Came here right after my flight as I was craving Pho. I ordered the Pho Duc Biet and it did not disappoint! I was also offered Nuoc Beo (fatty beef broth) which added more flavor to the Pho. I definitely recommend this spot if you're craving Pho. I've had a ton of Pho so my expectations are always high. This spot has great service, was seated right away and constantly asked if I needed anything else. Give this spot a try, you won't be disappointed!

I arrived on a Friday night and the place was very busy with lots of customers! Regardless, the staff was extremely friendly, seated us promptly, and answered questions about the menu. The place is beautifully decorated with artwork and quotes. I ordered chicken pho and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors came together well and I wished I had more! The owner came over to our table and chatted with us; she was extremely kind and made sure that we were taken care of. I will definitely come back soon to order beef pho!

We're rarely in the area, but decided to stop by since there's nothing better than a hot bowl of pho after a flight, and this place didn't disappoint. The pho was delicious, and I ordered the Bún Thịt Nướng, which really hit the spot (though I did have to ask for extra fish sauce). Mama Rose was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. While we aren't religious, we appreciated her gratitude for life and the thoughtful way she prayed over us as our food arrived. She even sent us home with a bag of fruit and potatoes! An unmistakable sign of family in any Vietnamese setting. Overall, I truly valued the experience. That said, some of the pricing felt a bit steep. For example, our order of chicken wings came with more salad than wings. I'd stick with the noodle dishes to get the most bang for your buck.

(Party in my mouth - An exciting combination of flavors) It has bean sprouts, chicken and shrimp inside of the crepe, and they give a lot of greens and fresh veggies on the side plus delicious sauce. Owner is very welcoming and friendly Always 5 star food and experience

We were staying in a hotel close by and my daughter wanted Pho. I ordered the thinly sliced beef pho Tai take out. My daughter enjoyed it very much. The soup was tasty and the service was good too. Definitely will return when I'm in the area.

I love this little cozy restaurant here. The wait staff were all really nice and the food was delicious! The rangoons were different-- it was filled with an orange cream cheese and seafood filling that we both really enjoyed. Food was delicious and portions were big. We also got complimentary grapes (not pictured) but it's nice to have fruit to munch on after eating. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back again.

Nice place located between Des Monies and Burien. The most friendly owner who offer prayer before we ate when our food was brought to the table. So much options to choose from. We went with spring roll, lemongrass seafood and beef hofon Delicious choices! 5-stars for customer service

The place is clean and neat. Bun bo hue a spicy beef noddle is not as my favor but the PHO, the shrimp egg roll and the taro coffee are so delicious. I would recommend this place. The waitress is really nice and helpful often stop by and asked if we need anything, very thoughtful. She also gave me some advices for the good sightseeing places to visit in WA. Will definitely come back to eat for my next hiking trip in a future.

We came down from west Seattle to try rose pho after seeing raving reviews and we were not disappointed! First of all, we took someone's advice and got the spring rolls - they were incredible! Never had spring rolls with that much flavor! We could make a whole meal out of them and order a ton. They were that good. The peanut sauce was delectable. I got the steak and meatball pho - so delicious. The broth was flavorful! The only thing I wish was for more noodles and the meat to be a little more rare. Other than that - so delicious! We can't wait to come back and try more things.

I really enjoyed how customizable everything was, from the fresh ingredients to the different noodle choices, it made the experience fun and personal. The broth was the highlight for me: rich, flavorful, and comforting without being overly heavy. We got #1 which is classic herbal it's not that spicy as they say more on the light mild spicy. However, #6 has no spice at all, so it's perfect for the kids. We got the chicken broth for them with their favorite udon noodles (there's so many types of noodles.) We paid around $45 with two bowls, it honestly fed my family of 4 and my daughter can eat, eat! :P You can really taste the quality in the food. Service was also smooth and efficient despite how busy it was, and the staff kept things moving quickly. Overall, one of the best malatang spots I've been to so far. Great food, great ambience, and perfect for anyone who loves building their own bowl exactly how they want it. Ps. If you do a review here or Google they will give you a cute magnet or keychain in which my daughter got so she's very happy with her tiny noodle magnet.

Perfect service and the food choices, quality and quantities is perfect too. Each dish was presented well, fresh ingredients and 3 Bros exceeded my expectations. A highlight was the picked sliced jalapeños that was great as a complement to spice up my meal. An interesting cultural difference here is the informality and efficiency. Service is relaxed, and they don't want to rush you - you can sit as long as you like. Therefore the cultural difference is you pay at the counter when you're ready to leave. Overall: 8.5/10…read more Food: 8/10 I got the #5 Creamy Broth which was a creamy chicken broth topped with juicy pork chashu and a flavorful seasoned egg topped with free self serve tempura flakes, green onion, and ginger. I asked for a spice ball for the soup on the side. The soup was rich and creamy as the name suggested. The pork chashu was average at best. It lacked flavor and color. The noodles were thick and al dente and absorbed the broth very well. I would not recommend mixing the tempura flakes into the broth as it makes them soggy and they no longer have the crunchy texture to contrast the noodles. For tempura I got a steamed egg tempura, shrimp tempura, and potato tempura. The egg tempura definitely reined supreme. Would heavily recommend a tempura sauce which they happened to run out with today. The vegetable tempuras were all bland. Would not recommend. If you do get the tempuras, eat them before the main dish so the richness of the main dish doesn't ruin the delicate flavor of the tempura. Atmosphere: 9/10 Tables were cleaned and bussed regularly. There were plenty of tables where we didn't really have to wait after getting our food. The tables were kinda close to each other and the restaurant was packed on a Saturday night at 7 pm. It was very loud and we could not hear the music in the background and had to speak up when talking to each other. Service: 9/10 Self service similar to chipotle where you order at the counter and they make it in front of you and all the individual components of each dish are premade. Unlike chipotle, once they give you the main dish in a tray, there is a self serve Tempura bar where you pay by piece.

I got the Sodo Breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, arugula, tomato and cayenne aioli (not overly spicy) with a side of cheddar grits like many reviews recommended! The grits of course were the star of the show! They came out pipping hot, very creamy with a little bit of chives on top! My husband loved them too and ended up eating half. The sandwich was also very good with the right amount of aioli and tons of fresh arugula. The bread was nice and soft and let's just say there was nothing left on my plate when I was done. I even convinced my husband to join me and order something. He was very skeptical that there was no meat, but thanks to the yelpers I knew exactly what to recommend that would meet his taste (and bonus...I really wanted to try lol). He got the fresh baked, made daily cinnamon roll! That baby came out hot, smelling amazing, and full of cream cheese icing!!! He devoured it and so did I! His vote for best item went to the grits but I tend to lean more toward the cinnamon roll!
