I'm updating to 5 stars. The food here was really good when I recently stopped in this week. It tasted fresh. The portions are large. I got a bowl with roti chicken, rice, feta, pickled onions, chickpeas, shredded carrots, and yogurt with red pepper sauce. This is basically a Mediterranean Chipotle! I love my Mediterranean food so I'm glad to have a Roti in the area. They have a wide variety of sauces, meats, and ingredients. I noticed they added some new menu items as well. Overall, this is a good Mediterranean spot. The staff were very friendly!

Not busy at all during 5:00pm. Workers were nice and helpful. Gotten a build your own bowl and had leftovers for today. Also ordered chickpeas in a blanket and I had expected it to come out like the picture but they smash the falafel with the toppings already which was okay I guess. Taste wise was amazing all the wonderful flavors especially with the spicy red sauce it came with and tzatziki sauce. Got garlic on the side was also okay. For $25 for two people and to have left overs and also got 1 drink, I say it's well worth it. Also you don't pay for a side of the sauce.

First timer for Roti, I really enjoyed it! I ordered off of DoorDash so can't speak to the service or ambiance at the restaurant, but the food was great! I was a little upset that all the sauces ended up on the top of my bowl as I asked for them to be on the slides but overall it was a great blend of roasted veggies, tender roasted chicken, cauliflower rice, greens and lots of other yummy veggie toppings. Would def go back, reminds me of cava in lots of ways.

Flip the Bird Bowl with Pita on side.

Ordered Flip the Bird for $9.50. Pita on the side is free. You can't substitute ingredients unless you build your own bowl for a higher price of $12.50. I put 3/5 stars because the chicken was so burnt and dry that it was mostly inedible. I was hoping to get falafel or lentils as my main protein, but that would've required me to build my own bowl. But nice mix of veggies and the sauces have bit of mild spice with sweetness. Raisins are included so beware. Place was decently clean, staff friendly, good atmosphere.

If roti has one fan it's me, if roti has zero fans I'm dead. This is my absolute favorite lunch ever. I never write reviews but I need everyone to know this place is so good. Quality it's amazing every time and the food is just delicious. Do you see how big this is?! It's incredible. I love Roti

Roti, overall is decent compared to other middle eastern places but not the best. It's the Chipotle of Mediterranean food. We came on a Saturday around 630ish pm and what's weird is that they didn't have much in stock on the front line most of the items were low and not so eye catching. They offer sandwiches, rice plates, and salads. You pick and choose what you want from proteins: chicken roti, steak roti, chicken kabob, salmon kabob, and falafel. You can also try every side on your they have: hummus, tomato & cucumber, cous cous, red cabbage slaw, quinoa cauliflower tabbouleh, fresh vegetables, feta cheese, sumac onions, and olives. We had the soft laffa wrap with chicken kabob and a rice plate with chicken roti and every side and sauce. I loved the tomato and cucumber side, cous cous, and quinoa cauliflower tabbouleh. I could just eat that and still feel good because it's fresh and delcious. What fell short was the pita bread it was hard and dry. I'm glad I gave it a try it's fresh, healthy, and affordable.

Spinach after stating 3x I am allergic
    Melissa S.

My friend picked up dinner on Monday night and talked to 3 people about my spinach allergy and they assured her the mix did not contain spinach, yet I found many pieces in my salad. It is extremely scary that my allergy wasn't taken seriously. I will never order from here again. If you have an allergy I don't recommend going here as they don't seem to take it seriously. Food itself was good. What a shame.

Worst food I've tasted in Chicago thus far! Overcooked, chewy and tasted like cardboard! A disgrace to Mediterranean food.

When we entered the restaurant, if you feel like you're transported into another country, even the background music compliments what you're about to experience It's a dicey kinda place nothing fancy. First you would have to take a look at the menu and place your order at the front. They do not have waiters staff to your table. There are two rooms one that you can sit with the front table to order and another room is full of tables that can also accommodate large parties. The guy was pretty good remembering who ordered what while people were coming in and out, placing orders and sitting down and enjoying their food. To my surprise, the service was quick and friendly we ordered the six piece falafel appetizer which was crispy and hot and the tahini was nice and creamy Hubby enjoyed his grape flavored crush. Haven't had that in a while. When we got our meal hubby ordered the beef and chicken combo shredding pieces on top of rice nice and tender had a lemony taste to it and I had the assorted shredded soft beef on top of seasoned yellow fluffy rice. When we got our meal, it was plenty , especially for the price. We could have shared a plate The meat was nice and tender and the sauce was spot on the season yellow rice yum! I couldn't stop eating the rice, but I had to cause I was getting too full that we had take out containers and can I tell you the leftovers was even better! I overheard one of the customers who was happy with his wrapped meal said compliments to the chef the owner said it is his grandmother who cooked and prepared our food. overall it was a nice experience. Staff was friendly place was clean. Food was good and plenty. I'll definitely come back here again even if it's out of the way, the flavor and the texture of the rice was really good! This was a nice find you don't stumble upon new places like this often so I won't gate keep it. if you like this kind of food and you're picky about your rice then Check it out and enjoy your meal here!

Actually is a pretty good amount of food. The prices are okay for portions. Coming here this is where we knew to go. It's one of the few places in the food court that isn't fast food or other chains typically in a mall. This is one of those places you order at the counter and they make it in front of you. A lot of options to choose from. Prices are okay for what you get it seems. It's about $3 for a lemonade. These come in a few flavors including mint. Had a minty tangy taste to it. The food is a choice of bowls, pitas, or salads along with choice of protein such as beef, chicken, or falafel. It's about $12 for the Falafel Bowl. This has almost unlimited toppings so I had them pile on these. Choose various sauces and vegetables to add. This was actually pretty filling so the name makes sense to be honest. The line was pretty long which gave me an indication that it was popular/good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered their Falafel bowl, with rice and a bunch of their available options. You are allowed to select 4 and then every topping after that is $1 per topping. This seems a bit extreme as they are NOT generous when adding your selected ingredients. I was expecting a much larger portion, but understand they are a business and have to manage their margins. The food itself was fine. The falafel were just ok, and had been sitting in a container, lacking the crispiness and freshness I am used to normally. For the extra options, everything tasted fine, I just felt skimped on the portions I was given. The highlight for me was the hot sauce that they offer. It was extremely flavorful and had a nice level of heat. I would buy that by the bottle if It was available. I think Falafill is worth a try, but you just have to manage your expectations. They do not come close to the traditional mediterranean restaurants I am used to visiting, but for mall food it's pretty good.
