I would like to say first that I love Rosati's Pizza. What I don't love is this location. I appreciate that they deliver to Lisle. I don't appreciate cold pizza delivered to Lisle. I ordered from this location twice and the food was cold. They should not deliver to areas that are too far for them because cold food isn't cool. What also is not cool is what felt like a 5 hour wait. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I very rarely rate food places badly, but when I received a delivery order for a pan pep only, it took over an hour. Tip the guy a decent tip, walk inside open the box the pizza is literally HALF CHEESE AND PEP other half NOTHING it all slid to one side because the careless person held it on its side. We call back they say dont eat it they will send another one...3+ hours later i have my pizza no refund of tip or payment for the pizza. very disappointed will never recommend this rosatis. read more

Called to place an order for several nurses and myself and was hung up on twice because I could not understand the person in the line. Called back to inform the manager and he told me "I don't believe you were hung up on"! Well I called corporate and the owner sent an email after the fact saying they had phone issues and they're waiting for AT&T to repair the line. That may very well be so, my only problem with that is why his so call manager did not put his managerial skills to use on the call with me. When you need food delivered, but you're tired of pizza & chinese, Rosati's is a great option! Their menu is SO much more than pizza! There is pasta, chicken, ribs, sandwiches, They have a great cheesy beef sandwich (they call it a Cheef), which can be ordered juicy, for extra au jus on the sandwich. They'd get 5 stars if they took Rosati's gift cards. read more

Called from my hotel, tried the thin crust meat classic. The 10" mini was perfect for one. Really good high quality toppings and cheese, tasty sauce and crust. Definitely a safe bet if your looking for something better than the chain pizza places. Delivery took right about the hour quoted on the phone so think ahead and order early. read more

I was visiting Warrenville for business and decided to order Rosati's as it's one of my favorite spots. I regret not reading the reviews. I have to echo what some of the others are saying. I ordered through grub hub. My order was only partially correct. Instead of bone-in wings I received boneless which tasted like a soggy chicken nugget. The medium pizza had way too much cheese on it and I made a request for the driver to bring Parmesan and crushed red pepper packets as I was staying in a hotel - request denied. I had an upset stomach the rest of the night and part of the following morning despite barely eating half the order. I would have been better off going to the grocery store for a Home Run Inn frozen pizza. Go to a different Rosati's or hope for the best if you're eating from this place. read more

The service has improved immensely, though I don't really care about how polite a pizza guy is to me over the phone as much as I care about them getting the order right. The sandwiches are awful, the Chicago style hot dogs are good, the fries are tasty, and the pasta is definitely worth the money. The thin crust pizza is very good, and I love their calzones. Great value for the price, that's for sure. Now, if only their delivery time could go from an hour to maybe, oh, I don't know, thirty or forty minutes, I'd be happier. I called for a delivery order with a gift card and they said they couldn't use it because they aren't corporate, the guy on the phone hesitated and kept me on the phone and said he was going to send me dinner on them because it was weird I couldn't use a gift card from "Rosatis". Not a fan of Rosati's thin crust in general so we tried this location for the first time and got their meat combo pizza with a double dough crust. Turned out to be a really good pizza. The 16" pizza weighed about 10 pounds with the mountain of meat and cheese. The double dough crust is the way to go to avoid their cracker thin crust. read more

Food was amazing! I got cheese ravioli with garlic bread and salad. But the reason I'm giving it a 3 is because of my friend. My friend ordered a BBQ beef burger and the guy at the counter said 10-12 min. The burger took 30 min to make and he didn't give my friend a bag. I would recommend calling ahead. read more

I like the food here. Pizza is greasy, but that is to be expected. However the service is poor. Took longer than promised and they had a bunch of people standing around not working. On our order yesterday, we ordered Italian Beef on the pizza and we were charged the double charge for Italian Beef. But they put Italian sausage on it instead. To start, I wanted to have a pizza with some soda to celebrate another Friday pass, and I recently came back from a trip to Italy (I am not an Italian...). I started my order to deliver on my phone, which was smooth using the app. I forgot to specify the location, so I called the business to update my location of delivery, and they were super friendly and courteous to change the location of delivery due to my mistake. There was about a 40 minute delivery time during their peak time and during rush hour albeit I live right around the corner past the Naperville High School (too Sailor to drive). The delivery man was extremely kind and I feel bad for not giving more tip than I did. As for the food, I ordered the Monster Pizza, Italian Beef Sandwich with a side salad since I had to order the side with the sandwich, and a 2 Liter Pop. The soda was cold ready for mixing with the Bourbon; the Italian Beef Sandwich, which I ordered with Mozzarella cheese and Hot Giardinieras, was lusciously melted and the perfect amount of spicy for my taste was exemplary; The side salad was super fresh and all vegetables were crunchy with a slight amount of oxidation of the lettuce all while the Balsamic Vinegar dressing enhanced my Vegan side (not a vegan); Now for the pizza, I expected little and was granted a lot. The pizza and the sandwich were both still hot from the oven or warmer plate (I am unsure since I have not been there physically). The pizza was great due to the fact it had plenty of toppings and deserves the name of Monster, the right amount of cheeses and sauces were laid upon layers of the tastiness. A bit of the pizza was slightly charred, but that is the danger of thin crust pizza. The food and sides were all delivered in a professional manner such as, but not limited to, the bags were secured with two staples with each one attached a receipt to show how expertly organized they are, the bag containing the soda was knotted to prevent fallout of said soda pop, and the sandwich was wrapped in aluminum foil in its own box and bag to maintain its gloriousness. Overall, my delivery experience was enlightening enough to grant a review. I am going to enjoy leftovers! Trust me, I love food!! read more

