Decided to give Round Table a try, haven't had Round Table in years and we wont be having it any time soon. Ordered the triple threat deal :large pizza with 3 type of pepperoni and 8 wings for $20 - great deal right! We ordered online to pick up and like most places we were given a pickup time of 6:12pm. We arrived around 6:15 and our order wasn't ready yet. After another 15 minutes we finally got our order! If you are going to give a pickup time, make sure you can actually meet that time. Pizza taste was okay. Although there was 1 slice with absolutely nothing on it! Wings were very disappointing, the sauce was off - hard to explain but taste almost store bought, like frozen wings. Overall, average. I'd only come here if you hve a large group that you'd like to hang with and watch a game - although I'd suggest ordering Pizza Hut or Domino's and watch the game at home. read more

OK, the pizza is still as good as always. But since they moved across the street, this place is a train wreck. When I order on the phone and show up on time, they haven't once had my order ready... even close. While waiting 20+ minutes I've been watching the woman at register and on the phone... she's always overwhelmed and doesn't seem to have a grasp of what it takes to make this business work. There are other RTP stores, but not as close. I will be checking them out. RTP still makes the best pizza at any price, but I can't handle the poor service and disorganization. read more

My husband loves round table pizza and it's a treat when he orders. When I got my own slice and got into the middle I bit into something chewy and of course, I'd like to see what made the pizza chewy. It turned out there's a paper stuck in between the crust and the cheese. So I pulled and it was there ... And even spread out to the next slice. We all know round table is kinda pricey. I felt like what a waste of money .. I called this branch and explained that I found a brown thin paper in between the crust and the cheese. The girl put me on hold and said, let me just talk to someone from the kitchen. I over heard the whole conversation and the the girl that she was talking to .. Said .. "That's impossible. We don't even have that kind of napkin here." uhh first of all, how can they assumed its a napkin? And the girl, went back on the phone and told me .. That it's impossible. I told her ... It is impossible and yet I am looking at the paper and my husband is digging into your pizza! She sound annoyed and she goes, "So, did you want a whole new pizza?" I just said .. No it's okay because the girl from the kitchen said it's impossible. But in my mind, hearing you people say it's impossible and annoyed that I called in ...I will never say yes I want a new pizza. I'm getting old quick and not much amazes me, but I'm certain I just met Sir Round Table himself. A pizza knight in sensible clothing and a mask. A mask clearly not worn for viral purposes, but to protect the identity of the man who will most certainly emerge as the hero we need in these dark times. I don't know his name but I will spread the word of his goodly pie-distribution deeds to all that will listen, and since most people think I have Aspergers, I will likely tell many more that won't listen. It's Friday, and my wife is out of town, so I do what any red-blooded American man would do. I put a movie with lots of explosions and things I wouldn't want children to see in the Blu-ray player and ordered a pizza. But not just any pizza. A Round Table King Arthur's supreme pizza. I ordered this saucer shaped, semi-Italian cornucopia of flavor from the Chino Round Table website, as I live in Chino and that's the sensible thing to do. But....my order confirmation came from the Diamond Bar Round Table. I thought, alas, my desire to enjoy this tasty feast of flavors is likely to end with my profound disappointment and a plate of Mac and cheese awash in the tears of pain that can only be brought forth through the tragedy of letting ambrosia slip through your wildly grasping fingers. You see, Diamond Bar is nearly 20 miles away and in Southern California that might as well be a unicorn bathing in the oasis of a mirage. It looks great but will forever be out of reach. There had to be a mistake. They wouldn't deliver here. I was doomed. So I called to my trusty four legged friend and bade him join me on the balcony so that we might sulk together and at least dream of a world that wasn't 2020. We dreamed and awaited the call that would say "Bro, we don't deliver there, it smells like cow". But the call never came. It was quickly approaching the expected delivery time and I silently scoffed at my own naive optimism when I thought "Wow, maybe they will deliver here". So I surrendered to the whims of the universe and thought since my night is ruined, I might as well read the news. And then it happened. Like George Washington bursting through a low cloud of fog while crossing the Delaware, a man appeared. Nay....an apparition, because clearly this wasn't real. It couldn't be real because this figure was carrying a Round Table pizza bag! And he was heading this way! He turned onto the walkway to my front door and I leapt to my feet and ran downstairs like it was Christmas and I just knew there was an official Red Ryder, carbine action, 200-shot, range model air rifle with a compass in the stock and a thing that tells time under the tree. But it wasn't an air rifle. It was several slices of salivation-inducing heaven in the hands of a man that radiated heroism like my Uncle Sal radiated the stench of alcohol. I was nearly stricken dumb by my awe and amazement but managed to utter a few words.... "Did you really come all the way from Diamond Bar?" He replied simply and as humbly as any superhero would, "yeah, we do it all the time" This man is a gem. Take care of him Round Table. Protect him. You have the ray of sunshine that will lead us from this deep, dark tunnel in your midst. When his time comes, he will emerge as the one true hope in this forgotten land. So, here we go again. Ordered a pizza that's supposed to be finished in 20 min. according to their website. Waited 15 minutes, called to check on the status and they haven't even started it yet. On top of that, the lady had the nerve to tell me it was a good thing they hadn't started it yet because they had a question. lol. What a joke. They've done this before. With a snarky attitude, she tells me it will be another 30-40 minutes. So basically, 1 hour for pizza? This is for PICK UP!! If I hadn't paid online already, I would've told her where she could shove her pizza. By the way, they person who said that people posting negative comments would most likely have something bad to say about everyone---think not! I would love to say great things about this place. I love round table. The one in Ontario off Mountain has excellent pizza and a much better attitude. I want to love this one and have catered to it for years just because there is no other one that's local. My family and I went out to eat pizza last night and had left overs so we took food home. when we got home one of the pizza slices had a plastic string baked into the pizza. Very very disappointed in this establishment. Came a little after 11 am, the time they are supposed to open. People were waiting outside because they had not opened yet. Some folks got tired of waiting and left. Finally 11:15 the doors opened, but they informed us it would take them 20 minutes to set up the buffet. When it finally opened, there was fixings for salad and one pepperoni pizza. I fixed a salad and got two slices. Pizza was just ok. When they put out more, I got a slice of pineapple and ham. The ham was tough. I asked about the twists that they have pictured in their buffet ad and was told that there was only one person in the kitchen, and they would make twists after they made the pizza. I haven't had Round Table Pizza since high school so wanted to try it again since I remembered it was really good. I talked it up to my 6 year old daughter who was having it for the first time. The lady taken the order was super nice and explained the different pizzas for us. I got half King Arthur and half Hearty Bacon Supreme. It was the best I've had in a long time. Wonderful service! I placed my order via the round table app and wanted to redeem the free 6 piece garlic twist with the purchase but it didn't go through. When I showed up to pick up my order I asked if I could redeem and the lady said sorry but they aren't participating in the reward system yet but she was very sweet and helpful and still offer to give us the offer. The pizza was very fresh but the only complain I have is that they used the wrong sauce on the Maui Zaui otherwise everything from service to food is good. Definitely will come back :) read more

