I do not know why I continue to try to order from this location and give them continuous chances to simply be better. Probably because they're the only location open as late as they are. If the food isn't late and cold, the order is incorrect. I'm missing sauces, the pizza looks like it was packaged and then flipped upside down for the trip to my house. The flyer on today's attempt says "under new management." Well you're still failing. $50 order and at this point I would literally choose a McDonald's cheeseburger and the dirt on the bottom of my shoe instead. For a first impression of this restaurant I had a horrible experience. I ordered from here to get delivered to my job which is about 10 minutes away. I ordered exactly at 11:00 and didn't receive my order until 1:00pm. I've never waited so long for just a large pizza and I will not tip for poor service. Cold food and it's late, I've already lost my appetite and I paid over $50. The fact it was so late to my job I couldn't enjoy it because I work with kids, I ordered an entire 2 hours before my lunch break to receive it AFTER my break. Rosati's Pizza in Naperville offers pretty good pizza that's hard to fault in terms of flavor and quality. However, a delightful dining experience involves more than just good food. Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired during my visit. The representative I interacted with was not only dismissive but outright rude. After I ordered a pizza online, she rudely claimed they had no more orders, even though I had proof of my order and was charged. Order pizza and 2 side salads at 4 pm. Around 5:15 we call to ask where our order is and they tell us a minute away. We understand as it's Memorial Day weekend and things happen. Call again at 645... so almost 3 hours later asking where our pizza is. They claim they tried multiple times to call us (they didn't) and casually telling us they left the pizza on our front door step. Who does that? No voicemail or anything. Ordered extra crispy wings from this Rosati's they definitely were not extra crispy spoke to the manager basically told me that they cook them as long as they could they were soggy and oversauced bones were broken. Definitely not extra crispy do not go there to buy there food. I will keep posting reviews about how horrible this restaurant is until they decide to do something about their quality and offering me a refund. I will post on yelp and Facebook and any other media I can to get people not to go there and eat their food. Food was good enough but service was bad, will probably try Rosatis Wheaton location next and give them my business instead. Person who answered phone was rude, spoke quickly, and was condescending. They took payment over the phone but didn't tell the driver. We didn't get a receipt so not sure if we paid for the extra cesar dressings we requested but we didn't get extra dressings we requested even though driver said we did. Cesar salad was super basic, thin crist pizza seemed more like a pan pizza, and food was delivered 35 minutes outside their delivery window. They only had Pepsi products. read more

This is our Go To pizza place over the last year because their crust & sauce & cheese make such a really good pizza. We always order pickup, the pizza is always ready on time and still hot when I get it home, staff inside is friendly. Sausage pizza is excellent, Pepperoni pizza is excellent, and even just plain Cheese pizza is excellent and flavorful (not many pizza places can say that). And if you're feeding more than a few go for the 24" pizza (it literally barely fits through the doorway) which comes with a free small cheese pizza (just ask). Try the big pizza with half sausage and half cheese (then the kids are happy) and they'll let you upgrade the small for a dollar or two Pepperoni (or any topping) for variety. I've been craving a hot dog for weeks now. After a long day at work, I was too tired to go out anywhere for one, and I don't keep them at home (the bf doesn't care for them) so I hopped on ol' Grubhub to order a pair. Unfortunately, Rosati's is the only place close to me that delivers AND had hot dogs on the menu. I don't care for them, as they have unusually long wait times for delivery... but I decided it would be worth it. I've ordered their pizzas in the past and you can definitely taste the decline in quality. Not to mention the last time we ordered, it took over two hours for our pizza to arrive. It was partially our fault, as it was Halloween, so I expected a long wait. However, they went to our old address, even though we clearly indicated to deliver to our new one. I felt bad for the delivery driver; he was very nice and apologized. He stated that his manager (or whoever prepped the order for delivery) didn't bother to check the address on Grubhub, and just went with the address in the computer. Kind of a bonehead move on their part; you should ALWAYS verify the address, but that's just my opinion. Anyway, back to my current order. I placed my order at 5:10 or so (2 Chicago Style hot dogs, fries, and a root beer), and was presented with an estimated delivery time of 6:15 - 6:25 p.m. With my past ordering experiences with Rosati's, this is about right, if not longer. ***Just got an e-mail from Grub Hub saying to expect my order around 6:30 -6:45. Sigh. That's a long time to wait for a pair of dogs and some fries. 6:24, my order arrives. The delivery driver was very nice (I've never had an issue with them- I suppose that's where the one star can go. 'Cause if I could rate this place 0 stars, I would). He hands me my order and that's that. Right away, I'm weary. I set my order down on the kitchen counter. There are three cans of root beer (I had ordered a 1 Liter). No big deal, I just didn't expect the substitution. The fries were barely lukewarm. That I expected; when you get fries delivered, very rarely do they arrive piping hot. Nothing a few seconds in the microwave can't handle. Then came the hot dogs. Oh my friggin' disaster. THERE'S KETCHUP ON THEM!!!! There are only two types of people that put ketcup on their dogs: children and the slow minded. You CANNOT call your hot dog "Chicago Style" if there is ketchup on it! Due to being insanely hungry, I obviously did not notice the "ketchup" part on their online menu, so I guess that's my fault. All I saw was "Chicago Style hot dog" and I immediately added two to my order. I understand what goes on a CS hotdog, I didn't think it was necessary to read the ingredients. Upon further inspection, the only other ingredients gracing my dogs were onions and mustard. (Red onions, mind you- I've never seen red onions on a hotdog). Their menu online clearly states "ketchup, mustard, onions, tomato, pickles, relish and sport peppers." My hot dogs did not have pickles, relish, or sport