This is NOT Rosati's!!! I rarely post reviews but I grew up eating Rosati's and this is a subpar chain imitation. I ordered an 18 inch sausage and the crust was dry and powdery , the cheese was weird, and the sausage tasted off. The pizza was undercooked and tasted like a gummy mess. My Husband and I were so disappointed. I wish the franchise owners took more pride in the history and product. Please avoid this location if possible. read more

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. We have had good success in the past with Rosati's in Munster, Indiana. The pizza was horrible; the cheese was thick and slid right off the pizza. I felt it was rushed and could have cooked longer. The sauce was even thrown on the pizza. I had to put it in the air fryer to get it to a decent consistency to eat it. Needless to say, that was $45 plus tip wasted. I'm not sure if they have new cooks but I will have to find another pizza place. read more

Stopped here on our road trip back to St. Louis. Placed a takeout order online so the deep dish pizzas would be ready when we arrived - worked beautifully! Deep dish pizzas both had crisp crust on the bottom which is critical to a good deep dish IMO! Excellent sauce on the pizza too! read more

Called to confirm to see if they were going to be open for thanksgiving the day before and they told me that they were going to be open till 10pm and I was able to place a order through their website and they took my money only to find out they were close when I arrived to their store. I don't understand how they're still accepting orders when they were going to be close. read more

Meh, it's an average pizza place. The pizza itself is bland and on the greasy side. The wings are larger size than most places and are pretty good, though they are not as crispy as I would like. The sandwiches we've tried have been decent. It's good if you want something better than Domino's but cheaper than Aurelio's. If you sign up for their rewards program you will be sent weekly coupons for a couple of bucks off. read more

I've ordered once in past and it was great even though driver had difficult time find the place. This time not so much, the outer crust was burnt, top of cheese burnt a bit much and they didn't put the garlic on I had paid for. Delivery guy was nice but online said it was delivered and it wasn't so I called, the delivery guy showed up like 10 min later and I could tell he was a little lost finding the place which I had put more specific directions online, not sure if they are able read them though. read more

I could not have been more disappointed.The pizza was fair at best. The Italian combo sandwich was good but the big problem is just how they do business. They sent coupons with the menu. Taking Advantage of a Minor Child My 16 year old son ordered a pizza for delivery this afternoon. The order total was $25. My son only had 2 twenty dollar bills on hand. The driver claimed to have no change and took the $40 she was given (albeit willingly by my young son). My son always tips well, but had no intention of giving a $15 tip. My son called to relay the story to me. I called the manager at the store. The driver told him the same story, only adding that she offered to bring my son change (a claim disputed by my son and another occupant of my home). The manager told me we had no recourse and there was nothing he could do to rectify the situation. Admittedly, this is a difficult situation to solve and I partially understand the manager's position. However, good customer service and common decency would dictate that the manager come up with an equitable solution to satisfy both the customer and the driver. My son is a regular customer of this Rosati's and loves their pizza. After today, he will no longer be allowed to spend his hard-earned money here. read more

