Well tried this one last time on Mother's Day. This place is a very poor value... The menus is overpriced. The wings are very very small. I ordered hot wings and they were very sweet. (Probably not the correct kind!) The website wouldn't take my code for my free twists. Normal price about 55.00 for a large pizza and wings. When I asked the manager about the code, he wasn't interested. The service is "Bare Minimum" and unfriendly. Seems they did do a nice remodel for eat in... experience. The place is clean. I've tried to give this location a few tries. Pacifica or other options have a way better product and value. Sorry but a total miss! Hated to give this review. Might be my first 1 star? We come here probably every other week. The owner is so welcoming and so accommodating. It's always clean and we love having events in their event space. The beer and wine taps are awesome. I can never drink a whole beer so getting to pour as little as I want and only getting charged for the oz is awesome. The pizza is consistent and great and we love their garlic cheese twists. read more

As great as the service and pizza was, I couldn't bare the smell of nasty old sewer as soon as I stepped in. Clearly the owner recognized it months ago on other old reviews and it's still not fixed. We have been going there for years and just a huge disappointment. Ordered pizza , breadsticks, and sodas. The breadsticks were small and when I asked for ranch, he wanted to charge me extra, no problem. When I asked for Parmesan cheese, there was mold 3 out of 4 of the shakers and instead of emptying them, he simply put them back. The beer bar is a nice touch.... But if the quality of the pizza went down. I go to other round table establishments and the food is way better and they ask if I want dressing or marinara . Although the pizza was ok at best. The one off of Columbus pkwy is much better even though the neighborhood can be rough sometimes. read more

I ordered a pizza on the app. I decided to pay when I picked my pizza up. I went inside there was 4 people in line. The employee called my name as soon as I came in. I let him know I needed to pay still. I was thinking he would ring me up, but he said I'll put it in the warmer and the cashier ( who still had a line) will ring you up. Each of the 4 customers were just simple pick up orders. Once I finally made it up to pay it was over 8 minutes. I asked the cashier why no one else could help him ring up customers as I saw 3 registers. One in the back by the phone, then two up front. He told me that the one register he was on is the only one that can ring up the customers. The other one is for drivers and delivery orders only he stated. Just a recommendation.. make at least two registers available to ring up customers. When the restaurant gets busy and you have a line of customers, have the option to have another cashier. Keep in mind the new alcohol bracelets take extra time too. Perhaps make online app orders where you have to pay online and not have the choice to pay in restaurant or online. This way we can come in and hopefully grab it and not have to wait as our pizza gets cold. As you know the pieces of everything have gone up.. eating out is a treat to some and should be able to have it hot and ready especially when the customers come down to pick it up... read more

Since the remodel (maybe a year ago), this round table has been wonderful. The place is clean (can't say that before the remodel and change in management), this is big since I have young kids. The kids have a good time with the games (they always win). The staff is very responsive and friendly. And as always, the food is real good, as I always expect from round table. The beer and wine dispensers don't hurt either! read more

So me and my family went in and the place looks very well presented. The cashier was pretty nice and friendly and things were looking pretty good. But things got weird pretty fast. There is a horrible smell from the arcade and is terrible. I was out of there in less than a minute. What made things worse is that it's next to the tables while we were waiting for our pizza to be done. When it did come around the pizza tasted good but it was also a little greasy. Why not pizza, my favorite? Not being a local, it had been several years since I stepped foot here, back when they had the pizza lunch buffet. Was hoping they'd still have it, but... The owners axed the popular buffet and--at what must've been considerable expense for them--turned the area into a curious open beer tap lounge space with multiple taps. Open alcohol taps flowing with fresh glasses within range & reach of minors dining among their families. Seemed inconceivable to my thinking. I'm not a drinker anymore, but this still seemed so odd. Get a large group of diners in there with kids & minors darting about and how you gonna control that? I'm not the tattling type, but thinking A.B.C. (Alcohol Beverage & Control) could have a field day here. Current self-serve set up definitely looks ripe for potential alcohol serving infractions, despite the best intentions of management. Eyes can't be everywhere at once after all. Also head-scratching is how locals within this relatively quiet bedroom community would beckon this place to clank & swill beer steins in a family pizza atmosphere. While I was there, only 1 lone guy with a stein that was literally nursing his 1 beer over the course of approx. 40-45 mins. Point being, I can't see how this was a popular business decision with respect to revenue generation. Particularly considering that many folks are cutting back and ditching alcohol altogether these days. Bring back the lunch buffet at least! So now, they've replaced the buffet with the customizable lunch special. A mini pizza or sandwich, salad bar & drink will now set you back $20+ with tax. Recent inflationary price spikes very evident. Worse, the counter-guy actually tried to charge me even more, saying that the printed menu sheet he handed me was wrong (?!). And attempted correction by crossing out prices and writing new ones in front of me. And then when I requested the former price, he proceeded to inadvertently charge me twice for two meals. Egads! Absent a major coupon or price break for the lunch special, places like Mtn. Mike's and several other pizza joints have this store beat hands down, value-wise. Especially considering many places still have the AYCE buffet going. On the plus side of things, my personal pizza came out good and was hot & tasty. No complaints there. While I didnt partake the salad bar (ordering just the personal pizza & drink), it looked adequate. And the restrooms were clean & accessible. Onward. read more