peppers. Also, "Chicago Style" would have celery salt and a poppy seed bun. The temperature of the hot dogs was decent, but my delicious experience I had been looking forward to is now ruined. This is the LAST time I order from here. My bf swore it was the last time after the pizza that took over two hours to arrive. But I'm done now. As I sit here chewing the last of my now cold french fries and 1/2 of a "children's style" hot dog, I am filled with shame and sadness; shame for eating a ketchup covered hot dog and sadness for being let down by such a simple menu item that is damn near impossible to screw up. Well, they did it again. This Rosatti's used to be pretty good. They send several coupons a month. So, of course, I use them. However when I do, they don't garnish the whole pizza. They stop a good 2 inches from the edge. The time before tonight, when I ordered, I asked if they skimped on toppings because I use their coupons because I would gladly pay full price if they would add toppings all the way to the edge. The girl on the phone said, no they didn't and she would tell the cook to make sure they put ample toppings all the way to the edge. And they did. Tonight, I order another pizza and sure as shineola, they skimped! Yep, I used one of their 20 coupons I have in "the drawer." See the pics for yourself. Nice place...located inside an industrial park. Fad some seating...2 video arcade games (MORTAALL KOOOOMBAAT!) I dont think I remember Rosatis selling slices.....but these guys did....I think it was 3.80 I paid for a slice and a soda (or water if they were out...which they were when I went...no biggie) But I liked it. Lots of parking and the inside decore is cool witht he menu on the wall and a couple of black and white photos adorning other parts of the store. Good slice....no oregano in front with the condiments if you l ike it like I do. We ordered on Sunday. Typically i enjoy their food, good pizza. I have to say they dropped the ball this past time. We ordered a deep dish sausage and spinach, breaded cauliflower, garlic bread, and cannolis. First the garlic bread. It was a hoagie bun not cut, warm with melted butter. No garlic, definitely not toasted. Soggy bread. The breaded cauliflower was pretty good, a little crunchy but not bad. However, the menu and my receipt both say it comes with ranch and we didnt get any. The cannolis are not made in house, they are awful. I couldn't finish mine. Finally, the za. A deep dish that was not. It was a regular pizza, with a tall crust, and no sauce at all! !! It was incredibly disappointing, and rlly dry. I will not order here again. I would say that typically I a a huge fan of Rosati's, especially their pizza. However, I was sadly underwhelmed by their spaghetti. Too much sauce, the pasta was overcooked and the meatballs were just OK. Also, the crabby guy at the counter was obviously not in a good mood and it showed on his face and made for an uncomfortable wait. Other than that, typically their food is good. Placed an order on Rosati's website at 5:30 pm. Also placed it for delivery. By 7:15, no pizza. Called Rosati's on 5th Av where the order was placed and the very rude and smartass person on the phone said "hey, don't tell us, call Grubhub. You bought it through them!" He also said" I see your order, you are at the Hilton." I said, I am not at a Hilton, I am at home. This kid said "well, that's where it went so call grubhub", and that was it. He offered no assistance or could have cared less. We will never ever order from a Rosati's, especially the one on 5th Av, ever again. Below is a shot of their online order webpage. This is not my order but I made one quickly for the sample. Nowhere does it say I am buying a pizza from GrubHub. GrubHub said they tried to call at 7:00pm. Remember the order was placed at 5:30. The only call we received was at 7:15 from Florida from a non listed number. Of course living in Illinois and a call that just says Florida Call on callerID, we are not going to answer. If that was GrubHub, they need to smarten up wit that! Stay away from Rosati's and GrubHub! There is clearly something wrong with this arrangement. I've ordered from this place many times, almost every week for about 6 months straight. They last few times I've ordered, they gotten my order wrong every time. A few times I ignored because my kids would eat it regardless. Each time I called them out for not getting my order correct, a woman yelled at me as if I'd done something wrong...even after I showed them a picture of what I got vs. what I ordered. I hadn't ordered in a few weeks bc of such bad service, but on Christmas Eve (today) I decided to try again. This time I went online so that I didn't have to talk to this woman on the phone. I ordered. They still didn't get it right, I called to let them know, they didn't even try to listen to me or look up the order. Instead they told me if I call again they would call the police on me...as if I had done something. I've spent $100's at this place and didn't deserve this treatment. When the order arrived, (the restaurant is 0.6 miles from my apartment) it was VERY cold and the pieces were all piled on top of each other, literally like someone had violently shaken the box. The pizza had to be at least 1-2 hours old. I've worked in restaurants for over 15 years and I can tell you guys that this pizza was very old and should have never, ever been served to a customer. Horrible experience! I ordered delivery and the food was very good. I ordered food at work, I made sure to put in the notes that I am at work and the doors are locked and to call and I would meet you out front. I received a phone call and immediately went down stairs, I walked out side and did not see anyone, I walked around back and still no one. I called the driver and he said and I quote "you were taking too long so I left to do another delivery, I'll be back" I was mad so I called the store, told the girl what had happened and that according to my call log from the time he called me to when I got off the phone with the driver was 3 MINUTES. I asked her to remove my prepaid tip, she did. Here's the mind blowing part, I received a text shortly after going back into work from the driver on my personal cell phone, it stated: "Your cheap ass can keep your 2 dollars " I was FURIOUS! I called the store and the girl said the manager was not there but she would call him. She came back on the line and said the manager said to send the driver home but offered no apology or compensation for what had happened. I asked the girl to give the manager my name and number as I wanted him to call me personally. I received no further communication from the manager. The food was good but I would second guess the service and experience you will have with that team and the management.
