If there was such a thing as a ten star review that is what I would give this business. The owner literally made me feel like my party was the only party that she was working on because that is how attentive she was from start to finish. First and LAST time coming here to purchase flowers. If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely dissatisfied with my order. Order was made with a bunch of flowers that were old, withered, and missing petals and should have been thrown away but instead they used on my order that was $265 dollars! Quality of the flowers were poor. Ordered an open hearts for a viewing for my coworker and amongst the other flowers pieces at the viewing mine was dead in color and small. What was advertised online is not what I got. Chose it for the light vibrant pink colors instead I got dark colors and they didn't use the exact flowers as advertised. Not worth my money at all. Called the store to complain and they offered to come get the order and refund me in full which didnt fix the issue of replacing these dead flowers with ones that are fresh and alive. It was not about how many flowers were used in the piece it was the quality. I placed my order on a Wednesday morning in person for the flowers to be delivered that same week on Friday at 5pm at the funeral home. The flowers we saw in the fridge that day were already bloomed or starting to wilt and I am sure those were the same flowers used in my order. I should have stuck to where I usually go which is Ann Art Florist across the street or Ava's Rainflorist on Middletown road. read more

Their flowers are beautiful but the customer service is unprofessional and rude. I went in to buy loose flowers. The florist grabbed the flowers and walked away to prepare them. I kindly asked if I can choose specific ones since I notice that a couple of the flowers he chose were bruised. He got defensive and seem insulted that I would ask if I can choose. When I asked him, he said "not really" and proceeded to walk away. I asked to see the flowers again and he spoke very poignantly, and asked, "Where? They're all the same." I really didn't want to argue and go back and forth - clearly they don't value their customers. This is my first time going on Yelp to post a bad review. Poorly managed business. read more

I was very pleased with the flowers I purchased right before mother's day. The flowers were beautiful then and are still beautiful 7 days later. The service was quick and professional. I went back after mother's day to take a friend and they still flowers. My friend went to 4 different flower shops for mother's day and wasn't able to find any flowers. Went into the Rose Petal on May 7 to order 3 simple rose arrangements and one dozen roses with baby breathes for my husband's gravesite service and burial on the morning of May 8. Before ordering I explained to Marianna (owner) that the flowers had to be ready at 8:30am because I was supposed to be at funeral home at 8:30am. She said no problem it would be ready at that time because Juan is early and he will be there. When we arrived at 8:30 the flowers were not ready. We had to wait a half hour for Juan to put the flowers together, Not only were they not ready, it was not what was ordered. Marianna walked in while we were waiting and instead of her helping with the order she left to get coffee and bread from the bakery next door. When we were leaving she turned at said, "it was crazy yesterday." I had no choice but to wait for the flowers. Due to COVID-19 I had not seen my husband in over a month. He had been hospitalized and could have no visitors. Because of this he and thousands of others cannot have the proper funeral services that they deserve nor can their loved ones give a proper goodbye. Marianna is unprofessional and heartless. I came in just as they were closing in a tizzy in desperate need of a corsage for a prom and they accommodated me and provided amazing service. Already obsessed and know I will be so happy. I had started working with another florist for my wedding and they were extremely wishy-washy, and didn't seem to care or understand my vision. At all. Then I met the owner in church by the best luck ever and she completely understands what I want and is the sweetest woman ever. The shop is beautiful the flowers are beautiful and the prices are amazing. My wedding is in July and I feel complete trust I don't have one ounce of anxiety about my flowers. So excited ! read more

If I could give this a zero star I would! The customer service here is horrific. When I first walked into the store I didn't get acknowledged! I didn't even get a hello. The owner was with someone else who was literally sitting at the front desk by the door. she could of simply said something....anything... or just a friendly smile!!! Right from the bat I felt as if I was not welcomed. The man that was in the back said she will help us in 20 30 mins but I had an appointment. But anyways I said ok and came back 20 mins later to find out she was not ready to see us so the guy who told us to come back helped us. After spending 15 mins with him I realized he has no idea what he is saying because he kept say maybe it will be this price or that price and maybe this and that. I was really frustrated and left. On the way out I said ok no problem we'll be back and the owner rolled her eyes and didn't say ANYTHING!!! How freaken rude!!!! Never have I experienced such a rude business owner. This place is a waste of time. Don't go there and feel unwelcomed. Also I am a wedding planner that just wanted send some of brides this way. But will not! Horrible customer service!!!! read more

Unprofessional and Inept! Ordered flowers for my mother for valentine's day and they never delivered them! Was told at 7pm they were behind schedule by a woman, I'm assuming was the manager. Received an email at 11:15pm on valentine's day saying the flowers were delivered successfully. There was NO FLOWERS DELIVERED! They never returned messages about the flowers not arriving. Spoke to a guy there who said my order states the flowers were not delivered and doesn't know why the manager hasn't returned my call. Maybe there's a drunken elf just sending random emails saying "flowers delivered successfully". I don't if this woman is Inept or unprofessional or both. Sadly I choose this company because I like to support small businesses and they were listed as 4 minutes away from the delivery address. Did I mention they were 4 minutes away! I'm glad this didn't happen with a wife or potential girlfriend..talk about making a bad impression. read more
