Ordered pasta at 8pm on a Monday night. They said an hour for delivery. I live 5 minutes away. Its been 1 hours and 45 minutes and no sign of the food. I called 15 minutes ago and they said they driver will be here "any minute". Update: 10 more minutes passed and i called again and they said, "if the driver is not there in 5 minutes call back. At this point i am never ordering from here again. I don't know if the food will eventually come, but i need to go to bed. read more

Worst experience ever. Delivery consistently forgot to bring change and was very sketchy, see like he wasnt all there upstairs. One time he even offered me a can of pop as change when he owed me over $8 and then has the nerve to say "well, thats gotta count for something. Thats like a dollar or two right there. Ill get you next time man." On that same visit he parked in my neighbors spit and refused to move, yelling at cussing at my neighbor when asked to move. Well, delivery said 45-60 minutes. Took 1 hour and 12 minutes. Pizza was soggy. Cheesecake was still frozen. Would not order again.

Was craving pizza and had a coupon so Rosati's it is. Ordered a thin crust pizza with sausage, pepperoni and bacon, yes I was also craving meat. Lol! Man on man was it tasty. This was probably the best Rosati's pizza I've ever had. I've had plain sausage before, also Sausage and pepperoni, also sausage and mushroom, also plain pepperoni. Those, in my opinion, were all kind of bland. The 3 meat combo hit the spot for me. read more

Ordered for my work, and when the order came in 2 of the items were wrong. I had a menu stating that there was a chicken gyro special and he says he told me they didn't do that but I told him the price and he said ok. So then I ordered a second, same thing. Food came and I got 2 regular gyro and not chicken, so I had to wait another hour. So lunch finally came and I was back to work so couldn't enjoy it. It was also very skimpy on the meat compared to all other chicken gyros I've had. I will not be getting that again. And I was never given an apology, more of "I told you we couldn't do that", but said ok when I was placing the order. Not very happy about that. This is the worst Rosati's Pizza I have ever had. I know franchises are allowed to deviate from the original recipe, but this was the worst I have ever had. The thin crust is extremely dry and tasteless. They have a very odd cracker like bread crumb they use in place or corn meal which does not have any benefit except to make it drier. There was almost no sauce, poor quality pepperoni, and it was over cooked. Trying this location was a mistake. I will go back to the Wheaton location. read more

I used to work at a Rosati's and love their pizza I will go out of my way for Rosati's even if there is a closer pizzaria closer to me. I recently moved and this Rosati's is first of all VERY RUDE. I asked for Chicago Style Deep dish they sent this sad thing they claimed was what I asked for. I called them and the guy remembered when I called the hour before and said no, I didn't order that I ordered a plain deep dish which is pan pizza. NO, I didn't. I know the difference I worked there and I know there are sometimes mistakes so I make sure I say chicago style. So I went in the next day to talk to the owner and explain what happened. He was also VERY rude to me and acted like I was dumb, didn't even apologize for his employees rudeness to me. When people had issues at the Rosati's in Yorkville the managers ALWAYS apologized no matter what. So they gave me a credit. I decided to call today and give them one last chance since I did have the credit. I called, said immediately I would like to order a CHICAGO STYLE DEEP DISH. The man (who ended up being the owner) said "do you want the sauce on top or cheese" I said sauce because that IS a chicago style. He started on this whole lecture about the difference in the two. I said "I know sir please can you just order me the Chicago style" he said "I see the notes in your profile and last time blah-de-blah-de-blah" " I said look sir, I"m just trying to order the pizza, if you want to give me lectures and be rude that I even was nice enough to give you business again then that is on you" I don't get why he has to be so defensive I wasn't even going to bring up the last "incident" with him, just order the fricken pizza. This guy either needs to go back to business school (if he even went) or re-think his career decision because he is giving Rosati's a bad name. Also, compared to all other Rosati's I've tried and it's a lot even ones in Phoenix and Texas, and this has got to be the worst one. This guy has no idea what he is doing. Sad, very sad. read more

Horrible....We have ordered over a dozen times....Pizza always comes sloppy...cheese and all ingredients slid to one side...barely edible....Order from Malnati's...as the quality of this place doesn't even compare to a box corporation such as Dominoes or Pizza Hut...To have "A Chicago Tradition since 1964" on your menu & box is a slap in the face to all us true Chicagoans....The hot mess you delivered to my door on multiple occasions I wouldn't even give to the dog. read more

I ordered Rosati's for delivery. which I was told the delivery was going to be over an hour. In reality, it was an 1 1/2 hours for a pizza & cheese sticks. The young girl who took my order asked me to spell every word of my location. The delivery took so long because she inputted the wrong street for delivery. How could that be when she asked me to spell the name of the street? Because of this, the food arrived cold. I warmed up the pizza in the oven. The food quality was poor & extremely salty! I felt like I was deer licking a salt block. I will not ever order from THIS Rosati's again. Its true rating is 1/2 star if I could give it. read more

I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. The driver told the manager and he called my phone 5 times. Funny but it shows no missed calls on my phone. He told the manager he was here a half an hour ago. I was by my door since I ordered. I spoke to the manager and he told me the driver was 2 minutes away. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I called cancelled the order and told them to refund my card. This is the third time I've waited 2 hours for a pizza when I live 3 miles away from them and this is the last time I'll wait for them! Never again! read more