I ordered for delivery on Monday, July 23rd, 2018. I have ordered many times from this place. This time, I ordered a pizza, 2 orders of wings and a combo sandwich with au jus and sweet peppers. I will post a photo of the sandwich I received. The bread was virtually dry and a few drops of au jus could be found. The peppers were few. BUT, the beef was a joke! The amount of beef on this combo was ridiculous and I thought to myself that this had to be made like this deliberately as no one would ever attempt to pass this off as a combo sandwich. I estimate that there was about a half ounce of beef total. So, I get in my car and off to Rosati's I went. I asked to speak with a manager. The girl went in back and out came a very young man named Jake. I showed him the sandwich and here's a bit of what our convo was like: me- "this sandwich is ridiculous, there's virtually no beef on it at all" manager- "when it's a combo, you get only half the beef because you also get sausage" me- " yes, I understand how the concept works, but are you telling me that if I were to double the amount of beef seen here it would equal a full sized beef sandwich then?" manager- " I don't know" me- " you're telling me that although you are the manager, you don't know what a full serving of beef would look like on a sandwich?" manager- " I'm not a kitchen expert. I can ask Josh (maybe it was Jason?), he's the sandwich expert."- HIS EXACT WORDS UNREAL! the manager is telling me that because he is not a "kitchen expert" he wouldn't know how a beef sandwich should look. Whomever appointed him manager must really be lacking in the 'smarts' department. Can you imagine a restaurant manager telling you that he has no idea how a beef sandwich should look? I have ordered combo sandwiches from dozens of places, dozens of times and in every other instance, the beef is piled on amply enough so that you cannot even see the sausage link beneath it. The bread should have had au jus on it...lots of it. There should be no dry bread on a sandwich requested with au jus. Rather than recognize and admit that I was given a substandard product, this punk wanted to argue with me and defend the crap sandwich they sold me. Anyone can readily see that this sandwich was pathetic. The amount of beef made me think that some beef accidentally got onto my sausage sandwich. You know when you order onion rings and once in a while, there's a rogue French fry in the bag? That's what this was like. They gave me the wrong pizza and then blamed me for taking the wrong one - telling me I should have opened the box inspected the pizza and the name. Like seriously? Blaming customers instead of their own incompetent staff. The owner "Jay" was beyond rude and told me if I wanted a refund to being the pizza back to them, seriously worst service I have ever received. He then proceeded to try and argue me on the phone for A good 10 minutes. The owner on the phone was a complete jerk. read more

This place was great before the pandemic. We stopped ordering from them since they didn't have contactless delivery. We decided to give them a shot now (their website says they now have contactless delivery) again. It was truly terrible. The spinach & tomato garlic bread was missing the cheese, there was something in a box with peppers & onions that we had no idea what it was. The lasagna was ice cold and tasteless (yes, it's cold outside but we live less than 10 minutes away from this location). Both of the cannolis we ordered arrived with empty shells and the insides all over the container. My husband suggested it was a do-it-yourself kit lol. To top it off it took over 2 hours to get here and cost me $86! Oh, and the "contactless delivery" involved the person ringing my doorbell over and over and making us sign for the food.! I have ordered from here a couple of times, both times the food came cold and it was barely edible. The crust was tough, the sauce tasted canned (and not in a good way), and the quality of the sausage was substandard, and the mushrooms slimy (canned?). I noticed a couple of the reviews usually go to Riccio's pizza, I have eaten there- word to the wise, wait for Riccio's to open, the food is way better. read more

Ordered Rosati's for the first time today and was pretty dissatisfied. The pizza was a little over $26 for an 18" sausage and cheese and when we got home and opened the pizza there was barely any sausage. Four pieces did not have any sausage at all, most pieces had a small piece with only 4-5 pieces having two small pieces of sausage. I'm almost 60 years old and order a lot of pizza but have never seen anything like this. I called and spoke with the manager who offered a $5 credit off my next pizza but I declined. Omgoodness!!!! Never had from this place till they came to Munster. First order placed, we ordered the Calzones, chicken tenders and fries. The Calzone was absolutely delicious!!! I kept it simple by just getting a pepperoni one. The Calzone was so big, I was able to save half for the next day. It tasted just as good the next day reheated. The chicken tenders are very tasty, not dried out. Love to order these for my son with BBQ sauce. Have plenty for him to eat and some for myself. Lol we recently tried out the thin crust pizza. Ordered extra cheese, half sausage, half pepperoni.. It came nice and hot, very tasty. My husband also has ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich, no complaints from him, filled him up just right. Hahahaha Our next order we will be trying out the Chicago style deep dish. Been very satisfied with what we have tried. The pricing is great for for a small group. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered a pizza online. I entered the coupon code for any large for $16. It says please MENTION coupon when ordering. It did not say MUST PROVIDE COUPON AT REGISTER. I went in to pay and they REFUSED to honor the special. I told them I entered it online and they said it didn't matter. That is false advertising, as the coupon does NOT state that it must be provided. There were also a stack of coupons on the counter and they insisted I could NOT take one to use. They were so rude. I will NEVER eat here again. And I have eaten here multiple times. But lying to the customer is unacceptable. Quick delivery! The cinnamon sticks are better than anything I've ever eaten! So soft and just the right amount of doughiness! These are a must try! We tried many menu items tonight to see if we would like this restaurant or not, and everything was perfect. We tried the toasted ravioli, which are enormous, pizza, shrimp dinners, Caesar salad, tiramisu, cannoli- everything was amazing. The delivery was quicker than the 45 mins they stated, and everything was piping hot. We used a coupon for the free salad from a flyer we got in the mail, and it was good for any salad, any size, so we ordered the large Caesar. We will definitely order from here again! read more

