This is possibly the worst round table location I have ever visited. The customer service is terrible the quality of the pizza is terrible. I called an order to this location and was told a time it would be ready. I arrived early and precceded to wait over an hour and they had not even started my order. This has happened Everytime since they became the pubhouse upgrade. read more

August 10, 2017 (Sunday Night) Called in a pizza and was planning on using my Wow points I redeemed from Holiday Market. When I got there and got the paper out of my wallet to pay, I noticed half the ink had wore off and it was hard to read. I didn't expect they would honor it. The nice young man at the pub register who was ringing me up was very pleasant and had top notch customer service skills. When I showed him the paper for my free pizza he had no problem taking it as he said he could tell that's what it was. Also, the manager on duty was very professional and friendly as well. Superior customer service is hard to find these days, but what a delight to know it's still out there. Keep up the good work. read more

Pizza at roundtable is good, fair. But go to a different roundtable. This roundtable was dirty and MAYBE ONE of the machines worked in the arcade. It was /20 tickets/ for a single pack of nerds. Btw the max tickets you got for like 5 dollars was about 50. Spending 5 dollars on a 1 inch plastic gun is terrible. The only machine I liked was the cow one, easy to win every minor prize since it was just a timing game, but once you got the prize you had to call an attendant to shake the machine for you. The claw machine took a dollar and didn't play or give it back. The devil spinner game never gave tickets it rewarded. The ball game sometimes wouldn't react to money at all. Deal or No Deal wasn't touched by anybody the whole time we were there so who KNOWS what was wrong with it. The basketballs were flat and in a dark corner. The other claw machine NEVER worked even know the items were so easy to grab (being literal loops) and cost a whole dollar to get. Overall just don't go there for the arcade, big waste of money even for me who thought I wouldn't be playing for prizes but just for fun. Nothing worked. I've loved Round Table all my life, but this location isn't very good. After I moved to Cottonwood it was the closest one, so I went there for a couple years... until I read the health inspection reports posted on the Shasta County government website (it's still there if you want to read it: (www.co.shasta.ca.us/EHI/). On the December 28, 2010 inspection they found rodents (I don't know which kind, the report just said rodents, so probably rats). Coincidentally enough I happened to eat there the morning of December 28th. Disgusting. So I quit going and got my pizzas elsewhere. Now it's 2012 and I decided to check the reports again and it seems they've cleaned up their act. No major or minor violations were found the last three visits (that is, since Dec. 28, so for two years now). I've been there about 3 times again and the most recent didn't go well. First, there was a hair in my pizza. Great. I'm a vegetarian and ordered a mushroom pizza. Somehow a stealth sausage piece had gotten itself buried under the cheese, which I bit into unknowingly. I'm sure the staff didn't slide it in there on purpose, but it seems careless to let unwanted ingredients fall into the pizza and just leave them there. So that's two strikes in one meal, I'm done with this place, again and forever. read more

On July 3rd, 2015, I stopped at Round table pizza at Anderson, CA location. I ordered two XL veggies pizzas with 2 liter pepsi. After eating through 1/2 of the pizza I noticed that my pizza had meat on it. I was so mad and disappointed. I am vegetarian by religion and this place served me meat. I called the manager on duty and he confirms it was sausage. The reason given to me was that mushroom and sausage are kept side by side and very often some pieces of sausage falls in mushroom. I was so mad as by religion I am not suppose to eat meat.Manager only offers to redo the pizza. I made the manager understand that it is not like you forgot onion on a pizza and can re do it. You served someone meat when you are not suppose to. I am not sure if they are racist and did it on purpose. After me refusing to pay for the entire meal, the manager says he will see what he can do. He comes back with refunding me with two pizzas but still charges me for a $3 pepsi 2 liter bottle. Can you beat that. I mean how stingy can you get. I am so disappointed with Round table. I was a big fan but not anymore. The mistake they did was hideous, racist and unforgiving. Over that they did the bare minimum to correct it. Can the Round table corporate have the courtesy to look into the matter. Make sure the franchise keeps mushrooms and sausage containers little away from each other so that in future this thing doesn't happen again. read more

