Heard about this through a colleague. I saw and took pictures of some nice pairs of shoes. These…read moreshoes and clothings are very random hit or miss kind of find. I looked through most of the clothes but unfortunately didn't find anything that aligned with my preferences. It's great to score a deal with almost new "used" item at a "lower" price. However if you're a seller - selling your expensive clothes you don't get much back. I paid $80 plus for a Patagonia dress directly from Patagonia website but that dress is only worth $9 selling to Crossroad -ouchie. I'll learn not to buy expensive things?-LOL. No greetings from staff at the front. They just mostly talked among each other. Fitting room staff was very sweet and polite. Shoes and clothes are organized by sections.

I went into Crossroads Trading expecting curated, reasonably priced resale/thrift... and instead…read morefound overpriced, low-quality leftovers. It's another uptown cheapskate type shop. Big yikes. We're talking basic T-shirts you can buy brand new for $9.99 being marked at $18+, worn sports bras with visible deodorant stains, and imo some items that honestly should've never made it onto the rack. Yes, some pieces are lightly worn--but the pricing does NOT reflect that. A Coach crossbody priced at $49.95. You can literally find the same or better on apps like Poshmark for less, or just buy it new with a coupon/promo code or at an outlet. It feels less like a thrift/consignment store and more like a place banking on people not knowing better. Whoever runs pricing here clearly understands how to maximize profit--but not value. Also sad seeing people get turned away with bags and bags of clothing. Seems like a humiliation ritual. Save your time and money.

Beware that you don't get robbed here with your eyes open in broad daylight!…read more I would leave a negative star if there would be an option to do so here. The owner records everything the customers buy, including the prices of every items and the customers' name and phone number in her little notebook by the cashier. She also records anything customers return for a store credit, how much credit and the customers name and phone number in that notebook. I have witnessed her writing all my info in that notebook as she gave me a tiny name card with the amount of the store credit and her name written on. Never told me I have to bring the little paper card to claim the store credit. I am a long term customer at this place ever since the store opened in Irvine many years ago, so the owner recognizes me as well. But, when I returned to the store less than 2.5 weeks, and told the owner that I came to shop with my store credit, she asked me if I brought the little card. I told her that I didn't bring the card with me, and she was adamant that I need to bring it to claim my store credit. I asked her if she can just look it up in her record for this time as I did not know I was to bring it, knowing it that she wrote down everything and I was able to give her the exact date when I bought some items and returned one of them. She simply would refuse to do so. She said it was her policy, but this was never posted anywhere nor was I ever informed that I have to bring the card to use my store credit. Kindly asked her if she can just check her record on that same notebook she keeps by the cashier, just in case, I could not find the card at home as it was less than 3 weeks ago that the original transaction was made. She then told me, " Oh, well, then there is nothing I can do about it," despite my plea. She could care less about the money she owes me as a store credit. It felt like her action was as bad as highway robbery. I am convinced this is her tactic to rob the customers. I would have purchased much more than my store credit she owes me: She could have some grace and looked up her own record keeping on that notebook next to her cashier and verify the amount she owes me as a store credit as I also was able to show her my transaction record, but the owner's unethical business practice was so upsetting. Even though I found the card at home the same day, I decided to make a dispute with my credit card company on this store credit instead as will never return to this robbers den!

Had a great experience shopping here. Cute and trendy clothes and great customer service. Highly…read morerecommend this boutique!!

After more than 20 years as a loyal Nordstrom customer, this was by far the worst customer service…read moreexperience I have ever had. I visited Nordstrom Rack Store #0168 in Tustin to correct a return error that originated with the store. Nordstrom Customer Service had already researched the transaction, confirmed the discrepancy, and instructed me to return to the store so it could be corrected. Instead of receiving help, I was questioned as though I had committed a crime. I was asked irrelevant questions, repeatedly insinuated to have switched merchandise, and treated with suspicion despite providing receipts, transaction details, and documentation supporting my claim. The entire interaction took place in front of other customers, leaving me feeling publicly humiliated and racially profiled while simply trying to resolve a mistake that was not mine. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told to come back another day. I was never given a manager's name or corporate contact information and was ultimately told to leave the store without any attempt to resolve the issue. No customer should be treated this way. I sincerely hope Nordstrom Corporate investigates this location and ensures that other customers are treated with the professionalism, dignity, and respect that have always made Nordstrom stand out.
