Not as good as the original location. The service is great, but the food is not consistent. Sometimes it is fresh and awesome, and sometimes it tastes like it was made yesterday. Still enjoy the place, but if you can make it to the original, highly recommend going there instead. read more

I'm a Sunday morning regular at the CP location of RRD and have been noticing a trend toward heavier, greasier donuts over the last few months that has been disappointing. But the real deal-breaker came today (on Sunday @ 7am) when they told me (in addition to being temporarily out of most cake donuts) they no longer serve blueberry cake donuts in the mornings. Great to see a new branch in Cedar Park. The quality of the donuts is same as the original location. This will be our regular Donut - Coffee date place. The location is very central and close to other great food spots like the Torchy's. So, grab some tacos and finish it with the donuts! read more

The staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! The donuts are perfect every time and they are just like the round rock location. This place is much bigger than the round rock one, they have lots of space and fun activities. The price is sooooooo reasonable! We always come here when we are in the area. (They often give us extra food because they are so nice) 10/10 would recommend! read more

Great service, but found the doughnuts to be a little too iced and sweet. Don't get me wrong, I have a MAJOR sweet tooth. But this almost tasted like pure sugar. I felt pretty lousy after. My fiancé on the other hand thought they were great. If we go next time I will sample a few more than just the regular and chocolate glazed. Exact same as RR Donuts in the RR area (obvi), love it because it's closer to me and I won't be stuck in all that RR traffic which is horrendous no matter what time of day. Took 5-10 minutes to order and receive donuts on Easter Sunday, prices are the same, donuts are AMAZING like always. Will always be coming back for these delicious donuts read more

Okay, I'm a donut-a-holic and being a Northeast girl you know I'm die hard Dunks through and through, but I gotta say... RRD had me impressed!! It took me some time to come around to them because the first time I tried one of their donuts it was old and the frosting kept falling off and I did not understand the appeal. Fast forward to the opening at Cedar Park and I was RIGHT ON IT. Love me some classic glazed. Super airy and light, you could eat at least five and not feel the guilt until you step on the scale in the comfort of your own home (considering throwing mine out due to my donut addiction) but that's okay because I know I'll keep coming back for more. Bavarian creme filled and cinnamon twists were right on point too. I had a positive experience with low wait lines and chipper staff. Overall, go get you some donuts! The classic, but improved. The donuts at this satellite location are lighter or more airy than the one at the original shop. I don't know if its a new direction or the new crew aren't following the old recipe 100%. Hopefully they stay that way. Got our go to Cinnamon Roll, Glazed and Chocolate. With the more convenient location, I can see us branching out to the other items the bakery has to offer. read more

It's cool to finally have two locations of Round Rock Donuts. Even though this location is more out of the way for me, I still prefer it over the OG. It seems the owner of the business took some notes from Chick-fil--A on how to maintain high traffic customer clientele. There is plenty of parking, so you can walk up to the "To-Go Counter" so to speak. Or, you can of course use the drive through. There are folks directing traffic at every stop of the drive through, taking orders ahead of time with a smile. Same great quality! These minor improvements only make this business that much better! Hopefully they will consider expanding down south of Austin in the future. read more

We are very loyal to our doughnut shop back home. We usually never find a doughnut that is anywhere as good as the ones at home. These glazed doughnuts matched the ones back home. That is saying a lot. They were warm and very good. We ordered a lot of different things though my fav was the glazed. If you are near here stop by, you will not be disappointed. SUPER soft donuts! It was so soft that it squished immediately after picking it up! Tastes amazing! Highly recommend the glazed donut! That's what they're known for and it's delicious! The kolaches are not the best but not bad! The line was extremely long when I went but the service was decently fast given how long the lines (standing and drive-thru) were. Meh. Made a detour to go to Round Rock Donuts for a cup of coffee and fresh donuts. It's been a while since I was last here and it's just not up to snuff with my past experiences. The donut was warm but flat as a tire. The cinnamon roll was crusty and cold. And worst of all, the coffee was not even warm. The server offered to make a new batch, which I appreciated. But either the coffee maker is not heating well or she gave me back the same lukewarm coffee she had already served me. I was so disappointed. No urge to return to the much hyped Round Rock Donuts now. read more

I went to this location for the first time today (3/23/2022) around 10:30AM or so. The line was somewhat long but moved quickly. The items I wanted were available. I got 2 plain glazed doughnuts and 3 chocolate doughnuts. The lady that was managing the drive thru orders had the most bubbliest customer service I have come across in awhile. She was extremely sweet and I hate that I didn't get her name. They have me an extra glazed doughnut which was really nice of them. It's the little things that matter. I love round rock donuts but today my husband went through drive thru at 10am and ordered a dozen donuts and two kolaches. They handed him two dozen and the two kolaches. He thought they were just giving him an extra dozen for free like they did on opening day. I guess it was his fault for not asking the total but they charged us for both. A little disappointing. read more