We had a great dinner tonight!! First off, Rosalie and Nevaeh greated us when we walked in with big infectious smiles! Everyone was so friendly. The newly remodeled dining room is beautiful, and the beer tap wall is impressive. We ordered a little bit of everything. Pizza, breadsticks, and salad bar! It was so nice to have a freshly stocked salad bar considering all of them shut down during Covid. Overall it was a fantastic experience! We will be back regularly!!! read more

The owner who took over this establishment is FANTASTIC! My family has been going (quite often) for over a year now. We've hosted bday parties, sports parties and have just popped in for happy hour after school/work for some pizza and beer. Clean and bright inside, the food is always soooo good and the salad bar has the freshest and yummiest ingredients. The arcade inside is also a big plus for the kids. They always win something and are never disappointed. I can't say enough about the owner, who always remembers my name when I come in. He's friendly and works ridiculously hard to keep this place up and running and looking good. He's ALWAYS THERE! It's in a great location, Southampton shopping center, which is safe and busy. Parking can be kinds crazy sometimes but it's worth it to drive around until you find a spot :). We will continue to support this business and hope others do too! read more

I was disappointed today. I went online to order poppers for a party. Did it a day ahead of time. Asked for 3:00 pick up. When I arrived I was handed a box and assumed all was good. When arriving at party discovered about a third of the poppets were tiny, about the size of a quarter AND no sauce was included. Probably won't do that again. read more

It's been awhile since my husband and I had pizza, so we decided to go to Round Table in Benicia. Thought we could dine in but to our surprise they are currently remodeling the place and from what we saw, it looks like it's going to be really nice. Can't wait to see the remodel. I have been enjoying the pizza and amazing beer and wine wall for four years and it is great! The service is fabulous and it is like a family vibe here! We just love this exact Round Table! This is our go to lunch spot at least 2x a week. They recently switched their gluten free crust to a cauliflower gluten free crust and it is so yummy. Besides the yummy food, clean restaurant, fresh ingredients and well stocked salad bar, they have an amazing beer and wine fountain plus ALL the staff especially the manager are wonderful and friendly. I'm a big Round Table fan. I love the pan pizza. I really do like their sauce, so I pay for extra sauce. I received my order today and there was light-normal sauce. I called to let them know that this is the second time in a row we paid for extra sauce and we don't get it. They asked me who took the order and then bickered about who did it. Then a young gal got on the phone and said I remember that order and I remember putting extra sauce in it. Maybe someone else got my order? I was more disappointed that they didn't think it was possible they missed. I have to consider other options. No reason to go back. read more

Our cheese pizza showed up completely burned. Called the manager and they said it would take an hour and a half to get a a new one. Was surprised since they clearly messed up our first one but an hour and a half went by and nothing. Called back again and said it would be there in 5 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes and nothing. Called back again and finally got a hold of a manager who said there's no record of the pizza in the first place. This place has absolutely gone downhill since the new owners have taken over. We've ordered from round table at least two times a month over the past 10 years and it's disappointing to see the new management does not care anything about customer service. Our go to Round table despite there being one closer to us,but this one always has it fast and hot,cashier was kind of rude today tho I think he might have been the manager. I understand it was sat and rush hour but other than that I ordered a xl pizza 6 twists and 6 wings and I only received 2 containers of ranch and I asked if I could get more because I ordered two items that come with a sauce and he said each 6 piece order only comes with 1 container and ranch is $1.07 so I told him to remove my tip and I'd use it for ranch instead I would've left it but as I stated earlier he was kinda rude and i wanted at least 5 containers of ranch.will come back but they never used to charge for ranch.oh and they recently remodeled.they also only put like 8 pieces of sliced jalapeños in the half of the pizza read more