It is Memorial Day weekend and we felt like ordering pizza for delivery. The employee that took my phone order was new and grossly over charged us. I asked to speak with a manager. As I waited for well over ten minutes, we decided to just drive over there. We were still on hold when we stepped up to the counter to explain what was going on. The store manager was very friendly and helpful, even offered as a small discount for our trouble. Angelique "the server" however, was not so pleasant. She complained about how she is so done with today and if she gets called in tomorrow, she is not coming. She was defensive and took on a very negitive attitude. She vented her discontent to myself and fellow employees. Very unprofessional. The girls who came in after us were served thier pizza 1st. Thus made me feel like I was being punished for being a customer. Angelique did not wash her hands one time as I watched her go from the register, to picking her ears, then to scooping handfuls of cheese to be weighed. The huge jug of ranch dressing sat out, uncovered on the beer bar the entire time we were waiting (over 45 minutes) ewwww!!!! Her attitude and behavior were discusting. I really don't even want to eat this pizza I just paid fifty bucks for. Next time, we will just go somewhere else. Yucky experience. read more

You'd think you can't go wrong with pizza. Well, you can! At least at this location. When my husband and our 5 year old came to eat there, not only were the people rude, the place was not clean, and they made me pay for my 5-year-old as an adult. Every other Round Table I"ve been to 5-year-olds and under eat for free. Not here, and there excuse was is that they are a franchise. Even the pizza itself was not all that great, and while we were in there eating, a HEALTH INSPECTOR showed up to do an inspection. He was in the back for quite a while, and we were done eating before he left. So no clue what happened there. I have not been to this location since, and I do not recommend it to anyone. On Dec 20 my wife wanted to have lunch here because she had heard that chicken tenders were being offered on the buffet. It turned out that there were NO tenders on the "all you can eat special" as was advertised. We decided to stay for the lunch special although I was quite wary. We both had the salad and pizza buffet, each having a salad and two pieces of pizza. My wariness was confirmed half way to our truck as I suddenly felt sick and made a dash for the fence area behind my truck. The lunch came up while I grasped the chain link fence to steady myself. There online service was poor. We were suppose to pick up our pizza at 5:14 and it wasn't ready until 5:30 so I sat and waited for 16 minutes. They had six people working and only one person was in the front making pizzas. The rest were in the back doing who knows what but they would periodically come out only to go back to the back. When I asked why my pizza wasn't ready she replied that they were understaffed. Obviously, it must take more than six people to make a pizza! read more