Just ordered delivery and it was some of the worst pizza I've ever had. I love the Woodridge location, but will never order from this Naperville location ever again. The pan cheese pizza was greasy, doughy, undercooked & soupy. The cheese was awful. Expensive for delivery and beyond disappointed with lack of quality that I assumed by the name. Placed an order for work a week before food was needed. When I called the day food was to be delivered, the female who answered the phone was very short and seemed put out that I asked her to confirm my order. I had requested delivery to be no later than 4:15, but when I called back at 4:15 to find out where the order was, I was informed that my driver left 1 minute ago and it is a 10 minute drive to our building. Bad service if you ask me, would think they could plan ahead better with all the lead time they had. Will not recommend ordering for business functions from here again!! read more

Major disappointment with Rosati's!! Was visiting Chicago staying at the Hyatt house in Warrenville Naperville location for a wedding at the end of December and on 30 December we placed an order with was over $70 of sandwiches fries and wings with an order that took place at 1:09 AM and after one hour when no one was there with the delivery, we began calling with no one answering and it one point thinking that they just took my payment and no one was even there. At that point we sent 2 people from our party of eight to the only thing available Taco Bell and ended up spending another $30 for food and to our surprise and after 3 AM a very aggressive delivery man knocked on the door to make a delivery that no one needed when my cousin who is the only one awake Told him that it was very late and that we attempted to contact them to cancel the order was told that it's our food so we need to take it I have made many attempts to contact the management at Rosati's spoke with a young lady who notated everything was very gracious, but now here we sit January 20th, 2018 and I have had no call from the management to try to rectify this situation I was spoken to rudely by one of the male managers and feel uncomfortable trying to call back and fight for what is right. All the food ended up in the garbage. and unlike pizza have we ordered it you can eat the next day but Gyro sandwiches fries chicken wings those don't heat so well so it was basically $70 down the drain shame on you Rosati's!!!! read more

I'm very particular about my pizza, but in every style of pizza (thin, double dough, pan and stuffed) Rosati's, or at least this particular location, provides generous cheese and toppings. A great place to grab a bite late a night and it's one of the few places I know that makes a 24-inch pizza. Highly recommended. read more

So UPDATE: When I wrote my previous review I had not yet received my replacement food. Well, I never did get it. I ended up having to call and asking what had happened. I guess they never sent it out. I ended up with a refund. First they couldn't find my order. Apparently when you order online through their website, the order gets FAXED in, and doesn't have your name on it. My husband had to call me so I could look at the order number after they told him they couldn't find it. Then when he gets the pizza home, it is entirely not what I ordered. I ordered a Chicago stuffed pizza. What did I get? A double dough pizza with absolutely no pizza sauce. I guess they messed up my pizza and just decided to send it out anyway. This is the worst restaurant on the planet. They accept orders on grub hub when they are neither staffed nor prepared to fulfill those orders. We placed an order on Grubhub for a large cheese pizza and garlic bread around 5:30pm. The estimated delivery time was 6:30 (we live 10 minutes away). When no one showed up at 6:30 we checked the app and noticed the delivery time was changed to 7:10. And then to 7:15. We called a dozen times but never spoke to anyone. Someone would pick up and without saying a word, put us on hold. By 7:30 when no one showed up my husband drove to the restaurant to find out what was happening. The open sign was lit and the lights were on but the doors were locked. He knocked on the door and when a man appeared my husband shouted through the glass that he was waiting for his order. The man refused to open the door, waved his arms to say no and ran to the back of the restaurant never to appear again. My husband shouted that he had an order. Nothing. He called grubHub and got our money back. This place is a disaster. Stay away at all cost. read more

Ordered pasta at 8pm on a Monday night. They said an hour for delivery. I live 5 minutes away. Its been 1 hours and 45 minutes and no sign of the food. I called 15 minutes ago and they said they driver will be here "any minute". Update: 10 more minutes passed and i called again and they said, "if the driver is not there in 5 minutes call back. The rudeness of the person covering the counter was only surpassed by the ignorance that management was "too busy" to handle their rude employee or correct their mistake.