Very poor execution here. The woman up working up front should be fired. Poor or nonexistent customer service skills. Not sure if it's me but I had a very hard time understanding her and getting my questions answered. For a place that definitely charges a premium for their pizza it's worse than frozen pizza at your local supermarket. We have been coming to this family owned business since it was located across the street from its current location. The young owner who is in charge now is VERY nice! She always takes care of us and makes sure we have all we need. Today she helped me with a coupon code that I couldn't get to work online. The pizza is always delicious! I ordered delivery from this location twice and one of the times I called to get an update(that's right I HAD to call) and the manager asked if I can just pick it up. Figured I would to expedite things and when I got there my order STILL wasn't ready. They're always under staffed and never have enough delivery people. The food is kind of 50/50. Sometimes it's good or to what I expect it to be-have been eating at other locations-and sometimes it isn't worth the money. After an hour - No Pizza, I called the store and started getting an attitude with the 'young lady' on the phone. She denied there was a delivery order when I gave her my name and address, then said they do not deliver an order under $35. I know this to be false, since we've ordered pizzas before from this location for delivery for less than that amount. I always fully enjoy coming here for the lunch buffet with my family and kids. The lady at the front is always so friendly and makes sure we are well taken care of. A few weeks ago she gave my kids some goodies so that they would be preoccupied during the meal--as a mother I certainly appreciated it all. Ordered here five times in the last year. Their chicken Garlic is excellent. Their Other pizzas tend to use an extremely salty sauce below the topping. And most recent order they over cooked the pizza, all of the meat toppings came out black and crusty. Mr G Pizza is on the other side of diamond Bar Blvd. seems like a family owned place, pizza is at least as good as round table, about 30% cheaper and the owner is very nice. Sadly, I don't know what happened to Round Table. I would frequent here when I was in high school. Friends worked there and it was always good. I moved away from DB for a while and just the other day I decided to go again. They moved across the street to the Albertsons shopping center next to It's a Grind. When I went in it was very clean, but a musty sort of smell. There was no one in the place and that should have been my first clue. I ordered a deep dish personal pizza and an order of bone in wings well done. I even said crispy. I don't think they know what that means. First of all I was overcharged. I told the one who rung me up to just refund me the difference. She said she couldn't without a manager, but of course there was no manager. When I didn't back down she took it from the tip jar. Normally I would have said forget it, but in this case I didn't. Now on to the food. First I received my wings and they were undercooked. I asked for them to be cooked more and she took them in back. About 3 minutes later I get both my wings and my pizza. Let's start with the wings. In 3 minutes I don't know how much more cooking could have been done, but it wasn't much in this case. Then for the pizza, it was definitely not a deep dish. I asked if this looked like a deep dish and she looked at me with a absent stare and the manager or owner who finally arrived blurted out that she wouldn't know because she didn't ring me up. Mind you this was as I held my receipt in hand. The management and staff are definitely the failure here. I even heard one telling the other that one of the employees doesn't work there anymore.
