Neighborhood donut shop tucked in the back of a strip mall by ACC and the Cedar Park schools, plenty of regulars stopping on by for their morning fix. The inside is pretty small, but there's a few booths and some outdoor tables for those who do not want to just do grab and go. Prices are very reasonable and service is fast. I tried some donut holes and a sausage kolache and both were fine. Nothing super special, but it was nice to see a cinnamon sugar donut hole option, along with the glazed since that's not a flavor I see often for some reason. And the similarities aren't just visual; these donuts deliver. Simply put, they're delicious--easily holding their own against RRD or any other heavy hitter in the donut game. As many of you, Yelp fam may have read from my reviews.. I love a good doughnut, and I WILL travel this great state of TX to find the best of the best. Fried dough in any format tends to be pretty delicious. But sweeten the batter, frost the final product, and douse it with sprinkles for an unquestionable bit of culinary genius: the doughnut! Did ya'll know that yeast or cake doughnuts can be used in glazed doughnuts, but these doughnuts get their name from the thin glaze that coats the surface. Further, frosted doughnuts are typically made using cake doughnuts, which are able to withstand a heavier layer of frosting as well as toppings. So I guess ya'll can take a guess at what I purchased! The doughnuts offered here have a good balance of flavor and fragrance, have well-defined texture, and have an authentic taste. Further, both the glazed and frosted doughnuts are sweet but not too much and, at the same time, distinctive and appealing. The service provided here was friendly and prompt. Great breakfast tacos (get the red salsa - made fresh everyday), great donuts, love the service and enjoy interacting with the nice folks at this family owned business for a few minutes a couple times a week. Not uncommon to have a small line because its popular locally with kids from local schools and regulars. read more

Omigosh, after too many years, finally stumbled on this place, just a few minutes from home! Oh the breakfast tacos, oh the Jalapeño, Croissant Kolachis, oh the donut holes! What a great pitstop on a Saturday or Sunday morning. The folks who work there are awesome and super friendly. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes or so due to the popularity and the fact folks order a bunch of their different culinary delights. And bad me, where are the pictures? When someone told me this place had good breakfast tacos, I was incredibly doubtfu. One of my co-workers actually brought the breakfast tacos in for us one day and they were delicious. I'm not a big fan of eggs and they have options without eggs. I now go in at least once a week for breakfast tacos. The guy that works the desk is incredibly nice...I mean super cheerful make you smile all the time nice! Now, they don't have the green salsa that I love but their red salsa is actually pretty good and has some heat to it. read more

Donuts! Tacos! Friends, oh my! This place has the best and most delicious affordable tacos and donuts around. We have personally tried all the donuts in the area just to be able to tell you guys that Nathalie's wins big! Current obsession: maple bacon donuts, apple fritters, and their barbacoa tacos (which are made to order and beyond amazing). Family owned and run - and they're the nicest family around. Roger, the owner, works the counter daily chatting up with other locals and making recommendations. We all appreciate the freshness of the food and the abundance of options. Roger mentioned the other week some new additions to the menu which were inspired by the donut convention he attended. The most endearing sentence ever uttered. This is the best place to order tacos for teach appreciation day or donuts for a sports team gathering. He'll make it happen and you won't be disappointed. Let me preface this by saying I almost never post reviews, and my husband and I are food snobs. First off - their donuts are incredible!! I was searching for someone to make custom donuts for my daughters second birthday, and stumbled on Nathalie's. I worked with the man at the front, who had me text him pictures of my idea and went above and beyond in his creation of the rainbow donut. And, they were DELICIOUS. On top of that, their breakfast tacos are the best we've found. My husband and I pick up tacos at least once a week. They are cheap and delicious. They toast their tortillas, and the filling is flavorful and substantial. They also have delicious (spicy) house salsa. Way better than any other neighborhood restaurant we've tried., and much better than the mainstream places (torchys, taco deli). Do yourself a favor and go to Nathalie's. read more

One of the best hidden gem among the big chain donuts shops. Soft, chewy and delicious. Not factory made or over produced, I got there about 6:45 and my donut was the perfect temperature like it was freshly made. Can't wait to come back, although it maybe dangerous because it's on my route to work! Only down side is it was gone too fast! read more

