Took them a hour for delivery when I'm literally two minutes away ( my lazy butt I should've just picked up ) pizza came burnt and cold and wings were gross. I work off of Bates Avenue and on occasion we order pizza for the office from here. It's a tiny office, so I usually pick it up and add in a salad to go. The woman who seems to run the place knows her stuff and always has our pizza ready & super hot (we order online) She is very nice even tho it's busy at the lunch hour. The pizza (for being a chain) is actually really good (Hawaiian and Veggie) are our favorites. I'm pretty sure this location stands out among the other Round Tables. Try them out! Clean, great service, standard round table pizzas. They don't deviate from the signature round table taste look or smell! It is what is expected! Sometimes they are often busy and take out ior delivery is a bit longer than expected, but the food is delicious and worth the wait. I've been meaning to leave this review for a while now , every time I come here I have a great experience quick food (because my lunch is only 30 minutes) great customer service etc but this time stuck out to me because not only was customer service great , they also went above and beyond for me , I'm pregnant and gross bathrooms make sick , I asked if they're bathroom was clean prior to going in and not only did they personally check for me but they were super clean !! I know people may not think it's much but I appreciate them not brushing me off and saying yes not knowing . If you want to know the truth, this is THE LAST HONEST PIZZA!!! It may be a little bit expensive, but it sure is delicious. The crew at the Port Chicago Hwy location are by far the nicest , considerate, as well as respectful to me every time I've patronized their business. I've loved RT pizza since I was a kid, so I think it's great, but pizza opinions may vary. That said, the service here is usually fantastic. The staff are all very friendly, have never gotten my order wrong, and the one time I had an issue (undercooked pizza) they immediately dealt with it with a reasonable way. The delivery wait can be a bit long, but they've always given me a heads up when it'll take more than twenty to thirty minutes. read more

Very unsatisfied. Ordered online an hour before I was going to pick up pizza. When I got there, the Assistant Manager told me it wouldn't be more than 5 minutes. 30 minutes later still no pizza. It had never been made. The Assistant Manager apologized and said it would be ready in 7 minutes. I declined and asked for my money back. Because of the online transaction, the credit won't post for 3-5 business days and he couldn't give me a receipt. The least he could have done was give me a discount coupon since I was dealing with the Assistant Manager. I will never go there again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I order from this round table quite often and usually the pizza is fine. Tonight I ordered a medium pepperoni and a side of pasta. When the pizza was delivered it was cold in the cheese was hard like it had been sitting out for an hour. The pasta wasn't correct they gave me chunky garlic sauce instead of the Alfredo sauce that I had ordered. Very unhappy with the service I did call them back and they offered me a free pizza but that doesn't make up for the $40 I just spent on a cold pizza and pasta I'm not going to eat. read more

After moving to concord from the east coast over a year ago. I fell in love with round table. It's always been a friendly and inviting place to grab a beer and some pizza with a few friends. I've been a loyal customer since my move. I was completely shocked by the reviews as they paint a far different picture then I've experienced. Sure sometimes it's not the best service, but ill say this in their defense. We all have our bad days and they are just kids after all. Jose (the assistant manager now) has always given me personally great service even when he was just a driver. Bri the "little girl" everyone keeps complaining about is one of the sweetest people you could ever meet and damned of she doesn't try her best. Every time I've needed something special or and extra side she's been nothing but helpful and professional. It just seems like their kids running a store with way to much pressure on their shoulders. My son and I love Round Table Pizza and we only order from this location on Port Chicago Highway in Concord, because the customer service is excellent they are extremely friendly yet professional and I've never had a problem with any orders or customer service. Not only is there pizza fabulous every time we order from there but we have gotten to know the people that work there and they are always very friendly and that's important to me because customer service is pretty awful these days no matter where you go so I find it extremely important to me when I find great customer service. read more

Stopped in for the buffet at dinner on Tuesday and really enjoyed it. Very fresh clean salad bar and constant refreshing of the pizzas. Upon arriving, we were greeted pretty rudely by (Ana-something). While studying the menu and talking back and forth, we're interrupted with a "just let me know when you're ready." Without even any eye contact. OK, that's not so bad, it was probably a long day, so on. We ended up ordering a medium King Arthur, two salads and two sodas for dine in. About 25 mins go by, salads finished, we start to wonder where our pizza was? There were only 2 other people in restaurant. Finally after waiting 40 minutes, I started to get very impatient, so I approached the counter to ask another employee what was taking so long (I assumed she was in charge since she spent a lot of the time yelling at other associates). As I reached the counter area, there was a customer in for pickup saying that he called in 35 minutes ago and was asking why his pizza wasn't ready. she then asked him in a snotty attitude "well what did they tell you on the phone sir.." he stepped back and she looked at me and asked what I needed. I asked her if things were backed up, because I too was wondering if maybe we were forgot about. She asked me what I ordered. I told her I ordered a medium king arthur. After looking back at the empty oven with a sigh, she reached into the warmer and grabbed a boxed pizza. "Here, just take this one, its a large." She said. I was stunned! I took her word for it that it had not been in there long. No "sorry about that", "thank you", nothing! She only starred at me as if she had saved the day with an old large pizza to replace my medium they forgot about. So, instead of asking for plates (or even my money back, because i thought about it) and eating in like we planned to, I left. Generally good service, but err since the management change the quality has gone way down. Very disappointed in recent service, they made my pizza wrong, and after I took more time out of my day to bring it down and have it remade, the MANAGER agrees a topping is missing, but then argues with me that he doesn't see a problem with it... If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! My husband ordered online and it said would be about 45mins for delivery which was fine.. Little over an hour goes by and we are still waiting.. My husband called in to just check up on the order and unfortunately had to speak with "supervisor" by the name of JOHN who immediately was rude and totally not customer service trained.. CLEARLY! He first lied to my husband saying that we order the pizza only 20mins ago and the switched it up and said that the Order takes 20 mins to go through the computer.. We live literally right down the street..it shouldn't have taken an hour and a half for us to receive a pizza..honestly we didn't even mind waiting, we just wanted to know the status! Supervisor JOHN then laughed in my husbands ear and said "it'll be there when it gets there"..SERIOUSLY?! Who allowed this dude to be a supervisor?!
