Customer service and ambience are wonderful.. a lot disappointed in my "avocado toast" and eggs. The pictures they have are of a true avocado slices or pieces.. but it's really just an avocado mash.. nothing what i was expecting and just okay. The scrambled eggs also tasted like powdered eggs which is a disappointment for a resturant eggs.. the bacon on the other hand was delicious. I might give then another try and try the breakfast burritos.

Holy heck this restaurant is so delicious! I was shocked to see that had anything lower than a six star review. The convenient location, the deals associated with hotel guests, and the food itself!?!?!! Wow. I got the veggie lover burrito and man was that thing loved by me, a veggie. Ha ha. excited to come back. I plan to run this place clean ha ha ha ha ha ha ha not like I will do anything bad to them they just deserve all my business. Five stars.

Quaint breakfast spot on old downtown. Nice they open at 7a as a posed to my hotel at 8a. They open the doors a few minutes before 7a on the day I visited. Good to get out of the cold. You order @ counter for your meal and take seat with a number. You will be brought to you. Drinks and coffee you fill yourself, endless refills. Coffee was hot and great to see a variety of sugar and sugar substitute options (stevia and Splenda). I ordered Build Your Own breakfast. Opted for eggs, bacon, and biscuits/gravy. Portions are filling and nothing fancy on how it looks. Overall, service friendly, music playing was lively, and it is well lit. Enjoyed my breakfast. Thank you Rosie's Restaurant.

We had breakfast at Rosie's this week and had a great meal! The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a breakfast burrito and it was wonderful. The layout is very wide and open! There is a large tv in the dining room which impressed my husband! I highly recommend Rosie's!

Great spot for breakfast or brunch in downtown Spokane! Come hungry because these portions are BIG! Prices are reasonable and the space is clean and modern. The service was friendly and fast and the food was great-eggs cooked to order, delicious hash-browns and thick fluffy French toast. You order right at the counter and then get a number to take to whatever table you choose and it's brought out to you. Plenty of tables of all sizes on a Sunday morning!

It's almost like a self serving cafe. Great customer service, answered all my questions for breakfast. Patient and friendly. Will come again when able, it's close to the hotel where we stay. I ordered in and took my time eating. It's a nice environment inside, after you order you pick your own seat. No rush just a perfect Saturday breakfast with not too much hurried or noise, just enjoyed my Make Your Own Breakfast, with some substitutions. Thank you.

I ordered the Fig Sandwich and the Fancy Pants Sando because I could not decide between the two as they both sounded very unique in different ways. I called the place up and arranged to come pick the food up. The person on the phone was very thoughtful in keeping in mind at what time I would arrive so he could arrange for the sandwich to be toasted at the right time. I appreciate small details like that. When I arrived, I noticed there were several tables and a bar where you can essentially get brews and food. I noticed they had several beers on tap which I was very curious about, but unfortunately did not have time to sit down and eat at this establishment. The person at the bar was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The two sandwiches came up to $40ish. I brought the sandwiches home and first tried a few bites of the Fancy Pants Sando. I will have to say it was the better of the two sandwiches. I appreciated the goat cheese in the sandwich and the mix of different ingredients, but it was not something I would consider to be a great sandwich, at least not for me. Others might find it pleasant, but I did not care for it much. The fig sandwich was the one I was more excited about and expected some sweetness to be cut down by the bacon. I don't think it was a perfect balance between the two, and I got a tad much of the overwhelming sweetness of the figs in this sandwich. Again, others might enjoy it, but I didn't care for it. I really wanted to give this place a great review, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The beer looks fun though and might be a good reason to give this place a try, and you may enjoy their sandwiches and many people have. For me, that's a no-go.

Every contact I've had with Grain Shed employees has been more than pleasant; they truly seem to enjoy working there, and take good care of their customers. I need to shout out to Toby and Audrey before I go on. They each provided 110% on customer service, being personable and making sure we left happy. On 2 separate trips to Spokane, I've visited the Grain Shed 3 and 4 times over the course of 3 days (yes, if you do the math, I went twice in 1 day, and the restaurant was NOT just around the corner!) Everything I've tried is delish, but in case you have to limit yourself, I highly recommend the OG, the beets and feta toast, the bread flight with sauces and cheese, the molasses ginger cookie, and maybe a chocolate croissant. I've heard their bread pudding and pumpkin pie (holiday special) are out of this world! I tried to get over to listen to their live music before leaving town, but still need to squeeze that into my schedule. Travelers: save space in your luggage for a loaf of bread. Sadly, no shipping at this time, but I'm waiting for it! This SoCal resident is officially The Grain Shed's #1 fan. I dare any of you to try to take away my title!

The Grain Shed does a farm to table model and is a bakery and brewery. I got a snack here along with a beer and left quite satisfied. I got a Grilled Cheese Sandwich on some of their house made bread with some Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone cheese. The exact name for this sandwich is the Cheesy Toastie. And of course moving on to the beer... the primary motivator to come here. I got the Kölsch beer here called Field Trip. I do love a good Kölsch as they are nice, light bodied beers. And they are especially nice in the summertime. Flavor features in this beer is maltiness, breadiness, a bit of hoppiness and a dry finish. Another beer that Steve and I tried was the INWPA which was a Pale Ale. It was also a nice light bodied beer which again hit the spot despite it being a different drinking session. Flavor characteristics in this beer is citrus, a yeastiness, hoppiness and a biscuity trait. Good beers and sandwiches and we are aiming for a return whenever we are in Spokane again.

The menu was pretty straightforward with various pizza and sandwich options. I am a big fan of French Dip and have not had a French Dip as good as Adamson's French Dip in Sunnyvale, CA (although their service and owner both suck!) so I decided to get a "pardon my french Dip." Decided to order the "whole" sandwich which as a pretty big serving. It felt like I had ordered two sandwiches, and was able to eat one half for lunch and one half for an early dinner. The sandwich itself was well made and the meat was not too dry, which was great. The au jus was nicely flavoured and not too salty, which I enjoyed. They used a liberal amount of onions (although, I could have gone for more!) and otherwise had the sandwich assembled very nicely. Along with the au jus, the sandwich had a very good complement. Definitely a French Dip I approve of.
