I arrive to round table in Highland and within 20 someone took our order. Waited an additional one hour and our order never arrived. I asked 3 employees and they weren't able to give me an answer on the status of my order. I instead ended up walking out. Not worth coming here anymore. bartender was horrible, very slow waited for several minutes for her to take order and she kept walking by as if she couldn't see us and then she felt as if she was doing me a favor when she finally acknowledged us.... ordered a second beer and she grabbed my old glass and was starting to re-fill it, I said I would like a new glass and she acted like I was putting her out. Saw 3 customers walk out as they waited at least 10 minutes for her to acknowledge and she never did, and they were at the bar. having servers like this will definitely make me never coming back here again and I been a somewhat local since opening.... you guys need to get some new owners or better managers. read more

My mom called ahead of time to reserve a larger table for my sisters birthday...They tried to tell her that it would be $25 to reserve a table for about 12 people.....where else charges for a table at a pizza place. I told my mom that we will just show up because this place is NEVER too busy to get a table and that they were just trying to get more money out of her. It was not busy at all, but to these completely inexperienced servers/bartender to them it was. We ordered a few draft beers...Took 45 minutes to get it, even after asking several times...we ordered off off the party menu which included 3 large salads....we had no forks and it took the girl 15 minutes to get them....There was another girl that came in now and then to try and help her co-worker, she wasn't much help. Servers need to know that when they walk from the dining room to kitchen, they should always be carrying something with them, like dishes from any table that are sitting there and vice versa. I had asked the girl to get the cake I had brought and after 15-20 minutes she brought it with no spatula or forks. I USED A PLASTIC KNIFE TO SERVE A 2 LAYER CAKE! I asked our server who the manager was ( i wanted to see if it was this woman who was manager a year ago) I was surprised when she said that she was the manager....She couldn't serve let alone serve and manage at the same time. The owners have NO concern about customer service. The place is a write off or a front of somekind. They have NO idea that this place could be awesome if they cared. So I called to order the lunch - personal pizza, side salad, and drink. It was always $11.99 ($9.99 if you had a coupon). I was told it was now $16.99 plus tax! WTF!? Absolutely unacceptable. Roundtable Pizza in highland use to have great quality pizza until someone else bought the franchise. For the price I use to get a better flavor pizza with allot of toppings. Little Caesars Pizza taste better than the highland roundtable clubhouse. I would recommend waiting until the new owner sells before going to this restaurant. read more

We came on a holiday weekend and passed by on an off chance that they would be open. They weren't. So we came back the next day thinking there was a play area for the kids. It's more like arcade games. The prizes are expensive. I'm glad we were able to get a few small toys for the price of the games. As for the food it was delicious. I would however recommend having the servers explain some of the specials on your menu. We had told our server it was our first time here and he just walked away to give us more time. We ordered a pizza special with pizza, and a salad. I definitely enjoyed our pizza. I highly recommend the Wombo Combo. It pretty much has everything you want on a pizza. read more

We just had our King Arthur pizza and lemon pepper wings delivered, after a two hour wait! It's was terrible. The food was ALL cold and the pizza did not even look like a King Arthur pizza. Husband and I have been here on Friday late afternoons. We have stopped by with elementary aged kids and the kid arcade area can get expensive. I'd rather have them take tablets and that's not what I want but the entertainment for kids is limited. Pizza and wings are good. Have had take out and it was not as good as when you dine in. HORRIBLE AND SUPER SLOW!! My family and I, four of us total, came in on a Friday night for dinner. The place was not too busy so we figured everything would come out at a decent time. We ordered a pizza, cheese bread and wings. It took over an hour for us to get our complete food order. And nothing came out together. First was the cheese bread. 20 min later we got the pizza and about 40 minutes later we got the wings. The only reason why they brought our wings was due to the fact that we had to ask for them. The excuse was that the ticket got "lost". After this visit my husband stated that this location is on our s*#t list. We have been coming to this place for awhile but the last 2 times have been terrible. We come here after to work to unwind,. Both times we were ignored waited at the bar for anyone to acknowledge then when we did get to order the food took so long we were about to get up and leave when it finally out. My parents and I stayed at the Bear Springs Hotel and this Round Table is located in the same area. We decided to have just a small gourmet veggie pizza with chicken for lunch since we were doing the all you can eat lobster buffet at San Manuel Casino. The pizza was just the perfect size with 6 slices and we had 1 slice left over. The pizza had the white garlic sauce that's incredible delicious with lots of veggies which we ordered with chicken that made it very filling. Tried it again because it is under new ownership. I have no idea where management was, but the experience was absolutely horrible. We started off with my friend going to the restroom, no toilet paper in any stalls she let the waitress know that there's no toilet paper. Then we order our food only the bacon cheese fries, extra chives, the food comes out horrible no chives at all, we let the waitress know and asked her for a side of ranch she offered to bring us a new order but we waited so long for this order there was no possible way we could wait for a new order. Never got the side of chives. never got a side of ranch. I myself went to the restroom. I had another customer there say hey there's no toilet paper, so take paper towels, mind you we already told them there was no toilet paper. There's a bartender and a waitress and also a boyfriend, who sits at the bar, giving us the side eye because he hears us complaining. I would love to know where the heck management was because it seemed like nobody was in the building no hostess, no food runners nothing. We really wanted a good spot to go to since football is starting up I would highly recommend staying away..they can't handle a Monday evening. One word "Downhill". It's so sad to see a Highland staple go down the way it has. When Rudy first opened Round Table, it was ran so well. The food was always on point and the service was awesome. We would frequent at least twice a week. We noticed it was going downhill. It got better... then kyle left. It got better when Michline came in. Bar staff was nice and seemed on point. Food was on point. Everything was perfect. We came in and now shes gone. We asked for Jared, no he's gone. We go in and ordered wings. They changed the ranch. When we ordered pizza that came out undwrcooked and messed up our drinks. We asked where the regular bartender, Bri, was from lastweek was and they replied she's not here anymore. Well now neither are we. Final straw. Bri was the only reason we kept going back after all the continuous bad experiences. Her service and smile kept us there. We have driven past this restaurant soooo many times and we finally had the opportunity to stop on 3/19 and we are soooo glad we did! Upon entry we were told we could wait 15 min for a table or we could wait/eat in the bar. Off to the bar we went! Super friendly bartenders, more tvs than any place ever needs (but we loved it), a yummy garden salad we split (more than enough for 2), and THE BEST PIZZA EVER! We had the King Arthur's Supreme w/Reg crust. OUTSTANDING FLAVOR doesn't cover it! The Linguica is a great addition on the pie. We had a great dinner with wonderful food & drinks while watching hockey & NCAA basketball. We will be returning! read more