Just had a meatball sandwich. Despite being a little dry was pretty good, probably one of the best around taste wise. I tried their pizza a few weeks ago it was good but it was undercooked cheese was not golden brown like it should be. Tried lasagna last week and was not impressed. Good pizza. Our goto place is Ricco's in Lansing. However we would have to wait till 4pm to order since Ricco's opens at 4pm. So if we want our pizza fix earlier in the day this is a good second choice. The only thing is the pizza is a tad more expensive than Ricco's. The ingredients are quality though and the pizza is hot when I get it home. read more

Loved it here. We had chicken wings, fried ravioli and dbl dough pizza. Everything was very tasty, and the crust on the pizza was delicious. The wings and ravioli were huge. Would've given 5 stars, but we dined in and ordered and received the appetizer at the same time as the pizza. Not a big deal for us, def going back. read more

Very disappointed with this operation. I was there a short while ago, Sat July 11th at 1:05 to 1:45. I arrived and as usual there were no pizza slices available, which is the norm. The counter man told me that it would be 20 to 25 minutes. There were two other people waiting when I arrived who were also waiting for slices. It would seem that they would try to keep at least one type of pie on hand or at least a combination. I go there 3 or 4 times a week. This is generally the case but I like their pie. While waiting I was very disturbed at how everyone in the kitchen only wore their masks for a few minutes and then pulled it down under their chin. One guy, not the mgr but a taller person had his mask down and then sneazed into his arm right at the prep table. If the pie I was waiting for wasn't already in the oven I would have left. While I was there 5 other patrons came in and asked for slices and were all told that it would be 40 minutes or so because two people wre already waiting for sausage slices and the pie they made had only 2 slices of each type . They all left without buying. I think that with the current status they would keep their masks on when they are prepping the food. read more

I ordered a pizza on a night not too far from closing, and waited to eat a little while because I was busy (I was planning a holiday party). The pizza was suppose to have four toppings and barely had any toppings on it, and basically tasted like a cheese pizza. Unfortunately, it was after the restaurant closed so I called first thing in the morning, and talked to the store manager who told me that he couldn't do anything because I should have called the night before(with no apologies). I asked him for his name and the corporate office website, he gave me his name but said that I would have to go to the website and get the corporate office number because he didn't have it written down. i told him I wouldn't be ordering from them anymore because of the way I was treated, and he told me "OK". I called corporate and they were in mortified that I was treated that way and said they would call the owner, and he would call me. Well, the owner was just as bad, he had the nerve to tell me because I ordered extra cheese the topping were under it. I told him that I did looked under the cheese and there was hardly any toppings. I've seen more toppings on a frozen pizza at the grocery store than the one that was on that $30 pizza. He started making excuses for his workers saying the person that made the pizza has been with him since day one, and the store manager has been in service 16 years, as if that justified my displeasure of the pizza or the service I was given. The owner told me he was being nice by calling me and that he was not obligated to call a customer. It seemed like the owner already had it set to give me a hard time because these were his buddies. Talk about lead by example.. I told him that I will never order from his restaurant again. I will also be advising people who recommended me to this place not to order from them again, because you should never continue to give people or businesses money who treat you poorly. read more
