I attempted to reorder again and the owner called me and said I could order something else off of the menu or she would not deliver to me. Not a great delivery experience. Pot stickers were really heavy on the dough around the filling. The egg foo young was pretty bland. I did enjoy the beef and pea pods and the two soups we ordered. Maybe there are better choices to make from their menu. The delivery was timely. read more

I love Chinese food and I couldn't wait to try their spin on Mongolian Beef, if they had it. It's a well decorated place, visited it around noon - I was the only customer there. Rose came and greeted me, asking if I preferred hot and sour soup or egg drop soup to start off - reminiscent of my favorite Chinese restaurant. The egg drop soup was good but my eyes were glued to one of their lunch specials: Mongolian Beef. I ordered the lunch special, which includes an entree, chicken fried rice and an egg roll. The food came out fairly quickly (hopefully it remains quick once Rose's has more customers) and I was happily surprised by the large portion! The Mongolian Beef was good not great, same for the chicken fried rice and by the time I'd finished these, I didn't have room for the egg roll. I wonder if today was their opening day, Rose's cheerful smile faded after the second visit to my table as if it were the end of a long day. Regardless, I am hopeful of what is to come from Rose's Restaurant and what other flavors there are yet to taste. read more

Very busy but still received excellent service. Mid day specials include everything. Soup, Eggroll & Fried rice with Entree. Huge portions. I ordered Egg foo young. Partner tried Orange Chicken. Seems entire chicken in that order. Mine arrived with 2 monster sized patties. Had to take home half of both orders. Cost? 14$. Wow. Very tasty. My flight got delayed and I found this place by accident but it was a great thing. The food was hot and it didn't take anytime for them to bring it to my table. Also, it was enough food for at least 4 people to get off and get full. The staff was helpful and really sweet they helped me pick the best shrimp fried rice and sweet & sour chicken I have had in Illinois. Hi, Our office tried this place for the first time and sure will be our last time. I ordered the General Tso Chicken lunch special. The chicken was soggy and greasy. The fried rice was really dry and no flavor. My egg roll was also really greasy and nasty. Ordered take out from Roses last night. We had egg rolls, chicken egg foo young, beef fried rice and beef pepper and tomato. The beef was good sized chunks and tender. All the food was tasty and if I had one negative, which for me is not really a negative, is that we needed to add a bit of salt. I'd much rather add salt than have it overly salty. I was greeted with a smile from who I think was Rose and the man waiting on me was pleasant as well. I found Roses on yelp and will be returning. My longtime favorite Chinese place in town has fallen short lately and I don't care for the other. Happy we have another option and I wish Rose success! read more

Terrible food!!! The very dry Jumbo Shrimp Fried Rice tasted like it was heated over and over. The shrimp in the rice was hard and undercooked. Also, the large Jumbo Shrimp Fried Rice would be a medium size at most restaurants. read more

Great place great food and great service. They pay attention to detail they gave never forget to give napkins or utensils the put the drink in a separate bag which I personally appreciate. Very friendly and they speak good English so ordering is never a problem. Food portion is good for the price and i like the lunch and dinner plates they are compact and neat. But the reason i gave only 4 stars is because of the delivery fee and the minimum order of $10. Which sometimes i have to order extra things that i dont need just to get to the $10 minimum even though there is delivery fee. So i think they should change that either no minimum order and keep the fee or free delivery with $10 orders ill change the review to 5 star if that issue gets resolved read more

Pregnant wife wanted some Chinese food and didn't think we had a good enough place near our home. Looked on yelp and this was the only place with more than 3 and a half stars. Came in with a warm welcome with smiling employees. Saw that if you check in they give you 20% off which was great. We ordered two lunch specials and gotta tell ya they were pretty good! If there was an option for negative stars I would click on them. Today for lunch we had the worst experience ever! The chicken was extremely soggy and gross, the egg rolls were dripping in grease. When I called to let the owner know she was just rude. I notified her of my displeasement and asked for a refund on my order. This would be the first and last time I order from them and would not recommend it to others. She said she couldn't refund us because we had tossed the food because it was bad. Then she accused us of eating the food and calling to complain. She offered to send the driver back to pick up the food so her cook can see it?! also then to cook our orders all over again, if I didn't eat it the first time why the hell would I try to eat it again!!!!!!!. Thank God! I have been trying to find a Chinese food place for years that I actually liked in our area. We lived in Addison for a few years and now Bensenville. I had just about given up on finding a place that had good eggrolls and edible beef. This place surpassed my expectations. Eggrolls were delicious as well as the Mongolian beef and vegetable lo mein and shrimp fried rice we ordered. Beef was tender not chewy and everything had great flavor. I can't wait to try it again! Oh and my husband picked it up and said that the owner was super friendly too. And I ordered and the man on the phone that took my order was very pleasant also.
