If I could leave zero stars I would. I have never once stepped foot in this office or signed a contract of any sort stating if I cancelled an appointment I would be charged. I am a mom of three littles 3 and under. Apparently I rescheduled an appointment and missed the rescheduled appointment, which I never remember doing. My dentist has been another dentist on a totally different part of town. I was never told that if I missed my appointment I would be charged nor did I sign a contract stating that either. I received ZERO calls from the office even stating I had an outstanding balance what I received was a call from a collection agency attempting to collect a debt. I never had work done never even stepped foot inside the doors and this is how they do business especially to apparent first time customers. I have asked the collection agency to send me over my signature stating where I acknowledge such charges and nothing can be shared. This dentist office is garbage on customer service and just out to get $50 from a potential new patient. Weird that they would have made more $ from my insurance to reschedule an appointment than trying to get $50 for a missed appointment. I find it so odd for a dentist office to be so hard up for $50. If I was made aware and I signed/consented acknowledging this type of fee I would be more than apt to pay but no documentation has been provided where this is their policy and I was made aware. I'd say find a new dentist one that actually cares about you and your oral health than trying to make a quick buck! read more

I wanted to try a new dental place, so I went in trusting this dentist. My husband and I got our cavities filled and other things as well. The amount of money I've spent here is crazy because of how half assed the work is. Another thing I should mention....they don't leave you alone. Do not go here!! The office manager Alfonso is so shady! They agreed to book a dental appt and then run my insurance to see if my insurance is accepted. ALFONSO never mentioned that the office charges $100 for new patients, after finding this out I tried to cancel the appt and Alfonso said that if I wanted to cancel my appt I would be charged $300!! What kind of shady dental place charges $300 to cancel an appt!! I can only imagine what kind of scams they are running on patients and insurance companies. Never will my family nor myself go to this place! We made an appointment for my husband and they gave us a same day appointment and come to find out there was an error with his work insurance so we had to call and cancel until we figured out what was wrong and they told us we would be charged a $200 fee for canceling within 48hrs (there was no way because they scheduled us same day!) and if we did not pay they would send us to collections or we had to be seen with them within 45 days! Who would want to go back after that and we did end up paying the $200 fee because we don't want to be in collections because of this place The male receptionist / husband of the Dr. has no professionalism and very pushy! Worst customer service ever had. $200 fee for a appointment that was made same day and cancel same day because insurance could not be verified. Received multiple message and calls to pay the 200 fee as well. They also are recording the calls without telling you that you being recorded. they offered to wave the fee if i returned in 45 days but after being hounded for the 200 fee i will take my dental needs else were. read more

I would recommend getting a second opinion after your visit they will try to charge you out of pocket for stuff your insurance would normally cover they will tell you that you have cavities when you don't worst dental experience I've ever had read more

Dr. Nicole herself is awesome! However, my experience today was probably close to the most disheartening experience I've ever had with a physician's office. I was scheduled for a crown, however due to recent work on the same tooth my insurance did not cover. Dr. Nicole's husband who works the front spoke very condescending, repeatedly stating all the other payment options that could be made as an out of pocket expense totaling $800. Also advising me my previous dental physician will not want me back, and more than likely won't do the work because I've sought out another dental company, and how I am wasting my time reaching out to them to provide me details of coverage on that specific tooth. I became very bothered by the conversation but still tried to be courteous and respectful. He then proceeded to ask me to pay a $50 cancellation fee because I told him I was not prepared for that cost at this time, nor was I notified ahead of time to make a decision prior to arrival. In my opinion, that is a very bad practice. I will not be continuing my service, although Dr. Nicole is amazing. Empathy, an understanding approach, and leniency for special circumstances can go a long way with customer service. read more

Fraudulent billing practices. They overcharge for some services and charge for services they do not provide. They will tell you they are in network when they are not. They are shady. Don't trust what they say. read more

Been here several times and each time it's been such a great experience. Am not one to write reviews but Rosedale Dental Studio has been so kind and helpful to me this past year that it was well deserved. Am a busy mom of 3 and sometimes it's hard to make time for an appointment for myself but they always get me in ASAP and work around my schedule. The staff is super friendly and caring. They take their time and always make sure am ok and comfortable. A big thank you to the staff for all that you do! I will definitely recommend Rosedale Dental Studio to family and friends. read more

Yes new place new everything but be careful because they are trying to charge me $1000.00 dollars for not showing up I got a phone call today that since last year I was charge $100 dlls for two no showing which I never got any bills or anything and probably after a year that I haven't been there I get a phone call from a collection company that I owe them $1000dlls REALLY ! I call and the guy in the front Mrs.Nicole husband tells me that's because of no showing and tries to tell me $20 dlls for something else and I don't even know how did it got to $1000 starts giving attitude that's up to me if I want to pay it so people be careful because another thing I was going with them and out of nowhere he told me oh you don't have no more funds from your insurance so if you want you can continue but pay out of pocket so I had to stop out of nowhere with pain in my tooth because he has no control of how much it's left in the insurance.... First visit for me and my 11 yr old at the same time. Everything went smoothly and we both came out with good feelings about our experiences. Thankful that I didn't get lectured to remove my wisdom teeth. If they become a problem I will I'd say but next time repeat. They simply performed the needed work of x rays and cleaning. The mouth inserts for x rays didn't pinch either. First time in forever. I always feel like I'm drowning but they seemlessly kept the suction going during the cleaning. I didn't value the video options going in but enjoyed the distraction of the vertical and ceiling monitors. I came to add a star for what I completely forgot and what was probably the above and beyond customer service of our visit. I am very careful about info to aid identity theft. I had to give SS# and asked for the post it back so I could shred it. Alfonso, Dr. Nicole's husband and man about the office said "I'll shred it for you and you can watch." He used the number for insurance and then brought a shredder to the lobby and shredded it in front of me. Talk about customer service putting my mind at ease!! read more

I am new to Bakersfield and this was my family's first dental visit since moving. My Husband and 3y/o Daughter had an appointment; I have to say I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service we received there! I was especially happy with how great they were with my daughter. I was pretty nervous to see how she would do for her first time going in but it went better than amazing. They are PHENOMENAL with children. The entire staff was so friendly and sweet, not to mention so well-educated and they did not miss a beat on keeping me involved with my daughters visit. I will be returning in November to have my own appt. I am more than just excited! Always have loved the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned. My Husband was extremely happy with his service during his visit as well. Rosedale Dental Studio is definitely the place for anyone, ESPECIALLY families. Without a doubt, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nicole! I am very picky about who I am letting dig into my teeth so this is truly saying something. They have state of the art everything in their studio. It's so clean and that made me feel tons better especially in the light of COVID-19. I was very in love with their front lobby, so simple and elegant. Coming from a facility that my kids hated because they used to strap them down to Rosedale dental Studio has been a life changing experience. My kids used to have to get pushed to the back to get treated and with this dental office they walk themselves to the back. My kids love it here! This place is very kid friendly and they are no longer afraid. A dental office is already traumatizing enough with all the sounds and tools, but everyone in the office is very friendly, communicative, and can accommodate you for any dental needs.
