We went there tonight, in search of decent Italian food, which is a rarity in this area. We were seated promptly and greeted by our friendly server, who warmly welcomed us. Once drinks were ordered, we were offered bread and pesto. My wife ordered the lasagna and a Caesar salad, with dressing on the side. I ordered the veal parmigiana, also with a Caesar salad. Salads were freshly made. Bread and pesto were awesome! We didn't feel at all rushed as we enjoyed our salads. Our dinners arrived on HEAPING plates, hot and delicious. The marinara sauce lacked some spice, but the available red pepper flakes and grated cheese took care of that. Wife ordered the lasagna, which was obviously made fresh. She truly enjoyed that, and I am eager to try it on a future visit. After we finished our dinners, and our server packaged our leftovers, we contemplated dessert , over another glass of wine. We choose to share the chocolate truffle cake, which was served with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. It was OUTSTANDING! We will be back, not only in person, but as regular customers of their available take-out menu, since I am an instructor at the college across the way. I used to come all the time and would enjoy a classic fresh made Italian dinner. I don't know what's happened over the years but it's slowly gotten worse. I was caught off guard by how much I liked this place! First off, they gave my kids "dough buddies" to keep them entertained while we were waiting. Secondly, the food was delivered quickly, and was really good! My wife started with a side Greek salad that was so big she didn't eat all of it. Then we shared the Napoletana pizza; it was great! We will be back, and probably soon! The only negative I have is that they don't have any beers on draft, and their bottle list is pretty limited. I work a few doors down and I decided to order food from somewhere close because I was super hungry. I ordered the Malibu chopped salad with a side of meatballs and the meatballs were the best I've ever had. WOWZERS! First a disclosure: Let me tell you I am a snob when it comes to Italian food. So often you find establishments that claim to be authentic and they are just opening jars and cans and calling it a day. Not for this palate, no thanks! So here I am at Rotelli Pizza and Pasta or as I would like to call it a hidden gem among lots of impersonators. Nestled in a plaza surrounded by other types of food options you would never guess what's awaiting you. I inquired with my server (Savannah) as to what she preferred or didn't. I love it when a server is honest and doesn't just generalize and say everything is good. She gave her input and knew her menu which helped even more. FRESH bread served warm with oil containing FRESH herbs! Yes please and thank you! First course: stuffed mushrooms They were stuffed with Italian sausage, roasted red bell peppers and dare I say a heavenly blend of herbs, spices and cheeses ;) the icing was the sweet and savory Madeira wine sauce. It was a generous portion and absolutely hit the spot. Couldn't wait to see what my entree would be like. Entree: eggplant parm They actual bread the eggplant themselves... should I even comment further?!? Yum-O! The pasta which I was given the option was cooked perfectly. The marinara made me feel like some old lady on a step stool has been making it since 6am. The eggplant had a little surprise too... ricotta cheese! Can you ever go wrong hiding ricotta in my eggplant parm?? No, no sir you cannot. Dessert: tiramisu Usually I never indulge in sweets but they make it here traditional style all lovely and perfect. I couldn't resist. I'll be Netflix and chilling with this later. I sat in a booth near the take out counter and I don't mention that as a negative at all. They treated everyone who came in like family. (So sweet) Chatting them up and were very kind, didn't seem to matter if they were regulars or not. Makes me wish I had four stomachs like a cow so I can stay and just eat and eat! Great service (knowledgable, attentive staff even those who weren't my server were mindful of my needs) great atmosphere (clean and music not too loud) and delicious fresh food. I live all the way in MB in the Pine Lakes area, about 20 miles away. I will gladly come back for this sort of all around lovely dining experience without hesitation. We discovered Rotelli's when we moved to Conway and was told it was good Italian food and pizza. We are never disappointed when we get eat in or take out there . I love their Linguini with Clam Sauce either red or white. The pizza is good Not quite like New Haven style but is better than others we have tried in the area. It's a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and a nice dinner out. Casual and comfortable booths and tables. The owners are really nice folks and always pleasant. We tried this pizza place last week and ordered take out. Let me spare you your time and money. I did not think it was good, I did not think it was worth it. We ordered our own 10" pizzas so we could have our own individual pizza with our own toppings on it. It reminded me of that cheap store bought cardboard crap. For the same quality, it's cheaper to go to grocery store route. The breadsticks were huge - like a foot long. And they tasted EXACTLY like doughboys you'd get at the fair. Again, not really worth it. Unless you're all about those doughboys. But the pizza, no thanks. I'd never order from them again. I was not impressed. In town from Atlanta for a golf trip and was craving some good pizza. I'm a pizza snob, so regardless of ratings, I look at the pictures and can pretty much tell if the pizza is good or not. I always order just a cheese pizza the first time at any joint and Rotelli did not disappoint. The cheese and sauce was fantastic, crust was a little soft towards the middle on the personal size. Regardless, it was a great pie. Wings were the best I've had here, they were large, cooked crispy but not dry, and the BBQ sauce was excellent. Waitstaff was awesome an the friendliest I've encountered here...even though some of them are Gamecock fans, I won't hold that against them. Best place to get NY styled pizza in Conway! I am REALLY picky about my pizza, and I have to say I was beyond surprised when it tasted so good! Their meatballs are great (baked), marinara sauce is awesome, and they have great lunch specials. I don't recommend the penne ala vodka. It has too much olive oil and chunks of garlic instead of vodka sauce. So for I have had great experiences with all staff. They are attentive, make great recommendations,and have awesome personalities. Tables, dishes, and cutlery are all clean. Food is fresh and made quickly when ordering in. They are true to the amount of time it will take them! The Spumoni ice cream lacks a more distinct pistachio flavor that makes Spumoni so classic, but overall G&G. Purchased a Stromboli on Tuesday, along with a pizza. The pizza was fine (a little salty) but the Stromboli had sour meat in it. Tried to call them to discuss it with them and the manager wouldn't come to phone because they were too busy. We were told that it wasn't the meat, it was because of the sauce in it. Really? Used to work in the food industry and pizza shop and well aware of what sour meat smells and tastes like. Ended up here when our intended location was closed without notice for the holiday break. Very happy we did. Excellent food, delightful service and great prices. Come here often for pizza and lunch specials. Thought we'd try something different for dinner, I ordered the baked Ziti. It was awful, pasta was hard and the meal in general was bland and dry, the cheese on top was hard, and had a "leftover' feel. The server was nice, when she asked how everything was, I told her it was not very good, and asked for a side of marinara to try and add some flavor. Well after 1 bite it was clear nothing would make it taste good. I barely ate any of it and when she checked with us again, I told her (politely) it was not good and I could not finish it. She shrugged her shoulders and said 'sorry', then proceeded to bring us the check with an extra .50 cents charge for the marina even though I only had one bite with it. We paid it and didn't complain. I just think the staff needs more training when a less than desirable meal is served that is barely touched. They do have really good pizza, we will stick with that. Let me start by saying I would never have picked this as a place to go. It was a small place in a strip mall. However, my brother had eaten here before and recommended it. It is indeed a small place, seats less than 40. Service was prompt and our waitress was one of the best, very pleasant, helpful and prompt. The food was some of the best we had on our vacation. Mussels were very good and was in a lemon butter ver blanc sauce that I could have eaten a bowl of by itself. The pastas were all prepared well. Portions were huge. The food is good it used to be my favorite Italian place in town however lately it's been dirty and the service hasn't been great. We were constantly shoeing away fruit flys while eating. They were even landing on the inside of my wine glass. They also forgot one of the dishes we ordered and did not give us any sort of discount for these incidents. We ate here as a team and had an amazing experience. The owner and his staff went above and beyond what they needed to do for us. The food was delicious and the service couldn't have been better. We ate buffet style (in a private room- which they didnt have to do) and had chicken parm, macaroni with broccoli and chicken, and salad and it was all very good! Then while we waited (for what seemed like hours) for our bus the owner gave us complimentary desserts for 20 people!! Went to Rotelli's for a nice Sunday dinner and cannot understand how this place has 4 1/2 stars. Seriously can't think of a reason because this is probably the worst Italian food I've ever eaten. My friend and I ordered the Veal Picatta which was supposed to come with a cutlet and angel hair pasta. The "cutlet" was no bigger than the palm of my hand and the pasta tasted awful. I took 4 bites and couldn't take the taste of it anymore. Paid $18 for it on top of everything. Will never eat here again and dont understand how its still in business. read more

Excellent service and I am a real sucker for a menu with a "must have" on it. $7 for a slice of pizza, salad, and half a sandwich. I was there for lunch and it wasn't overcrowded.