Ever since the new owners took over, it's my go to place. The donut and selection is great. Their breakfast tacos are awesome and they'll even make your breakfast taco combo fresh to order (mine is chorizo, potato, egg and cheese). Salsa is on point. Love their customer service too. read more

I know the name of this place Is donuts, but you have to try their breakfast tacos. Watch out Taco deli or Torchys. These are the best breakfast tacos I've had anywhere in the Austin area. Go for the Bacon, egg, cheese, potato, bean. You won't regret it! read more

I stopped in since it was on way home. I purchased 2 large sausage/cheese kolaches, 4 glazed doughnuts and 1 cinnamon roll. The sausage / cheese kolaches were outstanding! They were fresh, sausage was tasty but the bread was absolutely terrific. We will purchase these again even at $3.00 each. However we were disappointed in the doughnuts. While they were fresh, dough was ok but there was an off tasting to the whole doughnut. We are thinking old grease? Sane with cinnamon roll. We will try once more, however I encourage you to get the large sausage and cheese it is delightfully delicious! read more

I found this place while i was in the neighborhood after the other place was sold out and it was a great find. The donuts were definitely made by hand and really good. I ordered a mix half dozen, with blueberry, sour cream, and strawberry glazed ones. All of them were moist and delicious. I can recommend the donut holes as well. read more

It was a usual Saturday morning, I was scampering around doing errands. I started running out of steam and needed a pick me up. The closest place was (Yuck) Starbucks so I prepared to go there. Then I spotted tucked away in the strip mall corner a donut shop. I kept telling myself "Donuts are not my friends. They are not healthy." Alright so I don't listen to myself, but then again no one else does. It's small store with lots of donuts on display. As usual, I gravitate to the chocolate covered cake donut. Donuts to me are like Chinese food, you eat it and an hour later you are hungry again. Just to balance it out, I selected a sausage kolache too. The store also does breakfast tacos and coffee. Back in the car, I pull out the kolache. Dang! It was good. The sweetness of the bread balanced out the spicy of the sausage. Made me think I should have gotten two kolaches instead of the donut. Late in the evening, I ate the donut as a dessert. Good chocolate that tasted like chocolate and the cake was moist. No disappointment here. read more

We stopped in this morning while visiting from IL. What a great donut shop! I wish we had a place like this in our town. Not only do they have the tastiest donuts but the big surprise was the tacos! We got the breakfast tacos and they were absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Truly a gem of a place. A+ read more

Another decent donut place. We came here because our normal place ( good morning sunshine ) was closed for vacation. Anyway, staff was friendly - kolaches were good and maybe a tad too much bread around them. Donuts were what you'd expect and tasted fresh. The breakfast tacos are also pretty good. Place gets crowded on the weekend. Constant line and seating can be an issue if they don't setup the outdoor seating. Not a lot of indoor seating - only 2 booths. read more

I had the best experience at Nathalies Donuts! The staff is the BEST and will help you with any questions you have. Their kolaches were so soft and delicious and their breakfast tacos were very fresh and tasteful (definitely get their homemade salsa!!) Really unique flavors, awesome options, reasonable prices, and service with a smile. We finally visited the neighborhood donut shop this weekend - and it was pretty great. This is a true donut shop - they open early in the morning, and don't stay open too late. Places with these hours ALWAYS impress my husband (because they remind him of Australian bakeries) so he was really excited to try. We both got a couple of donuts each, and my favorite was definitely the fruity pebbles donut. Crunchy, not too sweet (surprising!), soft donut texture - this is definitely my go to for this place. We wake up pretty late on the weekends, so the donuts weren't as fresh as they could be, but I will DEFINITELY be back to try tacos, kolaches, and donut holes! It'll be worth coming back earlier, next time. Can't wait! read more

They seem to have their act together following the Rona guidelines and a very nice person will assist you by selecting your goodies from the cases. The sweet empanada was my favorite. We also purchased pumpkin pig cookies, & concha sweet bread. We bought enough for two hearty servings and we looked forward to having these delights with our breakfast the next day. They did not make it past noon! They also have premade sandwiches and the Cubano sandwich caught my eye for my next visit. Nice people, great prices, and a wonderful variety of pastries!
