Wanted to give a local place a shot and unfortunately it didn't work out so well. Carried out 3 pizzas that had were inedible with massive amounts of cheese. Sauce was a bit salty when you get past the cheese and soggy crust. All of these are headed for the trash can after having only a few pieces. I hope the owner will reach out to make this right. $67 bill in which I gave a 20% tip. I might try this place again, but only if I could get the pizzas with half or no cheese at all. read more

It was ok. Not a ton of flavor, light on the pepperoni, very heavy on the cheese and the thin crust was soft. The inside of the restaurant is tired and could use a good cleaning. We took ours to go. No complaints about the service. read more

Consider trying Noah's fried chicken for dinner or a company meal! My workplace always chooses Noah's fried chicken for Saturday lunch and we continue eating it for leftovers during the week too! This family-owned restaurant's ambiance is less attractive but the school-age cashiers and receptionists are very polite, attentive to phone calls, and conversational, explaining the ongoings of their days to me as I waited for my order. I've enjoyed the fried chicken four times as takeout because the freshness of the meat and breading has a higher quality of taste and texture than a chain restaurant. I'm very pleased with how it tastes as though the chicken has been placed straight into the fryer out of the package. While I haven't asked about their cooking practices or where they receive the meat from, it is certainly an excellent quality of chicken. Really tastes like it's store-bought - SO FRESH! Wow! This menu item is offered in 4 pieces or 8 pieces with french fries and coleslaw. Both sides are fresh, crispy, crunchy, and satisfying! MOST IMPORTANTLY - IF YOU WOULD ONLY PREFER DARK MEAT IN YOUR ORDER, BE SURE TO ASK THEM !! Normally, the order comes with one piece of chicken breast for every three pieces of dark meat, but after I asked for only dark meat, I was provided 4 thighs. Very grateful! Really good! I really enjoyed this pizza, it was thin crust and the sauce was really good. I tried the sausage and the pepperoni, they were both really awesome. I really liked the pepperoni because it was underneath the cheese, and the sausage was just really good. The delivery was speedy and it was super convenient. The crust was pretty good as well, I really liked the crunchy thin crust and it wasn't too thin, it was really good. Although we didn't get to go inside the actual store, the place did look a little small from the outside. Overall though, I really enjoyed this pizza. read more

Sal's is a family run business that makes really good pizza. We ordered a large thin crust pizza with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. They use fresh quality ingredients, the crust was thin with a little bit of chew and the edges were crisp. There was just the right amount of sauce on the pizza too. I've been searching for good Chicago style thin crust pizza during this quarantine season, and Noah's hits the spot. I ordered a 16 inch thin crust with sausage and onion on one half and pepperoni and bacon on the other half. This pizza reminds me of the pizzas from the mom and pop restaurants I grew up around in Chicago. This particular thin crust is thin, but not cracker thin. There is some pleasant chew to it. The toppings were excellent, including well seasoned Italian sausage. The cheese is high quality full fat mozzarella and there was a generous amount of it which I love. Pizza was ordered at 6:38pm and arrived at 8pm cold. The cheese was congealed, one pizza was smashed into the box, and part of it was folded over. It was a mess. Extremely excessive on the cheese and it was hard, since it wasn't warm, so it was not really appetizing. I wanted to love it based on other reviews but honestly it wasn't very good. Thick, cold, chewy cheese was about all I could taste even though I spent $1.75 a piece to add sausage, pepperoni, onions, and green peppers. The BBQ pizza had the most flavor but that's the one that was folded over in the box and the BBQ sauce was so heavy on the top that the pizza looked wet. I ordered delivery. The pizza came early and it was hot! I do not remember the last time that I had a pizza delivered or any other meal for that matter that was hot. They use their own delivery people and insulated bags. I ordered the double dough pizza. The pizza was not fantastic, but, that is because I prefer more sauce. There were areas on the pizza with no sauce. They definitely give you a lot of cheese. It was a fantastic looking pizza! I will order from them again and request more sauce. I am not one to criticize but this pizza was disappointing. More cheese than toppings. The mozzarella sticks tasted like plastic and with Wisconsin being known for its prowess of cheese, the worst compared to even a dive bar which has better mozzarella sticks.
