Friendly service with what feels like home cooked breakfast. The space is large with two stories and it's great for small or large groups. I came here for a quick breakfast and ordered the California egg sandwich. I got an over-easy egg which was messy but worth it. The bread tasted freshly baked. The cream cheese on the sandwich was a unique addition that made it even creamier with the avocado.

Tenderloin Eggs Benny

A friend recommended the Pork Tenderloin Benny so for Father's Day my wife and I stopped in to share it. It was a big miss! The country potatoes were cold. The biscuits and gravy and the poached eggs were warm, not hot. The pork tenderloin was burn your mouth hot and under seasoned. The sausage gravy did have great flavor. Definitely a waste of calories. The server was incredibly attentive, happy and friendly. She, coupled with the baked goods we bought at checkout, took the review from 2 to 3 stars. The brunch at this place is pretty good, I would say it was like your average brunch with big portions for the price. The lattes were cute flavors, however, the gooey butter cookies were not as good as everyone has hyped them up to be. We got a mini and 2 large and they were all meh. Maybe we came on an off day, but I was not impressed and, honestly, they tasted a little stale to me. I was really sad as I had heard they are some of the best desserts in Indy

We had the sweetest server! Rosie's is always our family's favorite and we love all the gluten free dessert options!

I stopped by here early on a Sunday morning. It seems like if you get here close to opening, there isn't much of a wait, though I understand it can get busy later. It's not a bad place, the food is fine, but it wasn't anything special. I had the spicy burrito, which I wouldn't consider particularly spicy, but it was okay. I was going to also try their gingerbread latte, but their espresso machine was broken, so I ended up just sticking with water. If you live in the building or are staying at the hotel on the next block, it would be a convenient option, but I don't think I would make a special trip. Parking can be hit or miss, but I would suggest trying street parking before you bother with the lot that is shared with the apartments

Excellent food, had a breakfast burrito. The baked good we picked up after there was excellent. The service was good, a long with the decor of the inside and out. I will come back again.

First time here - the food was good, the service was also good. Came for my husband's birthday and they were busy (on a weekday!) but we were seated right away. The sun was a little bit too much in our face, but other than that, it was great. There's a plenty of seating and parking.

It was okay.

Overrated nothing! Sal is kinda hard to mess up. They threw some strawberries on the top of spinach and very few candied pecans. The potatoes taste burnt and they were cold. Nothing special at all! Initially, I wanted the salmon blt but hold the bacon, but the waiter seemed like that would be a feat or a big deal to hold the bacon so I didn't order it. Maybe that was a good thing! so I figured they couldn't mess up a bowl of spinach with some strawberries with a few sprinkles of pecans.

Goey latte that's a special option from a coffee menu. Other is a chi tea latte. Both were fantastic!

Stopped in for breakfast and some sweets. Service was great, my parfait was delicious, and I cannot wait to have more gooey butter cookies.

We went to Rize for a friend's birthday and had such a nice breakfast. They surprised us with a…read morefree cinnamon roll, and it was big enough for all three of us to share! It was served warm and very fresh, with delicious cream cheese frosting. I ordered the Signature Egg Tart, and it was wonderful. It was rich and almost quiche-like, filled with lots of roasted vegetables, and the bright, acidic sauce balanced it really well. I honestly wouldn't have changed anything except maybe adding a little salt, but that may just be personal preference. I also enjoyed a cold brew while we sat out on the patio. The only downside was the construction noise from the large apartment buildings going up around the patio. That is obviously not the restaurant's fault, but it is something to be aware of if you're planning to sit outside right now. Overall, great food, kind service, and a really thoughtful birthday touch. We would definitely go back!

Rize truly stands out for its commitment to local partnerships, sourcing fresh ingredients from nearby growers, and you can absolutely taste the difference. Everything felt fresh, thoughtful, and well-executed. The space is clean, bright, and nicely decorated. Coffee was strong and flavorful (just how I like it). The salad that came with the omelet was next-level, with a light, citrusy dressing that balanced everything perfectly. The waffles were incredibly airy, soft, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth good.... And wow, the bacon was so good we ended up ordering another side. Despite the restaurant being packed, service was friendly, efficient, and never felt rushed. Food came out quickly, and the staff kept everything running smoothly. A great spot for breakfast or brunch, definitely worth supporting a local business that also supports its community partners. I have no idea if there is a market segment that can be described as "fancy Denny's". Walking into…read morethis clean, bright place I knew it was a chain (there is something just a bit sterile about these places) so I know that consistency would abide. I got a Portuguese Skillet, the wife got her normal scrambled eggs well done, sausage, potatoes and toast. My skillet (hash browns, Chouriçoa sausage, scrambled egg, chopped peppers) came with an option of pancakes, they were good but I could have skipped them- that Skillet is filling! Everything was prepared well, came out pretty quickly. Our server, Ruth, was polite and effective. She engaged at just the right amount to make us feel welcome, without hovering. It's not inexpensive, but I do think fairly priced for today's economics, we spent $40-ish. If we lived near one of these would likely come in from time to time.

I ordered the veggie frittata and a latte. The portion was honestly much bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Both the food and the latte were really enjoyable. Unfortunately, since I was on a work trip, I couldn't take the leftovers with me--otherwise I definitely would have. I'd happily visit again if I'm ever back in the area.
