First time at Rosie's...it was recommended by friends who claimed it was the most authentic Mexican restaurant around! Rosie's is in a small, store front location and I immediately noticed how bright and clean it was! Staff is super nice and friendly! We both ordered the veggie fajitas and our portions were huge and the array of veggies was over the top fabulous - and not overly greasy like other places...loved the fresh, home-made tortillas! Excellent home cooking from this sweet family. Their kids are always working on the weekend helping around the dinning room which I love. Anytime there are more Mexicans eating in a Mexican restaurant than white people I know it will be good and this place os the perfect example of that. OMG! We live in West Linn and find an excuse to make the trip to RK a few times a month. We have been going here for over a year and I thought today would be good time to pay my respects. This is the kind of place that sets the bar high for any sit down or quick service Establishment that specializes in authentic Mexican food. This has been validated by all my "foodie" friends and I always find the food quality consistent on each visit! Be warned that after eating at RK you may turn into me. I often find myself disappointed when dining at Mexican restaurants outside of RK. I often say to myself or wife... I/we should of went to RK! For a newby I would recommend getting an assortment of their street tocos to try their rich assortment of marinated meats. This will go will with their selection of in house made delicious salsas that you can add yourself that go from mild to hot... and really hot! Been there a couple time and got the tacos (asada, lengua, carnitas) as well as the asada burrito. Tacos are on point. Burrito was dry because it was overloaded with refried beans and rice. Sounds like the their "super" burritos add guacamole and sour cream but wasn't in the mood. Salsa is delicious and hits the right notes of spice/taste. Service is fast and the prices are more than reasonable. It's nice to have legitimate tacos available in Tualatin. read more

Our first time here was very enjoyable! The place is quite small, has about 10 small tables, but was impressed by how clean and neat everything appeared to be. The menu had a nice variety of options. I've only had two burritos from here (Asada and Chorizo) but they were good. Honestly id eat a burrito everyday if i could but Oregon kinda lacks in the Mexican food area. I haven't tried anything else here but if the rest is as good, i say go for it. Excellent find right behind the Century Hotel where I was staying. Ordered the beef fajitas with jalapeños added in for some extra heat. Generous portion and flavorful. Rice and beans also good. And the guacamole was fresh which you don't always find. I doubt many people would know this place was here since they are tucked away from the main road. The customer is not in your favor at all. Money hungry. $3 for a very very small container of Pico. Menus online & yelp are different stating you get chips & extras with your meal, they do not honor that, the gentleman in house said that's old but they don't need to update. All the sides for quac & sour cream were also $3. Complete rip off for the prices & the customer service was terrible. Food is good I wish customers were a little more important. I've visited Rosie's a bunch since they've opened and I've never been disappointed. I'm actually surprised I haven't done a review... My friend and I were curious about this place, as we frequent the Commons regularly. He was sold when he saw they served coctel de camaron (sorry for my spelling), which they serve in his hometown of Mexico. We've been hooked ever since. Their house made corn tortillas and sope base are delicious and the perfect base for whatever sope or tacos you order. I've had their lengua, chorizo, pastor, cabeza, abogado, asada on my tacos/sopes... and they've all been mouth watering. My favorites are the lengua and pastor! I want to try more, but I always order their tacos. If I could fit more in my stomach, I'd try the whole menu in one go! The family that owns Rosie's are always super friendly. I found a new favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! As someone who grew up with authentic Mexican food all around me in my hometown, it's such a treat to find a genuinely delicious and authentic Mexican food eatery in this town. It's all fresh and homemade, and there's spice and flavor in everything I tried. I had the Burro Maso, which is a burrito with red sauce, and ate the whole thing. You get a lot of food for what you pay, and it's quick and great service. The street taco and margarita are also good! read more

This is a family operation that deserves to succeed. We enjoyed our dinner choices and wish the owners a reward for their efforts. Though lacking a few "whistles & bells", I think they're off to a good start. Everything that reached our table was devoured. I get a sense of family pride and team effort here. Rosie's Kitchen is well accepted and appreciated by Tualatin's Hispanic community and a good choice for families (with well-behaved children). Those unfamiliar with this area may consider it difficult to find, but it's worth the effort and close to the pond on the Tualatin Commons. I think we've all seen places with better furniture and interior decoration where the food was a disappointment. Rosie's put their best foot forward by focusing on food preparation. Add some hot sauce to the beef fajitas and they are some of the best I've had, and served sizzling! Very friendly owner of the restaurant checked on us a few times to make sure everything was perfect. They don't list guacamole on the menu but they'll make you a side of it fresh if you ask. Great new addition to the Tualatin lunch scene. Authentic Mexican! Inexpensive and truly good Mexican that is all freshly cooked with fresh ingredients. Don't be taken aback by the no frills interior. This place is really worth the wait. My meal was a combination beef taco, chicken burrito and chicken flauta. Very flavorful and good sized portions. The only drawback, hence the 4 and not 5 stars is that they do not have alcohol. A nice margarita would have been great. That said I'll be doing lunches there quite often read more

First time here and I'm beyond words ecstatic we have an authentic Mexican food restaurant. I've been to Mexico & experienced real Mexican food and this restaurant is uniquely like stepping there with freshly made corn tortillas in house. Its inexpensive too for the generous portions received.I had the really spicy Shrimp a la Diabla sauce plate...my husband had the Super Burrito which he absolutely loved with the steak meat (asada) definitely coming back.