They have good pizza. However the wait is quite long and the booths are so tiny that if you have any extra weight on you at all you can't sit in the booths. I don't even want to give one star. This place is a ghetto train wreck. The staff appeared to be druggy zombies. It took 45 minutes to get a medium pizza and boneless wings. And they even screwed up the wings and brought ranch instead of the blue cheese that was ordered. While ordering there was a couple complaining about a mess up in their order. Should have been a clue. NEVER go there. Not worth it. Waste of money. And they aren't cheap. My wife and I spent $60 to be treated horribly by zombies. Poor customer service when I called at 10:05 pm to find out where my $36.00 order was at that I put in at 8:35 pm and I was greeted with a sigh of irritation by the call taker just to find out my order was out for delivery and had been sense 9:21 pm so that means my food had been sitting for over half an hour in a bag in a car. We called tonight to have a pizza delivered to some family members in South Redding.... during the fire. The person who answered the phone explained that if we weren't at the house when the pizza is delivered, we can't pay over the phone. However they explained that we could order online! We did... from Antioch, CA and it said it would be about 75 minutes until the was delivered.(Not bad considering there is a wildfire). The pizza got there in 76 min. Thanks Round Table.... The last two times we went on Tuesday at 5:00PM... the all you can eat pizza they advertise wasn't ready. Customers waited for 20 min. When they finally set the pizza out, it's only 2 kinds... it would be nice if there were more of a variety. The pizza at Round table is always the same. Its the service that is absolutely terrible. We ordered our pizza at 4, were told that it would be ready for pick up at 4:25, no big deal. We show up to pick up the pizza and were told that it was in the oven. Also, no big deal. We waited over half an hour and still hadn't heard our name called. Worst service ever tonight! We were told a 45-minute wait, and after an hour waiting, and seeing people just coming in ,and getting thirty pizzas, my husband went up to ask what was going on. The Manager said they gave our pizza to someone else, and that 2 workers were using the same 'table numbers'. Today I attended Round Table Pizza for buffet night which is something I do every Tuesday night. When my friends and I arrived, the servers had seated us in the back although there were many open seats elsewhere (please keep in mind we are a group of young African Americans). We didn't think much of it until they informed us that there is a new policy that causes them to check our receipts for proof of purchase. The first time they checked, I didn't think much of it until they came back and asked again. They began asking to see our receipts every 5-10 min which made my friends and I very uncomfortable. Within 30 minutes of being there, they had "checked our receipts" a total of 5 times. At this point, we started noticing that they were only checking our receipts and not anyone else's. I found this very strange and began to wonder if this was racial profiling. Anytime someone from my group had gotten up to refill a drink or even use the restroom, the servers had kept a close eye on us. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable so we left. Last week, I would've recommended this Round Table Pizza to anyone. Now I would like to warn you not to dine at this establishment. Be very careful when you order online. I paid online and was charged again at the restaurant. It takes 3 to 5 business days to get it corrected. If you like burned pan pizza this is the place to go. They seem to think that black is the normal color of a pizza. Yikes! I used to love Round Table but lately the quality has gone downhill. Don't think I will be back anytime soon. They offer some really good coupon discounts that brings the price down comparable to other pizza restaurants in the area but the quality just isn't there anymore. We give.A few months back we came down for dinner.The service was fine at the time ,but it was absolutly the worst dinner we had ever had at any round table.we vowed not to do it again .Well we tried them again!called in a take out order.They told us it would be ready in 25 minutes.We waited 30 minutes and went to pick up our pizza.After waiting another 45 minutes we asked about the status of our order?after some searching we were told that they had not even put our order in!OOPS.we got a refund and went elsewhere.The person we felt bad for ,was a gentleman who had waited an hour and a half!Only to find that his order had been in the warming oven and no one was paying attention at the counter .Though ther were at least a dozen employees in the back.This is not the round table pizza we remember.Our advice avoid the anderson location and go to the Westwood location.A real Round Table. read more

Absolutely no explanation for their lack of timeliness. I have given this place chance after chance but the last two times I have been very dispointed. I order my pizza and got a call back that instead of the 40 min they first said it would be more like 1 1/2 hours. I said ok just keep me informed. Two hours later I got my cold pizza. I gave them a second chance and was told 30 kin...I showed up 40 min later and pizza was 15 min from being done. I gave them one last chance and was told 45 min. And after 60 min I called and was told it was on its way. 75 min later I called again and was told it would be at my house any min. 90 min later another cold pizza showed up and I refused to tip the driver. I informed her why she wasn't getting a tip. She was upset but I am sorry when I am told something will be here by a certain time I expect it or at least a phone call and none of that happened. Normally Round Table is pretty good, not in Anderson, CA. This place is horrible, I have never had a crappier pizza. Being new to the area, I trusted that Round Table would be Round Table no matter where it is located. Not only did it take over a half hour longer that I was told it would take to get my pizza, but was lied to that it would be "only 4 minuets longer" when I arrived. My pizza was not even made or in the oven when I was told the 4 minuets longer. WTF is that about? Finally my name was called, I was thrilled my pizza was finally done. Out to my car, speed home, mouth watering knowing I am about to bite in to a good pizza. What a huge let down. This piece of crap pizza was shit!!!!! Total shit, I waited for this piece of crap in a box, wasted my time, money, gas for GARBAGE. I should have ate the fricken box. I will NEVER go to this pathetic excuse for a Round Table again. So, take my opinion, or not, my pizza was shit in a box. maybe yours won't be, but if it is, don't say no one warned you.
