What happened to me and my friend at your Round Table location in corning was absolutely unacceptable. We were harassed, talked about, stared at, and yelled at by your staff. Instead of feeling welcome as paying customers, we were made to feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and violated. I don't go out to eat to be bullied or mocked by employees. The behavior we experienced was disgusting, unprofessional, and completely out of line. If this is the way your business treats its customers, you should be ashamed. One employee in particular -- a taller man with glasses -- was especially rude and unprofessional. I ordered online and picked up my pizza smoothly! They gave me the correct estimate of when my pizza would be ready and I can't help but appreciate the great customer service the girl at the cash register had. She was always smiling and had a great personality. The pizza was perfectly hot and tasted exactly like how it is at other Round Tables. Being so close to the Holiday Inn, this location is prime if you're craving pizza. Also, there is a Rite Aid next door if you need to pick up drinks. I've always been a fan of Round Table and enjoy their pizza. I came here for a birthday party and as soon as I walked in, I felt a little nostalgia, because this location is quite old-fashioned. I didn't mind the it, but maybe they should update the inside of the restaurant eventually. The staff was friendly, the lunch buffet was tasty, but the pizza could have been a little hotter. Overall it was a nice experience here. My only major complaint was that this location only has one bathroom for both genders (by this I mean, it's a bathroom such as a room with a toilet and a sink and when someone uses it, you have to wait until he or she is done.) read more

I used the online website to order a King Author pizza. No where did it state it came with anchovies in the description or give me the option to select one of 3 different King Author options that are apparently available. My son went to picked up the order and immediately told them of the anchovies and asked for another pizza. He was told it was ordered that way and since it was our error we could order another pizza for $36 and some odd cents. I called and spoke to the manager who also rudely asked me if I went to the correct website and selected the right one. I tried to tell her I had one option but was informed her's showed 3 and I selected the wrong one. I told her it was not even in the description I was given and she repeated that she had 3 options and I had selected the wrong one. I asked if she could please make it right and she said she could but I would have to pay for another pizza because it was my error! I told her I would never order from Corning Round Table again. This is even more garbage than California Pizza Kitchen. It's been years since I was last here and I still distinctly remember how gross it was. In the olden days before yelp... But seriously. I moved to the Corning, CA area when I was about 10 years old with my parents for a working vacation for them. This location was very close to where we stayed and we decided to stop in when we were at the laundromat nearby. I'm no tea drinker, but both my parents are sweet tea addicts. They couldn't bring themselves to touch the stuff at Round Table after their first sip, they said the tea "tasted like it had been strained through dirty socks". Their pizza wasn't just greasy. It was like it was made of plastic and paint. Their tomato sauce was not tomato flavored, but something foreign to my young tongue. Any other pizza I have ever had has flavored cheese. This did not. I can't describe the flavor anymore (being that I was 10 at the time and am almost 19 now), but I distinctly remember not wanting to eat any. To this day, my mother and I will see Round Table in other states when we travel and gag simultaneously thanks to this and another Round Table in another nearby town. Round Table is not good pizza and I'm sorry to those who lived in this area and was raised thinking this was okay. read more

I'll never waste my money here again!! We went in with a group of friends and patiently waited while everyone else got their pizza. When I went to ask about my order (our party was pretty much done eating) I was given my pizza and assured that it had just came out of the oven (I saw them pull it out of the warmer) but that they didn't take it to me because they lost my ticket. When I mentioned that it was not hot,that my party was done eating and that I wanted my money back, I was told my pizza was already on special and I could not be given anything on it. I'm a professional Driver and desided to stop for the night and get a hotel room at the Holiday inn in Corning CA.on south Ave. I checked in the young lady at the front desk was very nice .So I get to my room and I decided to order pizza for dinner and relax and watch a movie before turning in for the night so I called Round table pizza and asked if they delivered to the Hotel the young lady said yes Sir we do ! So I ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 litter of root beer then I asked how much that was gonna be . She replied that will be 63.89. after I woke up after a slight heart failer I ask again I though I might have heard her wrong so I asked again she said again 63.89 . So I cancelled my order. Always delicious, you can depend on it to taste great every time. Friendly, professional, efficient staff. Salad bar is great, they refill it often as it is quite popular specially during lunch hour rush. Price is the same as other round table pizzas. If you order online there are specials. (deals) They are part of a northern Ca franchise, not corporate, so they can't accept all coupons, but the can accept the ones they print for the 6 or so branches in their franchise. They also give you a sheet of coupons with each to-go box, so keep it for next time. :) Kids love it. An entire table with games that they can play anytime. A small arcade room as well. Tons of seating! One larger private room with tv great for parties or a quiet meal on a slow day. One semi private room that you can see the arcade and kids game table from. Booths and tables in the main busy area, and an entire room full of tables and booths around behind the kitchen that is nice and clean and great for large parties or private quite conversations. Delivery is 40mins and always hot. There is a 'delivery fee' which they only give a small part to the driver though, so we still tip some on top of that. My review is with regard to having an employee stand on the corner with a signboard waving in potential customers. My complaint is that I see this being done in the rain and think it is a barbaric practice--especially in the middle of winter. Please give these people a break and let them work inside.
