Wow. Where do I begin? My mom passed away unexpectedly and being forced to make these decisions for a loved one are never easy. Luckily these days Yelp is a credible resource. We decided that my mom should be cremated and after seeing so many scary reviews of people receiving others remains I was hesitant on the whole process anyways. I looked at Yelp first and they had nothing but good reviews so I called and Robin was so kind immediately. She made me feel like I was talking to a family member. She was so patient and I just got a really great feeling. We met the next day to finalize everything and overall it was a smooth and easy process. So I can't even begin to tell you how appreciative I am of Rose Cremation and their staff, there are no words to describe how incredible they are! But I definitely have a lot to say, unfortunately I lost my 92 year old grandfather to Covid recently and I contacted Rose Cremation because I wanted a place where I knew my grandfather wouldn't be treated as just another number, he was the last grandparent I had left so I was very careful as to who I felt would take good care of him, and I gotta tell you!
