asked if I could have another pizza delivered to replace this pizza, they said it would be a smaller one and it WOULD TAKE AN HOUR AND A HALF. Bottom line, the food was disgusting and the service (or lack there of)was even more disgusting. I've never written a review and happily decided to write one this evening. read more

This was the worst pizza I've ever had.....I didnt know Chicago used goverment cheese for their pizza. I've also had the caprese salad and tortellini alla panna and it was less then mediocre. I've never seen a caprese salad on ice berg lettuce before. The cheese was so bland. Bleeeeeck. Oh not to mention the pizza is overpriced for the quality. Ordered 2 deep dish pizzas tonight to be delivered to our home. One pizza Alfredo, it was so full of Alfredo sauce that it looked like soup. Before we even removed the first slice of pizza the sauce was running all over my kitchen counter. It was disgusting. The other puzza was a vegetarian pizza. It was a little better but, because it had stewed tomatoes it made the crust very soggy. Also, neither pizza was hot only room temperature. Two small pizzas was $40. Plus tip. Not a very good experience. When I called Rossatis to speak with the manager she said this is exactly the way they make their deep dish pizzas. We have ordered pizzas from this location before and loved the pizzas. But, i told her tonight the pizzas were horrible.....in fact we threw them into the trash. She was nice enough to offer a $20. Credit towards the $40. Plus tip purchase ...so, for that reason I will raise my star review to 3 stars from the original 2 stars. read more

Went there for an Italian beef sandwich, but it is nothing like the one in Schaumburg Illinois. In IL they pile your sandwich with so much meat, you could almost make two sandwiches. Here there was hardly enough beef to cover the bread. I complained to the waitress and she told me that they weigh the meat before putting it on your sandwich. I never heard of that in Illinois. I have no intention of going there again. read more

Was a big fan of Rosati's at Custer Road but it was closed. Have order 3 times from McKinney location extremely disappointed! Topping are sparser, there was a wide ring of only sauce between outer crust and center toppings. I keep trying hoping it get better but it has not. I'm sorry to say but I'm moving on. I've been a Rosati's customer for at least five years, but my experience yesterday finally drove me to this site to give them a rating, and not in a good way. The quality has seriously gone downhill while the prices have only gone up. One of my favorite items is the pasta rotini con pollo e broccoli, and the family tray now is half the size of what it used to be two years ago with a higher price! The pizza is average and also very unreasonably priced. I refuse to pay $29 for a 18" thin crust three topping pizza! Just go to Durkin's for a better pizza at a reasonable price with fresh dough! read more

Still the best pizza in dfw. Being from Chicago, I've had Rosatis for many years back home. This restaurant does not disappoint. All Chicago style and all foods are the same as the Chicago area places. Pizza is great. So is the pasta. Prices are reasonable. Nice sit down place. read more

Have only ordered take out from Rosati's, but it was so good that I felt a review was in order! We have ordered their pizzas, which are standard, but good, as well as some of their other menu items like salads, pastas, and BBQ ribs. The pastas and salad are very fresh and tasty. Haven't ordered anything I haven't loved yet! But I must say, the BBQ ribs are phenomenal! So surprised to get pit quality ribs from an Italian restaurant! This restaurant left a bad impression on me, and I'm never coming back again. My three family members had excellent calzones, and our server did a good job. The problem was the EXTREMELY slow service, and my penne noodles were undercooked and were difficult to eat. So, unless you want some calzones exclusively, don't come here. read more

We had slow service, the fried mushrooms tasted a little old and my caprese sandwich was overpowered with basil and the cheese wasn't even warm. For the prices, I expected that they could at least throw the sandwich in the toaster for a few seconds. I can only hope their pizzas are better, because this was just an awful experience. read more

We came in late on a Thursday evening with 5 kids. Adriana welcomed us and the kids like we had known them! We were so welcomed and she kept the kids occupied the entire time! Adriana is the best!! OMG, anybody who knows me , know pizza is my favorite food. This place here, has the best pizza I've tasted in my 40yrs. We ordered a pepperoni & sausage 18' pizza. It's was huge. The taste was authentic, amazing, & good. The delivery was fast . I will be ordering from this place all the time. The pasta is good. The two pizzas that cost 60+$ were not worth the money , this is not Chicago deep dish at all. I've never in my life received a Chicago deep dish pizza with a can of stewed tomatoes dumped on it and spread with a spoon. Seriously the best wings you can get in town! They don't have many choices for sauce, but they are definitely with it. The pizza is pretty great as well. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the service is a bit lacking. Multiple times they have forgotten the ranch with my wings or other orders, and they are not the most welcoming on the phone or in person.
